I have followed X Overland for a few short years. Sitting on my couch during covid trying to figure out what to do. Then I saw the 1st season of X Overland. What a change to our lifestyle. My travels have yet to be as large but the memories that have come from these trips. I look forward to some of the bigger trips with my wife continue to plan those trips with. Look forward to the seasons or the trips X Overland will do in the SE of the US. If you’re looking for a show that inspires with no scripts & true……. Stop looking & watch X Overlander.
If you’re a fan of overlanding, truck camping or road trips, the Overlander Network is absolutely worth the subscription cost. Whether you’re experienced or a beginner, you’ll find content that’s equally as educational as it is entertaining. The library the team here has put together is sizeable, with more on the way (as I’ve heard through their podcast). The app also functions well, with high quality streams and easy navigation.
Outstanding production value combined with educational, and overall fun content to watch. Really gets you stoked to get out there. The app itself is also quite easy to navigate. My only comment would be that when you’re in a series, allow the next episode to be selected when you’re going through the “recently watched” tab. Other than that, great.
Subscribe for beautiful cinematography that will take you away to far flung places perhaps inspiring you to go. Along the way you can, earn instructions on vehicle care or perhaps how to build your own overland rig. Leave admiring the characters you’ve met and being inspired by the XO way. I’ve experienced all of the above but most of all I come back for the CHARACTER of the XO family.
This app is very clean, streamlined, effective and just an overall pleasant user experience. I look forward to watching the content ad free with the ability to download episodes so I can watch it out of service if I want. Very awesome! I am loving all the shows and commentation, but sometimes I miss something and want to go back a bit to re-watch/listen to something. The only way I’ve found to do this is to scrub the time, but that is quite inaccurate - I’d love to see either a tap/double tap feature or an option to go back a certain number of seconds. Other than that - keep up the ADVENTURES!!
Little over halfway with the Africa adventure, I will say this, you guys are getting much better at this. I watched every season of your shows and this is so far the best one. Content, duration, photography, editing, guest’s appearance, excellent all the way through. Keep up the good work. Enjoy every adventure!!
Love watching these guys and getting great ideas and inspiration from them, the app, like their builds feels well thought out and organized. If you like overland/camping/offroad or just traveling content definitely get this app. Can’t wait to see what else they do!

Simple to use and navigate. I love the different content streams (long form series, short trips, shop talk, etc) and they are easy to choose from. Content is relevant and best of all it moves me to get outside more. Looking forward to more content to come.
Apps is wonderful! My only ask is when using Airplay mode into a TV from a 13” iPad Pro, when making the video full screen on the iPad Pro, allow the video to be full screen on the TV too please :)

They do a phenomenal job telling a compelling narrative about the world that they encounter and cause you to want to be there with them on the journey. The roads less traveled are the roads to be searched. Seems to be a theme for an interesting story, life and motivation of passion. Great success XO team.

I love Expedition Overland content, but I don’t love the algorithmic “noise” of YouTube. Even as a premium ad-free subscriber, I am beset on YouTube with trendy feeds that make me feel like I am in a kaleidoscope of content. Overlander Network is finally giving me a place to escape all of that distraction so I can enjoy the content I love in peace. The fact that I can download episodes and take them with me to my favorite remote places is even better. Well done Overlander Network team!!
