One Bank TN

Currently, there is no known way to switch between main accounts. For example, between my personal checking and my business account. The same could be true if you had a separate account with a partner. Signing out and telling the app to forget you is not a solution.

Great app first of all thankfully BOPC has an app! However it needs a UI overhaul. The design is glitchy especially with newer iPhones, where the interface interferes with other actions on my phone like swipe down menus. Also allow for Face ID login would make this app feel a lot more fluid. I think BOPC could further improve the app by making the app less like its website and making the UI much simpler, an example would be The BlueBird app by American Express, who has an expertly developed user interface. I’m so glad there is now an app but I want it to be better because it has the potential to be.

I read some of the reviews after already signing up for this bank but after making the online account and downloadind the app, they must have updated there UI because now I see mobile deposit and many other features that I like to see in a banking app, good job!!

Needs mobile deposit and bill pay. Falling way behind other banks' apps.

I have a hard time on the weekends and some days knowing my actual balances because debits and credits aren’t posting timely. My other banking apps and credit card apps move faster. Maybe there’s a delay in the ACH system at this bank because it doesn’t feel automated. Other than than that the app seems fine.

I need mobile deposits to work in order for me to continue banking with them. So far I have deposited the same check 3 times and it did not go through. I talked to an online banking tech and it still doesn't work.

I would be nice to be able to transfer money into a Savings Account without having to come into the bank!!!!!!!!

I hope you all read these reviews. You have a very good and stable app but you must add mobile deposits. This is a very big deal. No trips across town to go to the bank. No more fighting traffic on Willow on Friday afternoon. This is a MUST HAVE feature in order to keep customers. Other banks in Cookeville offer this service.

This is so much easier than going to the website and having to log in and pinch to zoom to be able to see everything! I'm glad there is finally an app! Please keep it up to date!
