I hate this app. It’s like every other day I have to resign in. Get a code text to me to sign in. Then have to do it all over again 3 or more times to just get the face recognition to work. Then a few days later go through it again
This is probably one of the worst online banking apps I’ve ever used. The app stopped recognizing my username and password (which other reviews mention) and there is no was to change it. I haven’t been able to use the app in a while because I have no way of signing in.
Touch ID barely ever works to login. Works when it wants. My username and password are never recognized (I wrote them down.) Made the mistake of changing my number and not reporting it online first and had to call and manually change my number with a representative just to update it & log in online. All just to see my balance.. 😐Not very user friendly. Could definitely stand an update.
