Takes forever to get your money when the company has sent the checks out already

This app has everything I need besides one major flaw. I have a credit card through NFCU and when I click on the credit card usage area in the app it doesn't show transactions / purchases history at all. Just a few days ago someone used my CC to buy over 50$ worth of products online. Thankfully, the fraud department called me promptly and was able to cancel them without it becoming too severe. If they could update this small detail in the app for users with a credit card then I could have also caught and prevented this as well. Please fix this issue and NFCU will be a most phenomenal phone app for all. Cheers!

I like the app. It’s simple. There could be some more features like the ability to do your own travel notice. Overall it’s a good app.

I have been a member of Neches Credit Union for about 50 years. Always the best service and the greatest people to work with!! I recommend them to EVERYONE I know or meet. ❤️

Love it! Use it almost every day. I just moved 5 hours away and it doesn't bother me at all because I can do everything online or over the phone.

Would like re-occurring payment option

After logging on the app takes waayyyy too long to display accounts.

This app is ALWAYS saying “ Application Error “ every time I login these past few months. If anything this app needs an updated look and features. I’ve been with this credit union for 2 years and never dealt with a bank that had so many issues within their app

We need the option to apply money to principle on loans

Never have I ever had a issue that couldn’t be resolved

My other bank credits me up to $300 before the app is closed from depositing a check and shows the whole check in the balance immediately instead of several days.

I love my bank ♥️♥️♥️and all the employees are so kind helpful and friendly

I use it everyday to check my account, make payments, and transfers.

First and last bank I’ll ever deal with.

I love this app I check it probably 4 times a day or more and it’s just always there and never wrong I love it

i rly love my card app because when i don’t know how much i can spend i go and check and my mommy adds money to my card whenever i ask her 🫶🏿

This app is always having issues with transferring money. Is this ever going to get fixed??? I’m sick of it.

The Neches app rarely works or rarely authorizes my activity, Especially during times where it’s not easily accessible to go to the Neches building. This app is not trustworthy enough to fully depend on it.

There shouldn’t be a limit.

In the past 3 months the app seems to always be down along with their website. && how convenient for it to not work on the weekends.

Doesn’t work half of the time

Love everything about this app. It is easy to use and I love I can do my banking without having to use a computer. You can even pay your bills the same way you do from the computer but from your phone. Get it and you'll wonder why you didn't get it sooner. Love it!

This app makes it easy for me to stay on top of all my financial needs. I can open a view window for a quick glance at my balance without having to log in which I love. The easy to use features save me a lot a valuable time!

Lets me do everything that I was able to do on my computer, even transfer money, check balance at any time, and requires a password for security. I am overall happier with this app than any other banking app I have.

One of the beat apps to take care of money. It is always up to date without any problems. The transfer option is excellent the apps shows everything. No need to have any other one.

I find this to be a great app for keeping up with your account. Easy to deposit checks and quick transfers. Had some problems with the camera on my iPad mini depositing checks but overall I love this app!

This app makes it very easy to deposit checks, transfer money, pay bills, and check your balance, all from your phone. I have never had any problems with this app.

Easy to use, can transfer funds between accounts in a snap. Occasionally have trouble with phone camera and deposits, but they eventually "take." Very glad to have this app!

The Mobil Deposit option is very convenient since I don't drive by any of the credit unions in the area. It was easy to use and I will definitely use it again!

I just down loaded this app and am excited about it so far. It works more like the regular site where the mobile site was not up to date on the transactions, the App is. I only give it 4 stars because I've only had it a short time.

Have had it for a day and I lime how easy it is to transfer. It may not have all the full site has but not many other mobile sites do. For me it's been helpful.

It also needs to show A balance history like the website has, how much was left before each transaction
