I love the app, however I just changed my phone to an IPhone 14 pro, and it won’t let me deposit a check. The camera shows a blurry image and a message that says: ROTATE YOHR DEVICE TO CONTINUE YOUR DEPOSIT. I rotated it, but didn’t work. And yes I made sure the camera was allowed to use with the app. And turned off Lock Screen. Tried it several times it just won’t allow me. I used an iPad and it worked. My iPhone did allow me to deposit a check with other bank apps.
Too many times I’ve gone to use my card and it gets declined. I try to look online, but it says it’s unavailable. So I go to the atm to check balances and pull money, but that is unavailable too. You can try calling, but their customer service is only open weekdays from 9-6. The only thing you can do is wait until the next day and hope it’s back up and running. They never give any notice of updates happening, or reason as to why I can’t access MY money. Absolutely ridiculous. T-mobile loses service for an hour and the government investigates. We can’t use our money for hours, and no one asks what happened?? I am leaving this bank. I don’t care about them knowing my name when I walk through the door or offering better rates for auto loans I won’t get approved for. Chase has the ability to let me access my money 24 hours a day. If I have a problem, I can speak to someone 24 hours a day. The cons outweigh the pros with Nobile CU. Not satisfied at all.
Man I can not tell you all how much I frickin love this app. Noble credit union is surprisingly one of very few banks I genuinely trust. I’ve been a customer with them for about +5 years and they have not once done me dirty. Now that they have an app I can enjoy their company from a distance being that I am now far away from their location. However it feels like I’m right at home ever since I downloaded their app. It’s so simple, easy to use and minimalistic.... I love you noble credit union...
With the daily hustle of work and home and kids this online app has been more than convenient but more so staying on top of my expenses tracking my budget and the safety of it brings me so much joy and peace in my daily task. Now if we can get the pending amount deducted immediately instead of waiting on a few extra days to show up this would be perfection! Thank you for your time

Works and easy to use. However had a few inconveniences when I couldn’t make a transaction because the app was “temporarily down” but I believe this was for updating purposes. I suggest they should warn users when this is about to happen. Overall everything you’d expect.
The mobile check deposit is not working, Noble also turned on automatic payments for my CC which caused me to overdraft, which I did not authorize. I authorized them to make a one time payment over the phone. That’s it.
Ik wish we were able to see the account information on here. As in see the account number. Our information on file. I understand to make changes go into the bank but being able to see minor things like that would be great
Every Noble branch I go into is very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the Madera branch recently helped me when my wallet and phone were both stolen from my car. It was a fiasco but they helped solve the problem!
The auto capture doesn't work and when taking the picture manually, no matter what, it always comes out of frame. Very frustrating. Had to go open an account with another credit union that their app actually works correctly.
Really hate the inconvenience of depositing my check in the ATM and not being able to have access to all of my money. If I can’t make it to a bank. My only options are to wait 2 business days or until Monday which doesn’t help.
I get so tired of going to check my accounts through the app and it telling me it can't be reached. That never happened with the FCCU app. I also get tired of it not accepting my print ID and having to reset it repeatedly. Get your app together, guys. This is our money we're trying to keep tabs on.
