They do not offer returns
Be very careful when you purchase as they make return and refund almost impossible. Basically the item will have to be either defective or damaged which means if you got the wrong size or simply feel unhappy with the product, you’re out of luck. Given how common returns are in e-commerce nowadays, it’s unreasonable to have such a ridiculous policy and hide this in the terms. They should at least put this policy in bold and bright color on the checkout page, but obviously they won’t as this might affect their sales and conversion rate. Instead they would much rather you just make a purchase then hate them for not being able to return and never come back. What a sustainable way to keep your business running :) Edit: updating my rating from 1 to 4 stars. After some back and forth with the customer support team and uploaded photos of the product, MUSINSA approved my refund request and let me keep the item for free. The 4 stars update is primarily a kudos to the customer support team. Both Daniel and Lee are both very fast at responding to my messages and eventually helped me resolve the issue. I’ll likely shop with MUSINSA again in the future because they have a great customer support team and I like the style and number of brands they have on the platform. However, I’d like to emphasize again 1) for a brand to be successfully globally, the return and refund process should be made simple. 2) If they still insist on a no return policy, then the policy should be surfaced to the customer on the checkout page so all shoppers are well aware of it.

Awful customer service with a bad order tracking system
Never response to the customer service, every time I go to the contact us page, yall signs me out. So I have to log in every time I use the customer service page. There is an order tracking system, which does not work at all. The package was dispatched for two weeks, IT DIDNT EVEN PROGRSSED A SINGLE BIT FOR TWO WEEKS,and then all of a sudden they notified me that the order has been returned due to an incorrect address. So I was trying to reach them out, the customer service NEVER replies to requests. Thye dont have a phone call service, no live chats. Just an inquiry page where I can post a questions, of course you dont even know if they will ever answer the question or not, what happened to the one that ive sent request a week ago? No one came to answer. And now I am just sitting here having no idea where my 200 dollar worth package went. Wonderful company very quick response, with a very very organized tracking system.

I just planned to place my first order and the app literally having issues .
Is something wrong with the website and the app or is it just me having this problem. I have not been able to access the application since the last two days when the main screen only says “The service connection is unstable. The current server is unstable due to the large number of users. Please try again later.” and that affects my purchase because i am planning to buy some items :(

Customer service
All they do is apologize! It’s gotten worse since I first started. They take days to weeks to respond. They never give refund. They display items they aren’t selling and allow purchases. Only to cancel the item after then hold your refund money on a “request” for an issue they caused! To make things worse I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on with an item they decided to cancel after I bought it. It still took them a while. They lied about a measurement for one of the pants I purchased. Leaving me unsatisfied & unable to get a refund.

Slow and broken app
I’ll be honest. This app is poorly engineered. It’s slow and feels cheaply made. You can just tell because everything you do takes a lot of time to load. The app in reality is just a browser that loads really slowly and get breaks. For example, today, suddenly the navigation bar is broken and is just floating in the middle of the front page. This just indicates to me that this team or whoever they hired, do NOT know how to design and create functional apps.

Not liking it so much now
I love MUSINSA and overall I used to love the speed in which my clothes arrived to me. Before it took about 2 days after shipping for them to arrive but now that they’ve changed the logistics company it takes weeks for the clothes to arrive and not only that but my package arrives hella damaged because y’all decided to use usps . GO BACK TO UPS!! or at least give options to choose the shipping service!!

Garbage Service
The clothes are so cute but the order I made on 12/30 are still in the dispatched status even after 3 weeks. My order was only one item and the customer service stopped responding to my requests after saying they would update me on my shipping status A WEEK AGO. I ordered a dress that I wanted to wear to an event in february, but now I dont think I’ll be able to. Terrible service.

Worst customer service
I placed my first order and only part of the item were shipped. Still waiting on the other items its been a month and they don't let you cancel saying its been shipped. No update , no tracking, no response from customer service. I tried to return an item, going through these massive steps and I still haven't got a response. Not worth spending time and money for this company. Never ordering again

A Frustrating Return Process
I requested a return for one of the clothes I ordered on December 3rd because it was delayed too much. However, as of today, January 13th, the return has not been completed. This is unacceptable. The customer service only says they will inform me as soon as they hear from the brand, but they are not taking any other action. Do not spend your money and time here. It's unbelievable to have to wait this long.

Hard to use
I had trouble signing in so wanted to reach out to the cs team. But when I click ‘Contact us’ button, the page directly leads me to the sign in page, which I am having an issue with. How can I connect to the CS team if I cnt sign in? This is my first time using the app but its very hard to use.

Is this a legitimate app? Totally scam.
I placed my first order for 3 products. Displayed on there was - United States:5-7days. Payment completed on 9/23. It’s been 12 days and now it still shows “Dispatched “. Even the products haven’t been shipped yet. I left a message for customer service 2 days ago, and there’s been no reply. Also orders cannot be canceled. No way to contact customer service by phone. Totally fake app.

Products on their has poor quality
Some of the brands on MUSINSA are pretty questionable. I’ve bought stuff from other platforms like wconcept before but never had I have this bad of an experience. I bought a beanie and it’s not even knitted pattern but a color print, and the print is already peeling off right out of bag. It’s really hard to trust what to buy on here.

Trouble ordering
I’ve been trying to buy clothes off of here for weeks now but for some reason it’s not allowing me. I thought it was just my card so I tried buying stuff off of someone else’s card and it didn’t work. It kept telling me “issuer suspected fraud”. Very disappointed :/

Worst shopping experience
This company is a joke… Ordered 3 t-shirts on June 28th, today it’s July 7th and basically, this incompetent company can’t even ship 3 piece of T-shirts in 9 days… What are yall doing? This was the first and last time I’m using their service. Horrible experience.

They don’t take return at all
There are a list of requirements in order for them to send the inquiry to the brand that we want to return. Only if the brand’s measurement is incorrect over 1 inch. The app is bad.

미국사는 한인 입장에선 이용할 이유가 전혀 없음
많은 이유가 있지만 특히 가격은 한국 가격생각하면 도저히 납득이 안되는 가격임. 무신사 기업 입장에서 달러 수수료 그런거 감안해서 가격 책정한다고 해도 한국 가격 (많이 봐줘서 달러 1200원이라 생각하고)이랑 정말 많이 차이나는데 타겟팅을 해외사는 한국인으로 했다면 정말 잘 못하고 있는거라고 생각함. 요새 역 해외배송대행 이런거 조금만 찾아도 다 나오고 쉽게 할 수 있는데 한국 가격을 달러로 계산하고 배송비 80-100불을 써도 오히려 그게 더 쌀 정도임. 하다못해 한국 무신사 기준으로 세일할 때 미국 무신사도 같이 세일 해주면 그것도 이용할까 말까 하는데 암만 미국에서 일반적으로 파는 옷이 안이쁘고 안 좋다 하더라도 무신사글로벌을 직접 이용할 가치는 현재는 전혀 없다고 생각함. 그나마 봐줄만한 건 한국에서 배송오는 건데 배송비가 그나마 봐줄만 하다는 거. 기업 입장에서 마지막 양심인건지??

affordable clothing, unreliable shipping
my first experience with musinsa was great, the clothing is affordable and stylish too; however, they don’t have a lot of protections for buyers when things go wrong. My second experience: I ordered four items with one of the item saying it would get delivered at a later time, which I didn’t mind. Then it got shipped under the same tracking code as my other times; however, only three of the four items arrived. I immediately opened a dispute, where they repeatedly said they’ll check with their “investigation unit” and finally a month later, they concluded they did nothing wrong on their end and I got neither a replacement nor a refund. I understand they don’t wanna get scammed but who’s the one scamming when I’ve been chasing for an answer for an entire month?

DO NOT USE
This application is simply terrible. I have been waiting almost 6 weeks for an order which was guaranteed in 6-12 days. They then offered me a 10% voucher code as compensation when in reality this is a standard gift given to all first time customers. Will never come back and use them.

worst experience
i ordered my items in 11/28/23. i got my refund 1/20/24. almost TWO MONTHS. first of all, items were not dispatching for weeks and customer service takes forever to reply back to you. once they do its a vague response that really doesnt answer your question/inquiry so you have to reach out again and it takes another 3-5 days. not only that like other users it suddenly says one item is delivered while other part of the items are not. i go to check my mailbox immediately and its not there. apparently usps has misplaced my package and has been stolen. i contact usps for missing search and tries to claim insurance but requires musinsa’s sender address. also asks musinsa for request but no reply FOREVER. since then they say they have to do their own investigation which takes another month but will update you every 5 days on their end. doesnt happen. i contact them first and they say 1/19/24 everything will be finalized. its not. they dont provide senders address despite my request so claiming insurance through usps expired bc its been more than 60 days. 1/22 they reply back that they have processed a refund without asking or offering option if i want redelivery. they gave me 15%off coupon that i had in the beginning (new user) but also this 15%off is a promotion they have every other week. and they say that this is their reinstatement. pls dont buy from musinsa global. worst, most frustrating customer service i have encountered that i HAD to write this long review on the app store for the first time. other big korean brands like o_y or w_c doesnt would never use usps for international shipping. if you pay your int shipping price then you have to get it within that time/speed. but what does musinsa offer? less than nothing. pls do you job better. im so mad. also what is up with customer service communication. no email, no calls, not fast on top of that and you can only go through the request option on the profile/setting. UGHHHHHHHHHH
