When you first download the app and sign in, everything works. When you close the app completely and load it back up sometime later, you’re greeted by an the dashboard but everything is empty. You can try signing out, but signing in won’t work because of 404 errors. If you try to do anything else with the app with an empty dashboard it force closes. Hopefully they fix it one day. Until then, using the browser is the only way
Would Never Use ACS if it Wasn’t the ONLY option in my area
I’ve tried calling & emailing the customer service to delete the old devices in my old subscription for InternetNow- with no response for the past two weeks. I had to cancel my prior subscription due to a TDY, didn’t want to pay for months that I’m not using the service. Now that I’m back, my new subscription keeps telling me that all my devices are still attached to a different account… WHY ARE MY DEVICES STILL ATTACHED TO A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION. If ACS InternetNow wasn’t my only option for relatively decent speeds in my area I would never use the service and would fervently tell anyone I work with to never use the service. If ACS would fix this I’d shut my mouth but this is ridiculous.
Awful Communication Services! These people ignore URGENT requests for help, for MONTHS! They never let you login bc they never email you a password reset after rejecting your official password. They put you on HOLD, TWICE, for a half hour each time you try to get a simple scenario through their thick heads! TWO BOLTS OF LIGHTENING ZAPPED MY WIFI MODEM DUMMIES!! Anyone who has experience with experimental aviation engineering & holds a doctorate in that field..IS going to “poke back” when idiots poke the bear who’s TRYING to HELP them 🤦🏼♀️ #duh
If i could give 0 stars I would. It is absolutely the worst app. You can’t do anything in it. You literally have to go into the browser in order to complete anything. 👎🏻
