Love the convenience of just logging onto the app just to get my balance! Before the app, I know it’s such a hassle to call monthly just to get the balance as if ya’all wasn’t busy enough, and since the app, I haven’t called anymore! Thank you! And keep up the good work! And stay safe & God Bless

The app is very easy and convenient. I’ve noticed great improvements on the picture taking of a check to deposit. E Statements used to be impossible to find. So glad you took away the part where we had to put the dates in! That did not work. Cons- bill pay is still tricky for new users. Took my a long time to see those 3 little dots to press to actually get to bill pay. (When you’re on the bill pay site, it looks like you can make a payment there, when you actually have to press the 3 dots to get there. ) Also I had to call to figure out how to make a payment on my visa. I forgot that OE refers to it as a loan.

I really like operating engineers federal credit union but I feel like sometimes they’re under too much maintenance and always shutting down for what ever reason... there has been times their app and online won’t allow me to login because of their system error. He gets really frustrating but I wouldn’t want my money somewhere else I would definitely want my money to go into a better system than what they have now

been trying to get problem fixed. staff that answers phone is very pleasant and seem to understand issue. once all potential remedies have been exhausted i’m told IT support will contact me to fix issue. i get emails informing me my e-statement is ready to review but there are no estatements available because i don’t have an email address associated with account? (so how did i get an email stating my estatements were ready to review?) And, all sub-accounts don’t appear or show in total asset summary

This app gives me the ability to access my account from just about anywhere & get my bills paid. I can transfer funds from one account to another and even get $ to a friend in need using pave.

Love this bank I would definitely recommend. I’ve never had an issue with them. Not to mention if I’ve ever had a problem they helped resolve it almost immediately.

Ive had this app ever since i switched over to this bank and it’s been the best banking app Ive used. Its fast and easy to navigate with links to many parts of the desktop version. I highly recommend it.

4 1/2 stars, I would give it a 5 but when you have a charge and it lets you overdraw the account and doesn’t notify you it’s very irritating to not know. I have had the best experience dealing with the customer service in every way, great people and it shows they care about their customers. I do HIGHLY recommend. Not leaving anytime soon.

I have several bank apps. This due to having multiple checking accounts over the years. This is by far the best banking mobile app I’ve yet to use.

Wish it was easier to do phone deposits. I tried setting it up by myself and Than spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a bank representative only to be told it won’t work with my phone. Which is an iPhone 10xr.

I have no trouble with this app. I can check my balance, pay bills, move money to different account with ease. Like that if someone is trying to hack it alerts you

The OE banking app is very user friendly and very easy to use, it’s an easy way to stay updated on any of your account’s from checking to auto loans and ya can complete nearly any everyday transaction on the app.

For some reason they are always down And now with this so called amazing new update you can’t even transfer money!! Log ins sometimes take so long just to load.

Been using this app since it started. It’s improved a lot. Better and better every time. Thank you OE for making life easier 👍

I’m very happy with the app. It has improved over previous versions. Specifically, the mobile deposit works better. The only disadvantage is when opening statements. The app is a little cumbersome in that regard.

The app is simple to use and very convenient. It’s user friendly and you can do almost any transaction without leaving home

The OE Federal credit union is a very good checking account/app so I can withdraw my vacation holiday fund and put it directly into my pocket. Thank you for the convenience. i’m with Operating Engineers local 12.

I love how OE just keeps making the app better and better. Mobile deposit is soooo much easier to use nowadays.

The app allows me to complete most everything I traditionally would do in the bank.

Easy to use,very useful,customer service is excellent, when I did have a problem customer service resolved it immediately

The only thing that is annoying is they go overboard with the security. I do not need a text AND an email AND a phone call every time I move money in the account. The text by itself would be great.

Updates have in the past confused me but the staff is always friendly welcoming and helpful to teach me about anything necessary.

I couldn’t ask for a better bank app. It’s all there. The features are great easy to maneuver, it never crashes. This app is world class and I woudlnt wanna use another

Love the online services that are provided! Member to member transfer and acct to acct transfers very useful. Print statements. Very useful for ones busy schedule and and from your mobile device

One of the easiest mobile banking’s that I get to deal with. Definitely enjoy the upgrade they did over a year ago!

This app makes deposits, and other transactions simple. I am tech challenged and I have no problem navigating through this app.

The only thing missing in the app is you can’t see pending charges and who they go to other than that you can do anything I love it

Worst camera function for mobile check deposit ever! Routinely have to try a dozen different backgrounds and lighting to avoid image error messages - it’s not the phones - two different phones for both wife and I, over years, despite ballyhooed app updates the issue remains! All my other banking apps image checks for deposit effortlessly - this app is a big PITA!

Although I love the convenience of mobile banking, almost weekly I have to uninstall and then reinstall this app for it to work properly. I thought with the latest update that it would be better, but it’s not.

In a fast paced world I don’t have time to go to the bank to drop of checks. For this reason being able to deposit checks with photo capabilities is extremely important to me. Unfortunately the app crashes every time I try to deposit a check through the deposit feature. (It’s not my phone because I use chase as well) My money will most likely be going to another bank until OE can come to the 21st century. Other than that the app works fine!

This version is much more intuitive and easy to use than the previous one.

I love the new updates and how everything is right at my fingertips. The Face recognition I love. I use this app a lot so the Face ID feature saves so much time for me. Great App I love it.

One thing I do not like about the app is that in order to see any changes made to the account, you have to log out, and re-log back in. Not a fan. The rest of the app is OK

It would be awesome if my husband and I both could use the app on both our phones without having to reset every time we go on the app!

This app is so very user friendly. I can see where our funds are at. Pay our loans and visa. All good.

Being able to use Face ID is a huge time saver. Overall a great experience for a banking app in my opinion.

It takes a bit to get set up but once in place transfers are extremely easy. 5 *
