I wish we could access the “BillPay” section of our account through this app. In order to get to that section, I have to log on to the regular Internet.
Not working well with face recognition feature on the iPhone. Won’t let me sign into my account at all, won’t allow me to even type my password so I have to go to the safari site
I’m 51 and have banked at several banks over the years. NVB is by far my favorite. Best customer service, unbelievable debit card monitoring. They are on the lookout for you!!!
Always having trouble with the Face ID feature. If you don’t actually log out of the app and only swipe out of it, it will eventually lock you out of the app and you can’t get in. you have to call the bank to have them unlock you. happens at least once a month. other banking apps i use don’t do that. very frustrating.
Finally! NVB has an app! So happy! Great app, my only suggestion: have settings for notifications whenever there are deposits or withdrawals from my accounts.
I have to contact customer service which is only active 8am-5pm Mon-Friday to unlock my account if I want to check my bank account. Otherwise I have no acess they kept saying we’re sorry we don’t know what’s wrong. Works perfectly fine other than that and have no other critique my password is correct we’ve changed my username ect. Love banking with NVB but it stinks not being able to acess my bank account I do make sure to log out so it doesn’t time me out and lock my account but it does it anyways. Has been happening for over a month now.
