First time order

I am already loving My Protein because of the option to choose Klarna. Not only because of the split payments, but because I had the option to pay in 30 days plus try out the protein for the first time. Thank you! I can’t wait to try it. The flavors sounds delicious!! The choice to pay in increments alone are a plus.

Good value. Decent app. Bad support

Love the product and I feel that I get what I pay for. The app is decent. Fairly easy to navigate. The constant “sales” are a bit annoying since there’s always a sale. I wish they just reduced the prices and didn’t have clickbait sales all the time. The in app support is a joke. You send a chat and I’ve had response times between 40 minutes and over 3 hours. It wouldn’t be so bad, but then they only give you 5-10 minutes to respond before they close the ticket. You can even leave a review for the support since they close the survey after another 10 minutes. It’s unreasonable to have you wait that long for support but they close the ticket in 10 minutes. If they followed up these tickets via email that would be better. They have no respect for your time.

Long Customer

I do love My protein products a lot. I been using then for long time. Their products quality are on top. Specially I use the protein plant, pre workout and some vitamins. The only thing I will complain or I would like have ordering. It is to be able to add more products to the same order made sometime before it. So I can have all my products in the same and not have pay shipping again. Just in case I forgot something. Please add this option. But I do recommend their products.

Great Company, terrible app

I have been using MyProtein for a while now. While the website is not the best, it did the job. I joined the mobile app to get the 5% discount, and the app is really buggy. It fails the connect me via Facebook/ email multiple time inside the checkout and the my account tab. When I was connected with my account, the 5% disappeared. However, it popped backup when I end-task the app and open it again. Summary, great products, but the application and website are buggy.

Amazing app and product

I was curious about myprotein after hearing about their weekly/monthly discounts and went on the App Store to see if they had an app. The web based service was fine I just hate using safari to shop on my phone. Anyway, absolutely amazing app and the product is top notch. I just bought some whey protein and can’t complain.

Needs to update cart more efficiently

Best protein brand, first of all. Literally the best deals anyone can find, no debate there. The app, however could use some work. Whenever I add items to the cart it doesn’t seem to update UNTIL you close out and enter back in. Can’t complain tho cuz MyProtein is killing it! Can’t wait to try the new pea protein and the protein Chips!

Unreliable

I ordered creatine back in September. Never received and thought maybe my order never placed, but I have an invoice being charged for the order and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they’re responsible for it never arriving. I also placed an order on Black Friday and was very excited about the products. The order never went through and I wasn’t charged?? I’m positive I placed the order. As much as I really want to shop from myprotein, the service quality is not as it should be

Charging for delivery when email says free delivery.

Sent a message on X and it took days for answer. Turns out they have to follow your X account for you to be able to explain things on X. So they said to communicate via IG/FB. I IG’d them, again took a couple days until last night at 12:45am. They ask me to send proof of the email for free shipping. They have no clue about adds or discounts. Now it been two weeks, I leave for vacation early Wednesday morning and paid extra so it can be sent to my destination. Get it together Myprotein.

Slow and buggy

Content is as good as website but the app itself is very slow and buggy. Filters do not get set immediately. Loading takes forever. Searches take at least 30 seconds. Checked in multiple networks and internet connections, still slow. Pro - great app discounts

Great tasting

I have been using their product's for years now. Thought it was time to give a review. I recommend you give them a try I haven’t purchased protein anywhere else for years. Thanks for being consistent and for the great products!

Very clean and user friendly

Just made a purchase on there. Originally groaned when I saw on an email that there was an app I had to get for certain discounts now, but after using it I’m glad it exists! Much better experience than using a web browser on my phone

Easy to use and navigate!

The app feels just as smooth and navigable as their website. I haven’t made a purchase through the app yet as I’m about to receive my next shipment from them already. Next time though! I have my cart ready and waiting! Best protein company on the market!

Love the product hate the website

Although I really like the product, your emails and discounts are too confusing and make for a very poor experience. I was ready to get 50% off and all I got was 35 based on the text you sent me why can’t you just be more clear everything has to be the gigantic puzzle when it comes to figuring out what your to get for discounts why don’t you just discount everything so we know what we are going to be paying?

My new obsession

A You Tube Influencer mentioned how much she loved the My Protein chocolate wafers, and so I had to test them out….I am now on my 3rd box!!! These are fantastic!!! Also, the vanilla whey protein powder mixes well, and tastes great! ❤️🩷

Great for price.

I love the taste of the mocha flavor of Impact Whey, especially with some peppermint extract… only problem I have is - the powder stays clumpy if you use a blender bottle. You HAVE to use an actual blender to get it smooth. The basic instructions also say you should use water or milk, but it’s only really good with milk.

Overall so far the app is great, it’s just like browsing on the website. I am though having an issue logging in to my account. At the account tab, a pop up screen appears but it moves up and down without loading so your unable to login. That part is still a bit glitchy.

Unjustified price differences

It makes sense that the prices of the products depend on the place of delivery. However, for deliveries to Belgium, the prices are higher if the selected language is French, while they are lower if the selected language is Dutch. This doesn’t make any sense to me, I should not pay more because I prefer communicating in French instead of Dutch, as long as the delivery address is the same. Poor and rather insensitive implementation…

App works well but no ApplePay support

The app works well and pretty much just a reproduction of the website. My only complaint is that I can use Apple Pay on the website, but not in the app. Would love to see this fixed in a future release.

Clothes are so clean

The user interface is very clean and the discounts are my favorite part of this company, originally found this on pineapple brat on Snapchat, very worth it, great advertising.

False advertising

I get emails promoting a certain percent off your order and almost every time its 10 percent less than what they advertised. Also says you will get free shipping when you spent 50 dollars but yet it never gives it to me. I tried reaching out to customer service to ask why is this happening but i never got a response.

I like having the app on my phone for the convenience of ordering, however that’s about all I use it for. In terms of ordering from my protein, their products are great! However if you ever have to contact customer service GOOD LUCK.

My product did not arrive

I feel ripped off, 15 days ago I bought some products and I have not received them, they have not communicated about this problem either, I have sent many emails and customer service messages and nobody answers me, always mind I feel ripped off!

Good service but app needs Apple Pay

The app is good but you can only use Apple Pay on the website. Need to add that option to the app too.

App is very very slow

Idk how but this app is not at all useful because it is very very very slow , things take a lot of time for loading and everytime it is in $ and i have to change everytime i open the app to ₹ and it takes 10-15 mins to load then 10 mins to load. Totally waste of time.

Overall snake oil

They will send you emails about this “great sale” and then give you a better deal on the app. You can never trust either that you are going to pay the best price. My advice is to either stick with emails or the app because the company uses both to work against each other.

Good company. App needs work.

Terrible UI, very slow and unresponsive. Constantly logs me out, and if I select an item in my Wishlist, if I want to go back it takes me to the main menu. Good company though. But their app needs work.

Nobody responds....

I’ve sent several messages and have been left on read without a response... been waiting on my protein order for 19 days and can’t track my shipping because the shipping tacking number is invalid with their carrier. Wondering if this is actually a legit company or if I just got scammed.

Bad costumer service

Blank pages
