Natural Life

Been a not-so-frequent shopper, but spend BIG when I do look at what’s offered. Love everything I’ve purchased—tee shirts, socks, jewelry, blankets, pillows, trinkets, beaded window covers, mugs. All good quality and affordable. I’ve not always used the app, but as a “more seasoned” shopper (age 60+), I have found it very easy to use, plus there’s a few added little perks. I do always start my shopping adventure browsing thru the sales and/or clearance area—find the best ever deals there. Have had only one issue with shipping—received a ceramic mug broken into many pieces, even tho it was wrapped well. Texted a photo—easy—no questions, no problems. Was not charged for the item—they still sent me a free replacement mug—no charge for the mug, no charge for shipping. Never had that happen before…wonderful gold standard of customer service. What I like best about natural life is everything is unique and cute giving off a special vibe! Big fan of this special company all the way around!

I have now ordered 5 times from this app. In just the few months that I have been a customer, they have continued to make little changes to the site which help the customer. Such as, I’ve not had to call them for assistance in returns, etc. Technical issues seem to be resolving. That’s great! I’m still having a problem one problem thou. Occasionally the app stops, and so I have to restart my phone. It was worse but appears to be responding better. If not for that I would have given a five star. FYI, today while browsing I noticed on one page that the text wasn’t placed with the proper product. Just mixed up on one page. It was the Summer/Beach stuff page if that helps and it was on Monday, April 10th @ approximately 11:00am.

My favorite thing about your clothes is that so many of them are made with good quality fabric. I’m a big fan of maxi dresses made with 100% rayon. I feel it lays and moves on you like a peacocks feathers, when their down they tuck onto your body an create a slimming fit, yet can be twirled and to see a beautiful array in flowing shades of colors, flowers and patterns to the fabric itself. You can just move about the room an your dress will produce the same effect. To your designers,, I applaud your vision for the tweens to twenties who are looking for acceptable sexy clothing that is not only comfortable, but look absolutely adorable as well. So often, clothing geared to this age are made in bad fabric bad design and bad fit., that all you notice is how much skin their showing. Your clothes are just the opposite, although they cover the same amount of their bodies, what one notices is the adorable outfit their wearing. That’s why I love your clothesline and accessories, and I will let my daughters order them whenever they want, Honestly you just can’t go wrong., Their Well Done in every Adorable way! I never dreamed I’d find a company that I literally want one of every product they sell. Natural Life has beautiful, quality products that have far exceeded my expectations. Which products? Every Single One. Be it clothing, toothbrush holders, beach ware or anything you want, I guarantee you’ll love it. It’s like tattoos. After you receive the first item, you’ll want everything they sell because the colorful, beautiful prints, quality everything and their products speak to your soul. One of these days, I’ll have a home covered up with all the things I’ve bought from Natural Life and my outsides will finally match my insides. Yay!

There is one exception. If at all possible, please add petite clothing. I’ve ordered many midi dresses. I’m 5’0” and I can walk on the bottoms of all of them. I don’t sew and many would be difficult to hem, and would be costly. So, I have given many of them to friends that don’t have my issue. Also, I’m an older customer and the very short dresses are too short. I understand that the clothing line is for much a younger person but I love the colors, styles, and prices! I’m certain younger women are short too, and would appreciate shorter dresses, skirts and pants. I truly hope you consider this.

I do like that you see more sale items on the app than on the website. However, it is very difficult to read the finer print and the reviews don’t have as much information such as height, weight, age. The reviews are the biggest issue for me. I am a plus size person who has been wearing NL for 5+ years. It’s very hard to get use to the changes on the app. I also wish if you looked on the website and put something in your shopping cart that it would show up in app. I had called customer service once about something else and the representative asked me what I thought of the app. I told her about the shopping carts transferring and very curtly she said that other websites don’t do that. I was so shocked since I was never spoken to like that from your exceptional customer service that I didn’t have time to think that many websites and apps have the ability to keep track and keep the merchandise in both carts. I chalked it up to her having a bad day-but unfortunately it stuck with me. Otherwise your customer service team is exceptional! Thank you for the opportunity to make suggestions. I have purchased lots of items, blanket hoodies are the best to keep warm also had a few stays in the hospital and all the nurses wanted to know where I got it from! I love all the cami dresses I can’t get enough of them lol. Lots of cute items I send as gifts like the Owl that holds sunglasses or your glasses. If occasionally I purchase something that does not do well on me I know exactly who to gift it too. As concerning size I am usually a large but always tend to oversized myself, well I have learned to make myself order medium and it is my true to size fit. Almost 60 and love feeling how these dresses fit!

I highly recommend Natural Life! Everything is Awesome. I am an Old Hippie. I have always loved the Boho Style but, through the years it wasn’t as readily available. Natural Life has designed so many beautiful items that I’d love to have several of everything. The Mix & Match Sheets and pillow cases are a fun Spring & Summer spruce up in the bedroom decor. I also bought several dresses. Each one fits true to size and I simply love them. They say clothes make the man! Well, this line brings me back to a time of being young and carefree.

The app works fine but it really annoys me that every piece of clothing on the app has only 5 star reviews. I find it hard to believe that every single person that buys the clothes never has any issue at all with anything. Statistically speaking at least one person would've had an issue with an item by now, so that tells me the company doesn't allow any reviews on there that are negative and that is just horrible. I like the clothes from the company but I have had issues in the past with at least one item. Makes me feel weird that a company like this would be shady like that...

Natural Life has become one of my favorite websites to shop from. I even converted my husband. We recently did a little refresher in our apartment. Some redecorating. And ordered a ton of stuff from Natural Life and we absolutely love it all. I even brought some things in to decorate my desk at work and have a little Natural Life vibe in my car. Unfortunately I am a fluffier woman and can’t fit the clothing but I do by it for my teen daughter and she loves it. Love the patterns and the vibe and the decor. Love the feel of my home with all my Natural Life stuff.

After having a tear jerking conversation with a friend who’s going through a lot in life right now, I came home and immediately hopped on the app and found a happy box that will at least add a smile to her face and hopefully she’ll be able to fill it up with happy things and memories that will help her her through this rough spot she’s trying to get through. Your products exude happiness and positivity and that’s exactly what I needed to give my friend right now. Thank you and keep them coming! 🙏

Natural life is my go to! I used to be a Free People exclusive shopper, but since finding Natural Life, there’s no going back! My mom knew I wanted one of the cozy oversized jackets, and after sending her the link to Natural Life, she’s now a convert! I’m always a given compliments, and asked where I have found the clothes, I wear! I have never returned one item, fortunately, having had to! More colors, and/or a patterns in the styles they have, is, the only thing I would change! Thank you Natural Life!

I’m jealous of everyone that has been successfully using the app. I had so many problems (3 complete start overs for a large order) and finally threw in the towel. I order online A LOT so it isn’t my first rodeo. I lost all interest in purchasing. I was trying to take advantage of the Labor Day sale. No sales for me this weekend but I have loved 100% of all of my previous purchases. Up until now, I’ve ordered exclusively off the website. I’m too frustrated to even take that route. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Living in Florida, it is wonderful to find comfortable, lightweight and breezy, beautiful clothing. I’m 63 and love all of my purchases! Yes, there are many things even at my age are in the line and look great on. Thank you for this line of clothing! 💓💓💓💓💓 I love my tunic dress with matching pants, I wore them to church today and got several compliments. My sun dress is beyond amazing and comfortable. My kimono is so stylish with jeans and a tank top! I can wait to get my next order!

This is my second purchase w natural life & 1 dress I already bought is so fabulous & just relaxed it’s beautiful Ive had a ton of compliments when i wear it I just keep sayin the Natural Life on Facebook check it out. Im like a lot of woman my size goes up and down & I have never found something I’m willing to put my money into to have the dress at either size. So I don’t have to hang it up and say I love this dress but it dosent fit. You won’t be wasting your money here !

I have been building my Natural Life summer wardrobe over the past two years and I’ve just added more outfits which are on their way. I can honestly say that most of my summer wardrobe is from Natural Life. I have a few winter outfits in there as well, but I cannot find any styles that I like better than Natural Life. The quality is superb and the styles looks great on young and old. I am older, but my younger daughters borrow my dresses all the time. Keep those styles coming!

Every item has a positive message which means an even more impactful show of hope and happiness and who doesn’t need a little more of that in their lives!! I received my order this week. Just wore the Dakota tie overalls, then the Analynne smocked maxi dress and another day the Isla halter in black!!! I have been stopped multiple times by both men and females with either a nice compliment or a where did you get that!! The colors, the make and fabric is amazing on all 3 pieces!! All run true to size and absolutely perfect to be comfortable in Southwest relentless heat and humidity. I’m thrilled to have found Natural Life and now is my new go to for shopping!!

I LOOOOOOVE Natural Life!!! A few improvements if possible: if you could please say the height and size the models are wearing in the clothes shown. (i.e. model is 5 ft 8 in wearing a size small in shirt or size xs/s in cardigan). And (this may be a reach) if you could possible have updated counts on inventory showing in the app so we can see how many are left for purchase. Other than that, I get compliments on practically EVERYTHING I purchase from this store and I love how your products make me feel! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I love Natural Life’s website, love the merchandise and how there is a very wide variety of options, however, I do not like the app as far as navigation goes. I will be scrolling through items and checking out the ones that catch my attention, then I’ll add what I want to my cart, and then even browse through some more, then the app freezes up, and this has happened on several occasions. Also there’s hardly any discounts and pretty high prices. Please fix whatever it is causing the freeze up!!!

My friend Susan told me about this store. Literally every item captivated me, and my credit card is complaining because I loved all of the darling stuff available, and possibly over indulged ...I can't wait to receive my first order.. I'll review it after I do . I was able to find some fun gift items too for upcoming birthdays . I have a feeling that this first purchase will not be my last .. 🥰💃

This is an incredible company. Everything I have bought from them has been outstanding. I love their sheets. The colors and designs are so unique and you cannot find them anywhere else. This is a company of bright colors. So if you bright colors I would recommend looking in all area to find that goody that you can not live without. Beware this company is addictive. ❤️

I absolutely love natural life They have so many great items that it’s hard to decide No matter what age you are from a 10 year old to a grandmother you can find so many things I do wish that they were a bit less in price but I guess you have to pay for greatness Keep on creating and making the world a prettier place ☮️❤️

I’ve been shopping Nat life for about 4 years now and have more than i should. The only warning for new shoppers is to order at least one size down. If you typically wear an xl or do not order xl it will be way too big. And so on. Other than that anything you order will be beautiful and exactly as pictured.

I order most of my clothing now online. Having lived in Asia for 9 years, I returned to the states pre-Covid with only 2 suitcases of winter clothing. This meant I had to quickly order spring/summer clothes. I’ve ordered multiple items (clothing, home decor & gifts) from Natural Life and have never been disappointed. On the contrary, everyone compliments and asks for the website.

I’m loving the things that I ordered! But the app is difficult to use as it constantly shuts itself off saying that there has been a problem and three little dots come up. It’s so frustrating and happens every single time I try and use the app! Usually I won’t use it to order. I will skip the free gift and place it without using the app! I’ve lost several free gifts and it’s not fair! Please fix this problem ASAP!

Since my very first order a couple years ago, everything I’ve purchased have been my favorites!!! From clothes, bandeaus, hair clips, sun catchers, zip pouches, ceramic flower pots to the cute bags … love it all. The lucky ones I gift some items to love it all as well. Great quality. Great service and I get so excited when I see the cute shipping bag has arrived.

I get so many compliments on what I buy. I just ordered two colorful poncho type tops for my sister who broke her shoulder and will need to wear clothes that do not require lifting her arm. I know just having something warm to wear and snuggle up with will be the best I’m thinking of you gift possible! Grateful for the choices I find with Natural Life!

I have been a customer since the beginning of their store and I have never been disappointed! I can not control myself when I get on this app. Their stuff is so well made and so cute. I personally feel alot of their items are good for any age! I thank Natural Life for coming into my life! I can’t say that my husband feels the same way! Lol

If you're looking for the softest fabric in clothing and bedding, you are in the right place. You will not be disappointed with anything you order from Natural Life. Whenever I wear dresses, skirts, or bandeau from Natural Life, I always get stopped by people asking where I bought my clothes. I cannot say enough about the quality…it is magical.

Absolutely love the clothing and I hardly ever have any issues but had a few issues today with looking at items or placing in order, but was fixed very quickly. Only gave four stars just for the reason of the issues I was having but they were fixed fast other than that fantastic app and clothing

I’ve loved most of the things I’ve ordered-the quality is good and the clothes are comfy and flattering. The gifts and housewares are also good quality. The only downside is the few times the quality has not met my expectations or the product was damaged, the return process has been a huge hassle. And then I had to hunt down my refund.

Apps can be finicky, for sure. Today I noticed when I was trying to review the many items in my cart I could only see 1 item at a time because the “choose a free gift bag promo” was still blocking half of my screen even though I had already selected my bag. I just thought you should know so someone could inform your app manager to make the necessary changes to fix this. Thank you!

It would be much more user friendly if each dress was also available in a petite size. Your clothes fit except the legs and sleeves are always too long. I need to have each item I purchase altered to fit, after I receive them. Is there any way to incorporate a petite size option?

I’ve never been able to afford these products and loved them since I was a kid! Now that I’m able to afford them on my own, it means even more to me, & to each person I gift them too—especially family & close friends!

I recently bought a sunshade for the dash of my car. It works SO well! It keeps the car cool enough for me to be able to jump in and go! No more waiting for the steering wheel to cool down! It’s also incredibly easy to fold and unfold! Works better than any I have tried before!

This is my “go to” for gifts. I have given several people gifts that I have purchased from Natural life and all have been winners! The selections are unique. I have purchased 2 dresses and have been very pleased with both. Make sure and read the reviews on size, color etc.

I love everything that I’ve ever ordered and that’s a lot! Shipping is usually very prompt and well packaged. I am older, and so the skirts are really not suitable for my outings, but I have tried them and they’re absolutely cute. I keep ordering mugs for Christmas for friends. I guess I should start counting them.❤️

The website has always been great, but I’m wondering why all the fabric content is missing from the app? I had to use the website to order because it has all the info I need. This is a huge oversight. Fabric content is a huge part of how a garment will fit & drape. Without fabric content, the app looks like every other sketchy clothing app and leaves me wondering.

I love Natural Life products. The colors up lift my spirits and this lift carried me through my busy stressful days at work.
