Essential App for Walmart employee’s
I am a Walmart associate and I started about 2 months ago. Even was one of the recommended apps to download for all Walmart employees. I did not expect this app to be as useful as it is. I personally hate getting paid every 2 weeks, but because of Walmarts massive number of employees, they need 2 weeks to make sure everyone’s wages are accurate. With Even you can take control of your paycheck and decide when you want to get paid. With the Instapay feature up to half your paycheck can be transferred within a day to your bank account. Also, if you’re a Walmart associate, you get the instapay feature for free. I also have found the savings feature useful as you can set aside multiple savings goals that are controlled by you and automatically deducted from your paycheck. This app is really useful and again, a must download if you work at Walmart. There is a fee for Instapay for everyone else.

Very Disappointed
I have been using Even for almost a year. It was working perfectly, and it was the best financial app on the market. It allowed me to get money from my paychecks early, and my favorite part was the “spend” tab. It organized my bills very plainly, so I knew what bills I had to pay with each paycheck. It was the best. However, recently the app is no longer compatible with my bank, so I can’t use that feature anymore. I honestly valued that feature more than being able to get paid early. I don’t understand how it worked for so long, then stopped. I’ve contacted the support team several times, and they’ve said that there is nothing to be done. Now I’m having to use another app for the planning/budget aspect. I’m paying every month for the even plus subscription, and it’s disappointing that I can’t use every feature on the app. Had my bank been more popular, I’m sure this wouldn’t have been an issue. I feel that smaller banks aren’t given as much attention during development. Even though this could very well be an issue with my bank’s software development, I think the spend tab should be available still, to allow manual input.

Pretty Straightforward
It’s an app for banking but it can also help to build credit. I recommend them to people at work a lot because you also get instapay, which is a feature you can use to take out of your paycheck in advance, and you can build your credit. They’ve also got a sort of deal(???) with some places where you don’t get charged a fee to reload your card like with cash app or other similar apps. I’m a pretty loyal user, I’ve used it for the last two-three years or so and it’s never once been deleted or undownloaded for whatever reason so I think that’s pretty good. The weekly pay and the savings pockets are also really good, especially since I have a lot of areas I’m saving for. You can create up to four of these pockets and I’ve got all of them filled lol Great app, great customer service, and pretty easy to set up and use.

One Star for Intregrity
UPDATE: Was told by Even Support that Even Basic is in fact free for employees of qualified employers. I still believe that should be more clear, as that’s only informed in the membership screen. Even has a lot going for it. It’s a beautiful app with amazing features for financial planning. However, it’s payment structure is very hidden from the user and awfully misleading. The app description mentions nothing about a subscription, neither does the app’s setup. If I hadn’t gone into my settings I wouldn’t have noticed that A: Even has membership options B: there is no free membership option C: I was signed up for a free trial membership (the Basic plan) and wouldn’t have known the date or anything had I not checked that section. Upon reading their website FAQ, it mentions that Even charges no fee except for their Plus membership which is $6 a month rather than $3 for Basic. Things like that should be made evident to users, not hidden behind doors. Also as a critique to hopefully have this pushed in a future update, it looks like Even has iPhone X support but items are getting cut off on the notch and on the bottom portion of the display. Please fix it as it really ruins the sleek style of the app.

Doesn’t even do the fastpay
I am new to this app. I signed up the other day so I could take advantage of the 1X Weekly pay that my company offers through the Even app. Since signing up I have been able to open the app and otherwise scroll/flip through the main pages of different sections. However, whenever I go to the instapay page, and click continue so I can fastpay, the app crashes and force closes itself making me reopen the app and start over. It crashes every time I click continue to do the fastpay. I have been talking to support for the last day or so, and over that time they have told me they were speaking to someone to try and resolve the issue. First they told me they were talking to just normal IT, then they were talking to their software engineers (I’m assuming to try and see if there was a flaw in my apps downloaded coding), and then a third agent came on the line and said they were speaking to management to try and figure out what was going on. Like really it shouldn’t be this difficult for me to use the fastpay feature y’all are making it way more difficult than it has to be. Get your act together!!!

Best Customer Service!
I made a mistake with my bank account information and began getting frustrated with this app. My first thought was not to go to customer service because that never ends well and was stuck in this predicament for a couple of days. I was getting more and more upset. I finally decided to give it a go and it was basically like texting a person. The response was immediate, instructions were clear and the app became easier to follow. Loving the app and the ways I can make a savings account also definitely love the customer service. I’m not a paid customer and I never write reviews especially this long but this app really deserves it. Once you’re sure this app will help you with problems that occur it makes it more trusting and makes you at ease to use it!! 10/10 Recommend :)

Disappointed With The Changes!
I had been using this app faithfully for at least 2 years when it was Even & had absolutely zero problems. When it changed to One@Work and my employer made updates—it is pointless now like others have mentioned. The app stated it would no longer go by your previous paycheck to determine your InstaPay amount but instead would use your daily hours submitted via WorkDay, and that was no problem. The issue is that you can log your hours in WorkDay but they have to be submitted & APPROVED by management first and THEN you can use the instapay. I reached out to support several times to even make sure that was correct because honestly it’s pointless and actually impossible as leaders don’t even review and approve timesheets until usually the day after the pay period ends …Not every single day or even every week… So yeah, I had a good run with One@Work but I sadly won’t be using it any longer. Also side note: The constant all black background is aggravating and ugly. At least have an option to where you can do a light/dark mode 🙄

Violates data privacy and consumer protection rights
I downloaded this maybe a year ago and they did not have my employer, so I immediately deleted it. I got a text yesterday with someone trying to sign into my account from an app that I didn’t even remember ever having. I download this to go to delete my account since I don’t need it, and the only way they will allow you to delete your account is to fill out your employer and other personal information first and then ask for it to be deleted. I don’t even have an account if you ask me, because I wasn’t able to set anything up due to my employer at the time not being supported. they say the only way to delete your account is to provide all the information they asked for and then go to your profile and delete it. That is very much illegal. As a consumer, if I asked for my data to be deleted from your server, you cannot tell me that I have to provide you additional personal identifying information prior to deleting the information you already have. I will be filing a complaint about this

Best finance app I’ve ever used
Even is AMAZING! I can see how much I make every day, how much my next paycheck is, and get paid EARLY! It keeps track of all your income, bank accounts, and bills. It budgets for you 100%, shows you how much you can spend everyday and still pay all the bills and rent coming up. It’s like having a personal accountant. Also customer service is fast. My question (adding my raise) was answered and the representative fixed everything for me in less than 2 min. They responded instantly, within about 10 seconds which really surprised me. Oh and you can set aside savings without opening up a new bank account. I don’t even use my bank’s app anymore, Even does it all.

Don’t like new format
I loved the Even app. It was user friendly and the only issue I ever had was sometimes the full amount of money earned wouldn’t update until after I completed an Instapay, so I wouldn’t be able to take the full 50%. One@work doesn’t seem to be too much of a change. But the biggest change I’ve found is the change I hate the most. It’s now a black background with white writing. I absolutely HATE it. I’ve searched all over the app for a way to change it back to a white background with black writing, but have yet to find a way. Hopefully I’m overlooking it and won’t be forced to keep this black background. I feel we should have the option to view the app in dark mode if we want, but shouldn’t be forced to. Hopefully developers will comment on a way to change this and I can update to a 5 star review.

Pretty great app! except …
I have been using the even app for quite some time now and i haven’t had much issues with it , it’s got instapay which i love , i get paid EARLY , and i know exactly how much i’m going to get paid for the next couple of paychecks. I ran into a problem although when i tried to change my bank account , i think it’s RIDICULOUS that in order to change your bank account you have to delete the whole app!! there is LITERALLY not an option to change it at all! I literally just want to change it however what if someone else entered the wrong information on accident ? or what if something happened to that bank account thus forcing them to rid the one they have currently , it’s not fair at all and i feel that’s something very simple that should have BEEN an option on the app , PLEASE fix this it’s very frustrating. Thank u. - Ashlee

Great when it loads
I’ve had this app for over a year now, I love it! Makes budgeting easy, great when I’m in a bind, and the extra savings is helpful! However in the past few months it’s hit or miss if the app itself will actually load. Doesn’t matter if I’m connected to the internet or just using my data, at times the app just leaves me in an infinite load screen. No amount of closing the app and reopening has helped. Nor has uninstalling or reinstalling. It’s a little inconvenient and unfortunate, given the circumstances of when I need to use the app. Another problem I face is that my bank account will randomly disconnect from the app. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to sync again, others it syncs right away.

Tsk tsk tsk smh
Just a tad misleading, guys. "Even's budgeting features are free to use. Even Plus blah Instapay blah blah employer in the list they may blah blah $8/ mo." I must be a real moron because I downloaded the app thinking my employer didn't have to be on the list to use the budgeting part of the app and if by some chance my new employer WAS on the list, well, I might get really lucky. They may pay for the Instapay part and even though the idea of being paid early really wasn't all that appealing to me because if you took advantage of that aspect of the app, it might be helpful at the time, but it would just be that much harder to make it until the next payday features or would be farther away, I thought I'd check it out too and just pay the $8/mo myself if my employer didn't ---just in case, you know? Well.....that would be a huge NOPE!! If your employer isn't on the list, you can't use the budgeting part either. That was a bit of a let down so 1 star for being misleading.

It was okay until a mistake happened on their end
It’s a good app really. But someone on the even app really needs to do their job correctly!! My instapay got messed up with my last paycheck and now they had to take money out from this paycheck so they could fix the problem. Which I don’t honestly agree with at all. I ain’t saying I want free money. I’m saying the job should have been done correctly. Because now I have to wait for ANOTHER paycheck to pull money if I really need it. Like right now I need it because bills have got to get paid and now imma be behind and it’s gonna cost me more money!!! Can’t pull an instapay out from the paycheck I’m working on now. Y’all were doing great up until this situation. Now I’m skeptical, especially since y’all want us to do that savings thing. So because this happens I WILL NOT be using that savings part on my Even app BECAUSE of this situation.

Great Initial Experience
I used the app to get an advance on my first paycheck. The required steps were clearly defined and the app functioned just as the description said it would. Also, it appears to me that the confusion about subscription costs mentioned in a previous review, has been clarified. It couldn’t be more clear that the “Plus” subscription is available for a one month FREE trial period. What’s really awesome about these developers is they set up the default to NOT auto-renew the subscription after the trial period. You actually have to select auto-renew for that to happen. This is a great, easy to use app, that really saved me when I needed it most. Many thanks to the developers.

Even can be a lifesaver. Allows you access to funds for your emergency situation. On the other hand many things are not clear or partially hidden from user; for instance the price. It is not free! It leads one to believe it is. Also i hope you dont have any questions that require immediate attention. Your led to believe that you can just text them and all is well and probably will be, but it may be 6,8 hours later. There are other issues that give it that shadowy feel of what are they not telling me even though you wont find out till too late. I asked for maximum draw then the second i closed that screen the mac went up 40 dollars. Guess ill text them and get that straightened out. Nope text was closed. Didnt tell me that either

The update destroyed help for employees right before Christmas
I had been a faithful user of this app up until this past week with this new "update". My employer reviews our timesheets at the end of our two week work schedule, not daily. If I submit my time it is on a two week cycle, we do not receive daily time approvals even though we do use workday to submit time. Which means you've essentially lost the business of one of the largest companies in the country. How can you say you partner with us, when you have taken away our ability to receive the help that some of us need? I would need to fill out and submit for approval, two weeks worth of time in order for the one@work app to upload my time and approve my instapay. Back to not being able to afford life anymore, and right before Christmas when I could have really used the help, the most.

Good for emergencies
This app always came in handy when I needed money before payday. Unfortunately I can’t use it anymore since I’m no longer a Walmart Employee but when I did have access to instapay I was able to cash out at a Walmart store which was convenient. The only thing I don’t really understand is why we have to pay our own money back from hours we’ve already worked. I know it’s an advance before payday but it’s literally coming from what we’ve already worked. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who works for Walmart and needs money instantly. I just wish that I could utilize instapay with my new employer in San Bernardino County but nonetheless, i was happy to be able to use it when I was able.

Pretty awesome
This app is great. I enjoy being able to budget as I can see how much my checks will be and put some into savings. Only reason not 4 stars is because it hasn’t reconnected to my bank account in a month. It worked great for about a month then stopped working for my actual bank account balance showing. I just have to open another app but I did like not having to do that when it worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling after shutting my phone off and on didn’t work. The refresh button just results in it spinning to never refresh. Besides that it’s a good app and huge help to get paid early and see my income up to date whenever I want.

Best money/budget app I’ve used in a while!
After all my years of using apps on the App Store, this will be my FIRST review. I love the Even app so much that I have to say THANK YOU to the developers for creating such an innovative & convenient way for people to budget, plan & save money accordingly. I use this app in conjunction w the Digit app & not to sound cheesy, but it’s decreased my stress & improved the quality of my life already! The money transfers quickly (depends on your bank) & picking up the $ at the Walmart center is always stress free as long as you have valid ID matching the address you’ve given the app. This such a brilliant idea, I can’t imagine how I lived w o it before. Thanks again Even!

Kind Of Annoyed
This app is wonderful to see your bills and plan ahead how much pay checks will be, and it updates when you get overtime hours and roughly 24hrs after that overtime shift, your paycheck will update to see its new amount which I love! BUT... this app completely lacks to do its main purpose. Its supposed to deduct from my bank account bills from my banks current status so I know how much I can spend. However THIS APP WONT UPDATE MY BANKS STATUS. At one point my accounts went into a status of -$0.80 (gas oops) for my checking and $285 for my savings. It has been like this for 3 weeks. I have undownloaded and redownloaded the app. I have refreshed the banking connection. I have tried to disconnect the bank account but the app ACTUALLY WONT ALLOW ME TO. A little frustrated. Why does this company have my banking information if it is not going to accurately keep up to date with whats in my account? WHY ELSE DO YOU NEED THAT INFO

Useless
Yet another app that wants to steal all of your money. First, you can sign up with a text plus number. So have fun with getting random calls from people when they sell your info. They may not doing it this second but it’s just a matter of time. I’ve looked into several other apps and they accepted texting apps. There’s no reason this one shouldn’t. Second, you have to link your bank account. They WILL charge you a fee you did not agree purposely agree to. Third, their customer service is a whole joke. If you want help, just delete all your information off the app and delete it. It’s funny. Their customer support couldn’t help me for over a month or find my previous requests for help but after I deleted my banking info they still charged me for two months. Stay away from this app. It looks pretty but it’s useless and will just give you a headache.

5 years ago, great app, but instapay
Love the app, just one question.
I’ve been using the app for awhile and I don’t have any real problems, the savings is good, the calculations, everything is great. One thing I would like to see a change to is the amount you’re able to pull with instapay. There have been times where I needed practically my whole check before payday for bills and I can’t pull out enough. So, I then get late fees and I think it would be amazing if it could be raised to at least 75% or maybe just 100%. Please, think about this. I’m sure it has to do with trying o help people manage their money more but in dire times of need I need everything. Thank you.

Issues with instapay
I like the app overall, but I have one issue that hasn’t been resolved, and I don’t know if anyone else experiences it. Sometimes I need to pull an instapay for a certain amount, but I can’t, because my earnings aren’t fully updated in the app, so I can’t get as much as I need. So I pull what I can, and then only after I complete the instapay, do my earnings update properly. No matter the time of day that I do it, it only updates after I make the instapay. I understand that my manager has to update my hours and whatnot, but this just seems like a matter of the app itself not updating properly. Please try and figure out a way to fix this!

New one even save
I really like the new update and the features along with it. The only thing I’m not really liking is if you need to do an insta pay from what I can tell it’ll only let you do half of what you earned it doesn’t have the slider to where you can adjust the amount needed. If I only need $50 bucks till payday I can’t do that I only have the option to pull half my earnings and I don’t need all that. I know this is fairly new but when it was the even app you could select the amount needed for your instapay from $20 to whatever you wanted not just half your earnings. Would be nice if you could implement this feature in there also

Not updating.. frustrating
I loved this app... at first. Helped me keep track of my bills, spending, and budget. In the past two months, I have I had nothing but issue after issue with it. It isn’t consistently updating— having my transactions from over a month old be my most recent ones. I’m paying for this app and it’s still not up to date. I pretty much message daily to the “get help” crew who just consistently ask me to re-sign in which doesn’t always work and when it does, still doesn’t update my account. This is so beyond frustrating for an app that was working perfectly fine and super helpful before. Now it’s just annoyed, out of date, and useless. Glad I decided to cancel my subscription, not to mention that it has barely worked for the month I have already paid for it.

Continues to get better
At first, I was not sure about this app. Certain information it was quoting about my bills seemed incorrect. However, the longer I use the app, the more spending habits it has to learn from, and it truly does seem to learn. My advice if you have a bumpy start is to give it time. Now, the app is able to more properly quote my bills and judge more accurately how far I’m behind or ahead monetarily. Also the instapay is a great feature. Instead of juggling around bills to suit my paydates, I just use instapay. I’m able to receive my payment the following business day, enabling me to pay that bill immediately.

Best financial app
I don’t normally write reviews but for this I had to . I have used quite a few financial apps and none of them compare to this one here . This app has been more than helpful than I can begin to explain , from keeping track of work hours to getting an advance on your pay. Also if you get paid every two weeks and don’t like that then you can set it up to get paid weekly with this app , not to mention they have savings accounts with 5.0 % a year rates . Anyway this is the best app you can have when it comes to finances !

Are we in the future?
My first impression of even is that it gathers all of your upcoming bills for that months and basically adds what you’ll be paying in total for that whole month. And, that is perfect because now I know exactly what I’ll be paying monthly, which makes it easier to view. Anyways, I haven’t fully used the instapay option just yet, as I have just started using the app. This app is an absolute genius idea who would’ve ever come up with such a brilliant idea! I’ll update my review once I try the instapay option. And, I’m really hoping it goes well, as I have already left 5 stars.

I’m going through a very rough patch in my life a major mile stone and I don’t get much good news. But with the even app I get so much positive information it changes my day for the better. When I really need to focus on where the money is and where it’s going even helps me to prepare for the future whatever that may bring. The best part is that I don’t have to pay fees for this wonderful service because I am a Walmart employee. Ms. Janice told me about this app and I have been grateful ever since. thank you very much for all you do. This app really helps me.

Dont make a mistake
Don't make a mistake on here they will make you feel stupid for it. Also when you change your account info they dont tell you if you have weekly payments, the whole reason to have them, then you have to go in and change what account gets paid weekly. Even tho you have stripped all the other account information from this app. When it comes time for the weekly payment. You keep checking the new account not there. Then you check the old account and it’s there. Go to customer service. Agent tells me its my fault for not changing the weekly account info. Should just be one account info that you change when they use terms like “main account”. And you only put in one and don't hit add other accounts. Ok rant over…

App issue
I logged into even to check my earning from the other night and the app says it updated at a specific time, however it is not showing anything new. It’s still stuck on the day before and I have tried redownloading the app and still no official update. I do believe there is some kind of bug in the program of the app. Overall I do believe the app itself needs to be updated. Also my pay is showing some weird fluctuation. It was steady at first before I redownloaded it but after wards my pay changed. I check to see when you last updated the app and there are still more bugs that need to be fixed.

It’s an amazing way to see your information after you work and to know exactly how much money you will be making your next paycheck. It also tells you the days you should next be able to get paid. An amazing app all around and it’s so easy when you are trying to budget or worried about how you’re going to pay for bills and utilities the next few weeks and yeah I love it. The instapay on it is super helpful too! Like if your in an emergency need of money it literally takes a day to get it to your account.

a waste of time!
don’t waste your time! you an only use their service if you company joins their program. Let’s be realistic... their isn’t many big companies that’s going to want to join them, i work for Hilton Hotels & Resort they use adp for payroll processing etc. I showed my manager this she said it’s a joke because i’d have to email corporate to get in board and that just isn’t going to happen! The old saying is something isn’t broken, don’t fix it! As fast as i created my account i deleted it. I’ll stick to Earnin and Moneylion. the only reason i wanted to join was to use to app in the form of an advance paycheck i get paid every 2 weeks and sometimes it’s nice to be able to pay bills up in advance so you don’t worry about them, so if ur company is participating then you’re in luck but don’t waste your time!!!!

Changing Account
Tried to change from a savings account to my checking account for my bank. My bank is not supported on plaid, but somehow I was able to add my routing number and account number manually even though there is no option for that instead of searching 10+ times for that to show up. My bank didnt want me to use my savings after trying to confirm my test deposits, instead of a go back my account number is wrong you are just stuck and cant enter anything in if you are not on plaid. Needs attention to updating account numbers not on Plaid. The app needs major rework for the updating of account information not supported through plaid. Really no reason to have plaid in the first place if you have the routing and account numbers.

Awesome but...
This app is awesome it helps with bills and has other features I’m sure will be very helpful to me. But it’s math is abit off so far. Like I’m only scheduled for 72 hours no overtime yet. And it says there is a predicted amount of 76 hours and that I will be paid a amount of $528 my pay wage is $11 an hour and I took $106 from it for bills. I do love that it deducts taxes from it already. Which gives me a plan ahead of time of how much I’ll receive from my check. But the thing is if I have 76 hours going for me at a wage of $11 an hour it’ll be more even with $106 taken out. Just thought I’d point that out but over all it’s still a great and wonderful app!

Ok so let me first say I love this app and use it every day. Like others have said, it does break more often then I'd like (which is never) but it breaks way less often then other money apps. And I've definitely noticed it getting better over time. I feel like in a few months it will be really awesome. This may sound weird but the concept of the app is so amazing that I want to use it just to help them make it better, so everyone can one day have an Even that works flawlessly. Also their customer service is fast and excellent.

Pay
Just a quick question for the developers! Just downloaded the app since I just started working at Walmart. But when I calculated my pay with how many hours I will be working for the week, it’s giving me a different number then what is being calculated in the app. My pay is more then what is being given in the app. Do you guys automatically take out the taxes & etc from checks & then show the balance that is available afterwards? Or how does that work ? App features look amazing & app is really easy to use. Just concerned about the pay amount 😬

Disappointed
I have used the app for close to 7 months now, no problems. Then, all of a sudden it stopped working. Even customer service told me my bank account was a closed account (which it’s not) instead of what really happened. So, I called my bank and they never received a deposit from Even. From the records they have it doesn’t show anything at all! Which to me, is worse. So now the money that didn’t get sent to my bank account I must wait 2 more weeks to get it on my next paycheck! I was saving money through Even and I am pulling it out immediately because they didn’t resolve my issues and they made me more concerned in the end about where my money goes. I never write bad reviews but I honestly don’t trust this company now, and customer service was horrible.

It’s a good app but…
Let me first start off by saying that I really do like the app, HOWEVER by this not being a bank account, you have no statements including an account number. This may not be a big deal until you are trying to verify the funds accurately in your savings account. I am currently trying to buy a house and because I used the savings account through the Even app and cannot provide them with a bank statement. They are having a very hard time verifying my funds, once I contacted the company they flat out told me there is nothing they can do to help, because they aren’t a bank and don’t have statements.

Game Changer!!
This app has saved my skin more times than I have fingers to count. If you are fortunate enough to be downloading it I’m sure it will help you just as much. Loaded with features and options, this app makes earning your living flexible for when you have extra money or when you’re in a squeeze and need some help. I cannot speak highly enough this app will help you keep money in your pocket at all times and never be completely broke. Give it a shot the premium membership is WORTH IT!!!!!

Decent app but...
It works how they suggest it however the customer support is odd,was trying to get access to my account after I was logged out an it asked for the phone number to my account, however I no longer have a working phone nor the phone number,I was trying to press the sign in option on the app an it doesn’t seem to do anything nor does the create a account link work, anyway I know I can sign in using my email on the app but customer support wasn’t helpful.

Horrible 1st Experience
I decided to use Even the for the first time since it was recommended by my employer. I requested an instapay via debit card on 12/13. The even app says it was deposited but the funds are still not on my card as of 12/16. The advisor chat claims the investigation team will conduct a check through their processors. I have yet to receive an update on the status of my request. It is false advertisement to say you’ll get the funds within seconds - 30 mins. It defeats the purpose of trying to access YOUR money prior to pay day… If you have to wait days to receive it. Once / if this is settled by even… I will be deleting the app and using another reputable company if need be. Horrible experience and will not recommend to anyone.

Definitely the best financial app out there.
Even is definitely worth it. They don’t even ask you for your paystub or anything. You put your job information in and bank information if you’d like to. Once your connected with your job you’re all set. You’ll be notified of the hours you worked previously and what your paycheck estimate is. You can also save up to 10% of your check with Even’s savings options and burrow out of your check one pay period whenever you need the money! Even won’t let you down.

Don’t like you getting married
So I got married, and got my name change have had it changed in the system for a while at work, and nobody there wants to help you. So really the only solution I think would help fix the situation is quitting and getting rehired at work and I’m not doing that just to fix there app, so they’ve officially made it impossible to get cash at any location and are punishing me and refusing to change my name therefore putting me out of being able to pick up cash. I’d like to give it a better review, but they did not fix or resolve issues and then tried to blame my organization when no where in the system it even shows my maiden name therefore I’m being punished for deciding to get married.

Awesome!
Amazing app it saves me so much money on late fees! If I forget about my phone bill instead of being charged a 30 dollar late fee I just take out of my paycheck with this app no interest definitely worth the six bucks a month and if you want to just cancel it and next time you need to use it just sign back up for premium and you don’t even need the money they just take 6 dollars out of your next paycheck that way your not paying 6 a month if you barely use it. It hasn’t back fired on me once just be responsible :)

The epitome of Silicon Valley arrogance.
What we have here is a group of privileged developers that decided they were going to help the not-so-well-to-do’ers of the world by offering a way to shuffle around what little money they have between good times and not so good times. Instead of putting their brains together and helping fight for higher (minimum) wages, employee unions, changing laws to fight against money in government, etc., they thought they’d ‘save’ everyone with their subscription based money management app. These guys actually believe they’re ‘making the world better’ by charging low income earners a subscription to use this app in order to ‘save/manage’ their money. These developers are the epitome of what’s wrong with Silicon Valley today. Oh, and many of these 5 star reviews are so blatantly fake it’s hilarious.
