I enable Touch ID, enter username/password, it says we’re good. I close the app. I open the app, it says I need to enable Touch ID. Vicious cycle. It’s a convenient feature but it doesn’t work. Other than that the app works like any other online banking app.
Consistently a terrible app! Latest update makes things even worse. I have tried to remain loyal to this bank and app even as they go down the tubes slowly but surely. They can’t seem to keep up with the times. It’s like they have never seen how good apps work. They are in some kind of vortex!
No matter what I try, this app simply will not load. I can’t even get to the login screen. I have never experienced this with any other app. Honestly this is a big enough inconvenience that I’m considering changing banks just so I don’t have to drive in to deposit my business checks.
It's a nice looking and easy to use application. But I'm having a problem with it not showing newer accounts that I've opened up after I've already downloaded the app. Also there isn't anyway to look at more history of an account. I may as well just log on through the web on my phone to look at my accounts.
Whenever I try to sign in it says unexpected error. Can't even log on. The "remember me" option doesn't work for me either. Been using this app for awhile and it feels like every other week there is an issue.
