Recent update says mobile deposit option is available but still doesn’t show up in the app for the IPhone. Everything else works really well - overall the app doesn’t really seem to flow and seems a bit jumbled or scattered for lack of better description but functions properly.
I love the update that was done! I like that I can click a button and see a budget and exactly where my money goes. I can make loan payments and transfer money in less than a minute. I also love the Touch ID portion of this it's easy to log in anywhere and look where am at spending wise. Or if I need to transfer money I can.
This is one of the easier app's I have used. It keeps me up to date on all my accounts, lets me transfer money directly to my hairdresser who also is a member, no writing checks or debit. I love the accessibility to pay my loans and that I can use the budget tracker. I also love that I can find a location of a P1FCU branch at any time.
It is so easy to use and the best thing is that it looks and acts the same as the website. No matter what device I use to access my online banking, it looks and functions the same. Thanks for making online banking so easy!
This app works perfect on my phone. On the original M1 I was able to download from the App Store and use on my MacBook. On my M1 pro I do not see it. Does it need to be updated to support?
I love how easy it is to keep track of all of my accounts and spending. It's so convenient being able to pay my loans and see pictures of the checks I've written.
I am the main person on the account, because my husband signed in first and linked it to other accounts with his mom, it won't let me create a login so I can just see his and my accounts. p1FCU. Should look at some other CU's apps and procedures on how to handle multiple logins.
It says it offers mobile deposits but its not on app to do-major disappointment given other banking systems offer it. Its a major inconvenience to drive to bank, especially during Covid-19.
The app is extremely clunky, unintuitive, and essentially useless. I can’t access pertinent information easily or quickly. It’s like they’d rather have you go into the bank then utilize the app.
One very flawed app for iphone users. Many fixes need to be done n updated. Not compatible with IPad. Very disappointed. If someone from P1FCU wants me to go over the flaws than look up my account in PF n call me. If not fixed soon we will take our many accounts n goto another credit union.
Takes forever to load, and is very glitchy if it ever opens. Downloaded the app for a second time after trying it months ago, hoping it was better... It's not. Would really love to use this app, hopefully it is usable soon.
It looks neat, but it is disorganized which makes it difficult to find information that used to be readily available. I want the previous version back.
I’ve never had an issue with the app but when I try to bring up the app to check balance it barely gets to the log in and crashes. I had to get a secure access code and log in on laptop
