I love your products and the app is easy to use but unfortunately it has some glitches. It has happen 3 times where I try to buy something and the app just opens a window that says that the page doesn’t exist anymore. It is really frustrating when I am trying to use the convenience of an app that doesnt work. If you could please fix this because it just makes shopping a hassle when it is supposed to be fun and easy.
Would love if other styles worn by the models in the thumbnail were called out in the product detail page. Search doesn’t always pull up what you’re looking for. Checkout process wasn’t working for me on mobile- had to use PayPal for it to work. About products- selection is great and most are good quality + sizing is pretty easy. Pls make the app better! :,)
Great app overall. I just wish they would move the back button from in front of product image. Whenever I try to go back, I end up enlarging the photo instead. Really annoying.
They send my parcel to CVS for pickup even though I choose delivery and then they never sent a tracking number so I had no clue when it was delivered. After delivery, CVS could not find it without the tracking number. The customer service rep was useless as well and just said it is what it is when I asked them to deliver it since they charged for shipping. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN!
This app is pretty good, it keeps updating/progressing for the better! Although, the app does lag from time to time if you’re using it for a bit.. other than that I love this brand so I’m super stoked that this app exist.
This is a great app that includes wonderful fashion brands. I love that there are so many opportunities for anyone to be apart of a team. Looking forward to learning more.
So slow. Downloaded it for the first time and it is crashing and spinning over and over. Can’t even check out my items. I can barely see what’s in my cart because the screen keeps spinning. Terrible!
I ordered jeans but they never arrived. I tried contacting customer service about this but they never texted me back. They do not care about their customers.
