I have been with OVC a long time and have great relationship with the amazing workers, but the app is lacking to say the least. It’s unsettling because OVC is a great institution but I have been frustrated more than a handful of times because the app isn’t working correctly or lacking information.

Poorly constructed app

I have been using this app for over a year now, and have experienced SO many issues with it. I have not once, ever been able to set up Face ID with it, even though it offers every time. Now, I got a new phone and cannot even sign into the app because it takes me through all of the verification steps and then forces me to press “enroll” in the end, just to tell me that I’m (obviously) already enrolled. Please, fix your app!

Unreliable

So hard to do banking with this app. I often try to login and get errors. Right now it is telling me “we are currently unable to process your request” and “a system error occurred. Try again or come back later “ It is 9:30 AM on Friday morning! How is a person supposed to do their banking when they can never get into the app? Please update and fix this app!

Horrible

This bank and Mobile app are horrible. Never opened on one weekend day and the app always glitches. I always have to delete it and re-add it. So inconvenient and annoying.

Awesome customer service

The app works great. I left wells fargo over a decade ago for ovcb. I'm so glad I did that. They remember your name and are extremely friendly. You just can't get the same amazing customer service that this bank provides from the bigger banks. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

2FA Please!!

In particular, there should be an Aunthenticator App 2-factor Authentication. This app could definitely use with an update soon.

Don't waste your time

Where do I begin it took me almost 10 tries to get it verified because it's the same phone that has a text message so when I switch screen you have to go start all over again cannot finish what you left off And then when I finally got it working is stays on the same screen on top of every time you go back it goes to the verification mode So I finally deleted it
