I’ve been using the mobile app for years, have enjoyed many of the improvements, but the mobile check deposit is inconsistent on whether or not it works.
I've been trying for several years to be able to check my balance via text. Or to get text alerts from North State Bank. I've never been able to get it work and no one at the bank can help me.
Need better UI/Ux. Flow is a little janky and gets a bit sticky or glitchy when moving thru app. Wil freeze will using bill pay. Feels like an app that desktop first user exp. Needs to have a mobile first dev pov. Still use the app not a favorite for me
The app provides no place for me to actually pay my mortgage. In fact, your bank does not have a way once I log in even on the full website. Use of the apps limited functionality is not intuitive.
