So I had seen an outfit from nanamacs in a ad on Facebook and I fell in love with it instantly. I’m hard to find clothes for. I ordered this outfit and waited like a crazy person checking shipping I was so excited. When I got it I opened it and both items had some issues not sure how but I emailed them about it and I got a response back the next day. They were actually kind I did send them the pictures of the products and they took care of the situations I had read some reviews saying they have bad customer service but that was not the case for me at all. My needs were met and they will be getting my business again. I also had seen some people make comments about shipping but it was actually pretty fast compared to other places. Thank you Nanamacs for the excellent service!

Been a Nana fan for like two years now. All the clothes/shoes are very well made and last forever. Also, the models are all so sweet and amazingly gorgeous. It’s so easy to shop on the app and I LOVE how when you go to type in your credit card you can just put your camera up to the card and it takes the information for you! The fact that they have a curvy section makes it even more amazing.

I needed to change the shipping option for my order so I could get in time for family Christmas pictures. I sent an email, Cessie took care of changing my shipping and invoicing me. I paid the shipping and they got my package sent out. So thankful they did that so I wouldn’t have to change outfits for pictures. They are awesome!

I’ve been a Nanamacs for probably 8 or so months now but buying for about 4 months. I’ve placed soooo many orders I probably support one of the girls paychecks 😂 they only 2 issues I have is 1. It takes a while for the discount email coupon to kick in and 2. Whenever I go to search something sometimes it will think I clicked on something on the list (like dresses, shoes, tops) and it will take me to that section wen I didn’t want to go there. Other than that, I LOVE this online store and the clothes are sooo cute!! #NANAMACER 💙

Great quality of clothing and price! And the shipping process is good. My only recommendation is, it’s always best to watch the New arrivals, Restock lives to see better color of merchandise, the color online can be a tad different otherwise Great Boutiques thus far. Wish they offered more black clothing. The sweaters aren’t usually as soft as they appear. My biggest complaint is the app doesn’t show the measurements for the sizes and if I want to use a browser and just reopens the app. I’m using an iPhone 13 max pro if that helps. Prior iPhone did the same thing. How am I supposed to know if I’m ordering the right size if the measurements aren’t listed?

The functionality was great. It is easy to navigate through. The only issue I had was trying to scan my card for payment. It just wouldn't take it for some reason, but it wasn't too much a problem because I could still type in the numbers on the card. Otherwise, the app is running wonderfully.

The clothes and shoes are the hottest stuff I’ve seen so far. The fit and materials are excellent and at a price point the majority of people can actually afford to have!

Love this app! It's easy to use and allows me to shop my fav Nanamacs clothes! I'm obsessed with Nanamacs and I love all the models and how personable they are, it makes it easy to see how clothes will fit on you and you can compare with different body types and heights!

Love that they have an app, it’s so easy to take screen shots for reselling and to keep track of my favorites. Sometimes it’s buggy (like clicking restock takes you to curvy) but other than that it’s amazing.

As mentioned above. The pictures won’t load once clicked on in the app. However ordering online from this company is great. Clothing is great quality

I absolutely LOVE nanamacs. But the app needs work. My rate for nanamacs is 100 stars but the app can be slow and is harder to use because it doesn’t show when a certain size is sold out and it’s glitchy. I prefer to shop through the website.

good quality but wayyyy over priced like $30 for a necklace come on now. That is stupid!!

Emailed boutique to ask for measurements on a particular sweater tunic since no bust measurements were given. I looked below I’m details and for which model was used, but her face was covered so wasn’t sure and they didn’t list her name on this item. So I emailed asking for help and the below is what they sent - “ Please refer to the product description and size charts within each product listing for specific sizing questions. All available sizing information for an item will be listed on the product page. You may also refer to our Model Specs page to see which model is closest to your size; if that model tries on an item during a live feed, their specific size will be listed in that product's description to help give customers an idea of what might work best for them. Best Regards, Shelby” They did reply, but it was not very helpful. The particular sweater tunic I asked about did not contain any info of who the model is (face covered by phone) or size specs, or comments. I had a $352 (so far) cart from this company and they can’t take the time to give me measurements directly or be helpful enough for consumers to list across the bust measurements with each listing in the details section, but list sleeve and hemline measurements? I went on Facebook and tried searching and looking thru videos to find any info I could by watching some of the live feeds with no luck. Which I decided is absurd and asking a lot of me on my end as the customer. For an a example of helpful details…check the details on items on free people online or small town boutique Turquoise Heifer online. Those places, especially the latter of the two, goes above and beyond in giving all the info you need in their details. Which I get not everyone wants to put that much work into it, but then take the time when potential customer asks.
