I‘ve had the NPB Mobile app for quite a while now. I have to say, it’s improved a lot. The introduction of biometrics improved the experience significantly. I used to have problems logging in nearly every time, that’s no longer the case, thankfully. Overall, it’s a well-constructed app with a very simplistic interface.
On the rare occasion it connects, I can view my account for a minute, then I’m forced to sign out due to “connectivity”. I’m at home on my WiFi that with everything else it works fine. Since the new update, this app is worthless.
Seems like when I need the app to work the most, it fails to do so. In my experience it works about 75-80% of the time, but it’s extremely annoying when it doesn’t and makes it frustrating trying to see what I have in my accounts.
It worked the first day I downloaded it. The next day, the farthest it got was verifying my identity. I would much rather check my balances on the Internet than to deal with this app. No re-downloading for me!
