What is the point of the app if you can’t use it to pay your bills? Removing that service from the app and putting it exclusively on the website was poor planning.
Anytime you switch phones, or update this app, it takes days to get back into it, when you have problems logging into it, When you work outside the hours of banking hours, because your forced to go into the bank for the actual reset for any help. I just did the update (9/12/2018) for iPhone X, and I can’t log into the app, went to reset password, forced into another window, then then get email for temp password, enter it, only to be told it’s incorrect, didn’t even have the option to use my Face ID that was already registered before they did the update. And I’m still having issues hours after updating, and I know I have to wait days to go into the bank to show the issue with the app again, from the log in errors I took screen shots of..... 😖
