I’ve been with this Credit Union for over 15 years, it’s like a family business I’m seeing new younger faces now, but they have been trained by the best and I see their excellent workmanship. I have referred so many people and they love our Bank family. Can’t wait for our yearly celebrations again so awesome. Please stay the way you are, don’t change💕
I have been with VFCU since 1997 and will stay with them till the Good Lord takes me home. I have never had any issues with them in any of my loans. At one time someone got my credit card and made a purchase when I brought this to their attention with just a few steps they put the money back in my account. I’m very pleased with them and their customer service.
I have been using this app for years and it has been the best around. I love this app for multiple reasons. If you’re on the fence about this app, take my testimony as a shove over the fence to get it. This app allows me to have multiple accounts so that I can separate my money from each other. It’s like a virtual wallet!!!
Love the app! So easy to maneuver through! But there is just one thing missing... And that is the ability to view and redeem my rewards! I currently have two different bank accounts. The other app allows me to use my rewards towards my balance! Extremely cool......
Used app for several years and have no problems depositing from home or transferring from anywhere. Simple, straightforward app with no problems whatsoever. Easy access to all accounts. I couldn’t ask for more.
App constantly crashes and sometimes refuses to work on sign in! Needs improvement, it’s ridiculous! I have been using it for years and it just continues to be worse.
I’m visiting my family in Guadalajara, went to celebrate my father’s birthday and I needed to make a transfer from my savings account to my checking account to pay the bill at the restaurant, the app worked excellent
Though I love being able to access my accounts, this app leaves a lot to be desired. It’s like an app that looks like it was designed by a high schooler: basic and slow. My main bank account is with Wells Fargo and their app is so much better, quicker and much more user friendly. Thankfully this is my secondary banking institution because it’s my employers credit union. Love the credit union, hate the app.
Before I was able to choose from which account I wanted to pay my bill from but now I can’t. So now I have to constantly transfer money before paying my bill which makes it inconvenient. Hope they fix that.
It just seems that every time I turn around the Credit Union is there ready to help, even when I don’t ask for it. No judgements , just lots of compassion , patience and love. Thank you all ❤️
After so many years of a plain app it finally got an update. So far I’m liking except….. I can have the facial recognition to open it up. I can’t find where to add that feature 😫
I was shocked when I opened my VonsCU APP- which I loved- to discover that the font is SO LARGE I can’t read anything without having to click through every screen, and even then all the information I used to get on one page is not there. PLEASE return it to the way it was.
I love banking with Certified federal credit Union, the employees are so pleasant and very informed, and they really help me out whenever I need it. They are the best.
Every time I try logging in, it locks me out and I have to reset my password which takes a long time. It’s unreliable when I need it most so I hardly log in. I’m going to change banks because I’m fed up with not being able to access my account online.
I am very unhappy with this mobile banking app. Everything is so difficult. There are no pictures of mobile deposits and everything takes forever. There needs to be a better app or they need to allow the old online banking site which was MUCH better!!
You can even use plaid, when you try to have a loan in other banks or any loan company you can’t access in their bank when you use plaid and it goes to sign in bank is either bank is in active or can’t see your bank. Worst ever
I dislike this update so much. Nothing is actually up to date in your account when you move things around. App also crashes and takes forever to log in.
This app used to work pretty well. It started to unravel when they added Touch ID. After this latest update, it’s a total JOKE! I literally have to reset my phone BEFORE I CAN USE THE APP— EVERY SINGLE TIME! When I click on the app, it says my session timed out, even though I log out manually each time. It’s just dead— it won’t do anything until I do a reset on my phone. Then it will come up, but I have to reenter all my information! I’ve removed and reinstalled several times, but it doesn’t help. It’s been weeks! Just FIX IT!! 🙄
Since this new upgrade, now I cannot upload my pictures for mobile check deposit! Please fix the problem?! The credit union is also closed on weekends?! Very inconvenient.
Once again the company has screwed up. AGAIN AKA VONS. I’ve had nothing but problems since they’ve been updated their app. Not able to login in, check accounts, remote deposit, and etc. They’ve been no help at all in fix it. I’m planning on closing my account with this company.
This is the worse banking app ever ! It will not let you update your address! It has a hard time linking to 401k and trading accounts the deposit feature never works right ! The app is worthless !
