Looks like they are trying to offer more on the app but it’s clearly not working. Facial recognition is gone and passcode can’t identify phone. They should not have released this version until it was working properly.
Each time I try to deposit a check using the mobile app, the image is blurry. It’s like it only wants to focus on the middle of the check and not the entire thing, which won’t allow me to deposit the check. With that said, I have to make a trip into town instead. When I use the mobile deposit feature of my expense account apps and Sentry Insurance, those work for me just fine. Maybe my phone just isn’t compatible with NEBT, because the app will work on my iPad...just not on my Android.
