So I’m out of town and I need to pay my bill and make a deposit, so I downloaded the app. I hit ‘Mobile Deposit’ and it tells me that I’m ineligible! I call the bank only for them to tell me that I haven’t made my payment on my loan for the month, so I can’t use mobile deposit. How. Do. You. Expect. Me. To. Pay. It. I mean seriously, this isn’t rocket science. You are a bank, with a banking app. Take my freaking money you idiots, so I can pay that and deposit more! How counterintuitive of a process. I paid by phone from a different account, but it still hasn’t posted to the account yet. Will likely take 24 hours. This is 2021 people, and as things get faster and faster businesses have to keep up. How can they keep up when everything here still moves by snail mail. More I could say but I’ll stop there. Do better.
This is the first banking application I have owned so I can not compare it to any others; but, since I downloaded it last week it has been a very pleasant, streamlined experience and I find it better to navigate than the website. The user interface is clean and efficient and all the important stuff was easy to get to. No crashes or bugs have been noted in my week of use and i am liking it a lot so far.
Just as it says above, I can’t enroll. It keeps saying the system is not available at this time. I’ve contacted a branch of MSFCU on the phone, (which took forever) I’ve went into the branch personally and they can’t fix it. I’ve had this problem since the app updated.
This app seems to have stopped working today. It won’t open and keeps crashing. I’m not sure if the Face ID feature is broken, but that’s where it crashes.
I have done everything to stop the app from crashing. I can’t look to see what is in my checking account nor can I transfer money due to the app failing.. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP‼️
