Nabr Network is a resident portal and communication app developed for neighborhood associations and their community management companies. Authorized residents can login to the app to check their association dues, payment history, and violation notices. Residents can also submit and check the status on architectural and maintenance requests, make online amenity reservations, interact in neighborhood groups and committees, message with their manager, make posts to their Community Feed, and RSVP to association events. Community board members can communicate internally within the app and use the Task Management system for planning projects. Community managers post official association information to the Association News channel. Email, text and mobile notifications can be set by each resident per information type. Login access to the app is provided by Nabr Network for verified users only; the users must officially reside in the neighborhood association to receive login credentials to the app.
