Love the convenience of just logging onto the app just to get my balance! Before the app, I know it’s such a hassle to call monthly just to get the balance as if ya’all wasn’t busy enough, and since the app, I haven’t called anymore! Thank you! And keep up the good work! And stay safe & God Bless
The app is very easy and convenient. I’ve noticed great improvements on the picture taking of a check to deposit. E Statements used to be impossible to find. So glad you took away the part where we had to put the dates in! That did not work. Cons- bill pay is still tricky for new users. Took my a long time to see those 3 little dots to press to actually get to bill pay. (When you’re on the bill pay site, it looks like you can make a payment there, when you actually have to press the 3 dots to get there. ) Also I had to call to figure out how to make a payment on my visa. I forgot that OE refers to it as a loan.
I really like operating engineers federal credit union but I feel like sometimes they’re under too much maintenance and always shutting down for what ever reason... there has been times their app and online won’t allow me to login because of their system error. He gets really frustrating but I wouldn’t want my money somewhere else I would definitely want my money to go into a better system than what they have now
been trying to get problem fixed. staff that answers phone is very pleasant and seem to understand issue. once all potential remedies have been exhausted i’m told IT support will contact me to fix issue. i get emails informing me my e-statement is ready to review but there are no estatements available because i don’t have an email address associated with account? (so how did i get an email stating my estatements were ready to review?) And, all sub-accounts don’t appear or show in total asset summary

Ive had this app ever since i switched over to this bank and it’s been the best banking app Ive used. Its fast and easy to navigate with links to many parts of the desktop version. I highly recommend it.
4 1/2 stars, I would give it a 5 but when you have a charge and it lets you overdraw the account and doesn’t notify you it’s very irritating to not know. I have had the best experience dealing with the customer service in every way, great people and it shows they care about their customers. I do HIGHLY recommend. Not leaving anytime soon.
Wish it was easier to do phone deposits. I tried setting it up by myself and Than spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a bank representative only to be told it won’t work with my phone. Which is an iPhone 10xr.
The OE banking app is very user friendly and very easy to use, it’s an easy way to stay updated on any of your account’s from checking to auto loans and ya can complete nearly any everyday transaction on the app.
I’m very happy with the app. It has improved over previous versions. Specifically, the mobile deposit works better. The only disadvantage is when opening statements. The app is a little cumbersome in that regard.
Operating engineers, local 12 vacation holiday fund
The OE Federal credit union is a very good checking account/app so I can withdraw my vacation holiday fund and put it directly into my pocket. Thank you for the convenience. i’m with Operating Engineers local 12.
Worst camera function for mobile check deposit ever! Routinely have to try a dozen different backgrounds and lighting to avoid image error messages - it’s not the phones - two different phones for both wife and I, over years, despite ballyhooed app updates the issue remains! All my other banking apps image checks for deposit effortlessly - this app is a big PITA!
Although I love the convenience of mobile banking, almost weekly I have to uninstall and then reinstall this app for it to work properly. I thought with the latest update that it would be better, but it’s not.
In a fast paced world I don’t have time to go to the bank to drop of checks. For this reason being able to deposit checks with photo capabilities is extremely important to me. Unfortunately the app crashes every time I try to deposit a check through the deposit feature. (It’s not my phone because I use chase as well) My money will most likely be going to another bank until OE can come to the 21st century. Other than that the app works fine!
