My curves have always been my pride but it’s hard to find clothing that truly brings that support and style together - this is it! Most of my wardrobe as a 24 year old Influencer is filled with their products and I recommend it. I ordered a prom dress well before my prom and got here three days before the dance. It took over three weeks to arrive and when it did It was wayyyy too small. I don’t even think a 5 year old had a small enough rib cage to fit into it. I am typically a double zero but i ordered a zero bc i saw it ran small. It fit everything but the chest. the sizing proportions are way off. Not to mention when i returned it I asked for my money back and all they could give me was store credit. I never want to order from them again after this and now i have 200 dollars in store credit I don’t know what to do with. The customer service sucked as well they did not care to help me with my problem because it had been over 40 days even though it was returned within two weeks of me buying it.
I’ve been trying to Sign into my account for 30 minutes, I forgot my password so like everyone else I reseted it. I login to my account on my laptop to see if it will work with the new password and it did, so I used that same exact password to sign into the app but it said it was wrong or my email was invalid. So I went back on my laptop logged out and signed back in step by step along with signing into my phone at the same time and it didn’t work. I only signed into the same account on my laptop but it doesn’t work on my phone, I don’t have access to my laptop and I like making purchases on my phone instead so now I can’t buy anything because it signed me out and I can’t sigh back in. Fix this problem.
This app is super easy to use, although, some of the buttons are invisible😂 so when I’m trying to login or purchase something I click everywhere in the blank areas until it continues to the next page
This is my first time ordering from this store and I heard great things about it from friends: stating how quick their order came and how easy it was to order. The ordering part was easy, but getting my order was another thing. I ordered a dress for my graduation, and now that my graduation is coming up they decide to send me an email now stating that they lost my package during transit. The problem is not that they lost it it’s that they had all this time to tell me and decide to say it late; now I’m on the hunt to find a last minute graduation dress.🤦♀️
I have been waiting for my refund for more than 10 days since delivered to future facility with no email update. I have tried using the chat bot but as expected it is useless when trying to have any type of answer. I would recommend you not to order unless you are 100% sure what your size for this brand is and that you will like the style since you won’t be able to have any type of status on your return!!
I love Ohpolly! If you need it for a specific date i definitely recommend ordering a week an half in advance to get to your location time due to not shipping on the weekend. Other than that packaging is always good, dresses look as in the website, good with returns and TRUE TO SIZE!
Is really easy to use the only the thing that would be better if they had different size models because it was really hard to choose sizes. I hope 🤞🏼 that what I order fit me well 😅
The dresses are truly stunning in person and for the price… truly unmatched! Returns were easy for the dresses that didn’t fit I got store credit and reordered.

This takes way too long. When I tried to return it, it said there was no information or orders linked to my info. The website is so unorganized for help. I really hope they fix it but do not order from here unless it’s about 2 months before you need it.

My package never arrived, I asked for help, they never helped me, they never returned my money or they either didn’t send me the clothes again, or a store credit. you guys have to get a better customer service, the person that was supposed to help me was jazz I wrote her more than twice and she never helped me
Listen to the reviews, I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from them, I ordered a month ago and my package is still not here. They also don’t have customer service, I also saw from the comments you can’t return what you buy!.
Oh Polly orders come wayyy too late. I ordered a dress over 2 weeks ago and said it was going to get here a day before my birthday and took a whole another week for it to get here AFTER I requested for a refund. You guys take wayyy too long to ship and need to do better.

i ordered a dress on april 14th and i paid for EXPRESS 20 DOLLAR SHIPPING. it’s now the 18th and the dress still hasn’t shipped yet. i WILL be calling corporate. STAY AWAY FROM OH POLLY THEY ARE LIARS! i will be having my bank dispute the charges and getting ALL of my money back.
I love this company they have the cutest dresses and clothing but THE APP IS HORRIBLE NOW. I can’t sign in, it’s always signing me out and I haven’t been able to add anything to my wishlist in months. Please update the app and fix the bugs that are going on asap
Not everyone is the same size. It only goes up to a 14. What about women who are a little bit bigger in size. Overall terrible. It makes us women feel bad about ourselves. Never shopping here.
