I have tried multiple times to get mobile deposit to work and it never does. I take the checks into the branch and they say it looks crystal clear and don’t understand why it doesn’t work. Useless feature for me
I have 2 accounts through my credit union. I downloaded the app and logged in to the first account but it won't let me access the second account through it. I can't log in to the second account; it takes me directly to the password page. How can I connect the two accounts or log in to my second account??
I don't like this app. It's really only good for checking your balance (kind of) and transferring funds. I can't see any authorized holds pending on my account, and I can't verify when my next loan payment is due as it will only show the balance remaining on my loan. I typically log into the Mobil app, see that the payment I'm looking for has not yet posted, then log into my account online to see if it's pending. And the update looks better, but it's no more helpful than the previous version. I pay all my bills through my apps, and this one can't even show me my real time balance. Very annoying!
This app will do one thing and one thing ONLY! That is, LOCK YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT! I would've given zero stars if possible. Also, I tried emailing app support, and rather than bringing me to an email, it gave me a list of what you can do on the app. Fix the app, and I will fix my review. It would be great to be able to use this to check accounts and deposit checks.
One of the worst apps out there. It never works when you need it to. Their app is always down and I've never seen the same error message twice. It's always something new (I've actually counted more than 9 errors). And when you contact the bank for help, they "submit" a "trouble ticket," which is just code for "get off the phone, we're not going to help you." The app may be free, but it's actually cost me money in NSF fees because I can't transfer money or use it to pay a bill when it's convenient for me. Which is the whole purpose of this app. Personally, I'm going to go through a bank from now on. They may charge me random fees, but at least their app works. You get what you pay for, in this case, stability and reliability. Further proof that this app is garbage, it hasn't been out for more than 3 years and they're already on version 5.0.### which means they've redesigned the app 5 times! They can't get it right enough for one version to last more than a year! Oh, and my current favorite error is the one that says to call 0-000-000-0000 for assistance.
