App is great but it sometimes crashes and it’ll say not connecting to my internet they should let a person who books trips able to specify instructions and load money to easy wallet ball other features are wonderful
No estimated pickup or drop off times provided like on website
The app doesn’t provide estimated pick up or drop off times like on the website. This makes using the app unrealistic when more information is available on the website. I tried reporting the issue to customer service. Their response was to get very defensive and say that the app is new. I know it’s new. I’ve noticed a problem and wanted to report it so it might be resolved. They couldn’t even take feedback about there being no Face ID and/or Touch ID functionality. All customer service did was give me an attitude and repeat what I said. I know there’s no Face ID or touch ID functionality. I’m just reporting it so that Access Link can consider adding it in the future. Very unprofessional representatives. I don’t have much hope for this app going forward.
This app is broken the app needs major improvement in a lot of areas like the UI could major adjustment for more user friendly navigation more user opinions need to be added Tracking info details so the user can see how far or close there driver is SMS Nofications for text needs to be added and so much more so I'm giving this app a 1 star I hoping this app improvers so it could be use by anyone who may need it
Hello NJT it’s been awhile since an app version update for the iOS version. The app is great but it crashes and says not connected. Hope you fix this soon with an update thanks take care.
Constantly hangs when trying to connect - literally, 100% of the time. I have never been able to connect without repeatedly entering my information. And that isn't even addressing the ridiculously understaffed driver pool of the service itself. The app is consistent with the low quality service NJT has been consistently providing its most vulnerable riders with.
As a user of access link, the quality has diminished in recent months. One driver has blocked traffic several times, drives like a tortoise and has always dropped me off last and give me dirty looks. She should not be driving period! I am always late to my classes, this is unacceptable! Please fix your company!
Crashes often, won’t refresh. Map does not refresh automatically and have to switch back and forth to refresh. Can’t add locations and have to call. Call wait times are longer than 10-15 mins.
What is surprising is that ACCESS LINK is wasting money on this app. this app shouldn’t even exist because it does not work. when you hate the feature remember my ID this app is so stupid. It cannot even do that. Way to go ACCESS LINK. Keep wasting money.
Its useless dosent help for any thing no time table all day long round trip its wasting of time and very complicated even to down load its sucs ????!!!
I an a newer user of this App (Nov 2022) and it seems that many (but not all) of the problems described have been fixed for IOS. Reservation was not hard to make but I am wondering how long I must wait for request to be confirmed. It wasn’t immediate. Repeat- confirmation of request; not confirmation of ride. Also, I don’t know anything about EZ Wallent and the App did not provide a link to sign up. For those interested, I noticed that rise arrival information is available if you text your ID number to 41411. I haven’t had my first ride so I don’t know if it works.
