It’s easy and it flows with other accounts with the credit union. Me, my husband and son can use this app to transfer money to each other than using cash app or Venmo. It is a great app.
The previous app worked much quicker and processed payments much faster without so many delays. The improved app is much slower And charges and transfers show up muncher later or take much longer to post even as pending to account. Acts more like the normal bank debit card with lots of delays and out of order debits to acct. instead of being in order of debit from acct. I like the way the old app processed debits , debits and transfers and speed at which they posted to acct over current process.
The old app updated, and since then I haven’t been able to open it at all. I keep getting an access denied page, as though the entire app won’t let me in at all. I definelty have an account on here, I went to a navigator in person to set up this account here. I have even tried deleting it the app and redownloading it, but even that doesn’t work. I’ve tried the website it says to go to, but that doesn’t work either. I don’t know what to do, this app just doesn’t work at all!
Since the new version of the app was published, it has been clunky, slow, and crashes a lot. Doing Mobile Deposit used to be a simple process. Now the app resets or completely locks and requires multiple attempts to get a deposit done.
The new app is not working and will not load. The old app was working fine. This new app will simply not load correctly . The format is different, not a big deal, but why change it? There is nothing complex about this app, it simply doesn’t work!
Navigator’s mobile app is a good app for basic banking. It’s easy to use, and I can check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments and deposit checks. It’s very useful for me!
Most of the time the app is not working. Won’t open and when it does will not go from checking to savings. You would think in 2021 that the bank would care more about their customers to furnish them with an app that will let them see their account anytime anywhere.
9/10 times it will let me login. But that 1 time that I feel I need it the most or won’t load. I have full bars of service and it WiFi and still not loading.
Finally, y'all have an app, and it looks amazing! It's easy to use and has a great interface. Y'all are just like a regular bank, but with GREAT credit union prices! I love y'all!
Recently had to upgrade to an iPhone 6S Plus because my iPhone 6 Plus got damaged. Touch ID does not work on the iPhone 6S ... please fix this... much more convenient and secure using Touch ID.
