App works great. I used the facial recognition to login. Very easy. Improvements are made to the app on a regular basis. Really like the mobile deposit feature. When I call customer service support they are always friendly and helpful.
I discovered today that you can customize the acct names in the desktop website. It took a little navigation but I believe I found the settings in Self Service > Acct Maintenance. Very handy.
Been trying to set up online banking for a month with no response at all from the app. Tried again today and it says it can’t ID me so they’ll have to manually set me up and then email me to notify me. This is first response of any kind from the app but I don’t think they have my email. Oh well…
I’d like to use this app daily. However, when I open the app it doesn’t open to the sign in page and there’s no way to get to that page. So, every time I want to use it, I have to delete and re-install the app. Very frustrating
I would like to be able to have control and be able to lock my card was using a third party app for it but they no longer work with this bank and it made saving money so much easier please add something where I can lock my card threw the app you are the only bank this out of date.
Had this app for years and had no issues until this last week. The app will not load up. Every time I go into it, it says that the app is currently unavailable “Error 1230.” I have the app updated and nothing changed. Please fix this soon.
I use this app regularly daily but I just don’t understand why it won’t do live updates and I have to wait three full days without any use just so I make sure I don’t cause myself to overdraft please help!
I wish it had mobile check deposit. Other than that I enjoy the bill pay and the ability to search the account in such detail. Just update and add mobile check deposit..
The app works pretty well but the fact that I have to call customer support once a month to reset my password is ridiculous. My previous banking apps allow me to keep my same password until I am compromised or decide to change it.
I honestly think it could be better. It doesn't always load and I don't always login with ease. Usually have to attempt to login multiple times. When it doesn't let me login in I have error screens pop up. If that was fixed it would be a great app. But it is what it is
Needs to work out the bugs. I can not get logged in on the app but can online. I’ve even registered my mobile device on the website. Would love it if it worked so I could deposit checks on the go.
App is minimalistic, and won’t show me any of my transaction history, only my current balance. Making me wait for a text and type in a randomly generated security code every time I want to log in is ridiculous.
