I rarely leave negative reviews but making an exception here. Mobile deposit is one of 2 features I use routinely on the app. It has been broken for iPhones over 3 months. Only answer you can get when you call is ‘they are aware and are working on it. No date available as to when it will work‘. After 3 months it is time to find another vendor.
It’s pathetic that a company can’t simply have there mobile app working at least half way! This is the reason we’ve switched to Pen Air. New Horizons is getting so out of date and behind in the times it’s pathetic! The only use I get from this app is the account balances and that’s it. The mobile deposit doesn’t work at all. Garbage app
Now that the app don’t work now everything about new horizons trash, time to switch up finally. I can’t get small loans from these people when they see I got the money and now the app don’t work, no reason to stay
No excuse for a simple app not to work efficiently and smoothly in this day and age. Your app is trash, your site is trash -- both hardly ever work. I'm probably going to switch banks because of this; I've given y'all YEARS to get it together. You should be ashamed.
The Tellers are great ladies. Go above and beyond to try and satisfy customers. Management however doesn't know the banks own policies. Agrees to things that policies contradicts especially in Tillmans Corner, AL branch.
