Great products, extremely fast shipping, amazing customer service! I’ve gotten an unexpected gift with each purchase. I personally prefer the loose premades, I feel they are more true to their .07/.05 thickness. I’ve also noticed some of the boxed fans have the black part taken off where they stuck to the strip. This complaint was fixed immediately by the company to where a new box was sent. Which is why I give 5 stars and continue to buy. The strips do cut my time in half, so its a risk worth taking if they’re what you prefer.
I used to order online, then was guided to the app and I used to like this app. I use it monthly for probably 90% of my inventory. Lately the app has been absolute junk. You add an item to your cart, go to the cart, it gives you the refresh spinning wheel, you manually increase your item to say 4, refresh spinning wheel, add more items if other things, more refresh spinning wheels, click back on your cart and every refresh has doubled your items in your cart!!!!! Funny how I went from $300 to over $1,100 by refreshing. I decided to play with it one time to figure it out but honestly it just pisses me off. I don’t have the time to mess with this crap, I need to get on here, add items to my cart, checkout, and be done! Not verify 12 times my stuff isn’t duplicating!!! It almost feels fraudulent. And yes I made sure it was the newest update.
Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had with a business. I messed up on my order multiple times and within the most reasonable time I was being reached out to by management getting my order fixed. It was never a hassle and everyone was always so kind. I received my order and I had 0 errors, and the quality is amazing and I can’t forget to mention the delivery time was shorter than expected. I will be doing all my lash shopping here. ❤️
I could not recommend this brand enough! Their products are AMAZING! I have been with this brand from the beginning, and I would never use anyone else! My favorite product is their “pro-made” fans! Applies easily, and not to mention, the end result is beautiful! PLA also gives back to their customers! They do “PLA pays your bills” monthly, and also run amazing sales! I love Michelle and the whole PLA team!
I’ve use Paris Lash Products for years and I will only use Paris Lash Academy! Their Lashes are so soft in fact that’s what I wear as well! Michelle and her customer service is Old School and you’ll always know when ordering from them your guaranteed to get what your paying for! I’m confident in my services because of Paris Lash Academy!!!
So ordering through the app make seem great cause it makes it easier, but it does not include the protection plan. So my order was never delivered to my house and because I had ordered through the app the protection plan was not added automatically. So if your order gets lost and you don’t have that .98 cent protection plan added, there’s nothing they can do and you have to consider it a loss. Order through a web browser just to protect yourself. Poor app planning honestly. Very disappointed.
I love everything from this company. The glue, the retention I get from the lashes along with the quality. My clients even give me positive feedback on how the lashes feel and stay on compared to other lash techs. The shipping is also so fast. Seriously cannot love this company more.

I found out about Paris lash academy through a friend, and I love the products. Very good quality of lashes so fluffy and light. The adhesive is amazing. Every client I’ve had they had came back saying they love how they still come back super full for their touch ups 🙂

I’ve used the halo lash adhesive as well as most of the pro- made fans/ narrow/ Camilla, & others & regular lash trays! I really love how soft the lashes are and the texture it gives my clients ! Literally PLA is my go to lash supplier
I love their promades but I just recently placed an order open my box .. it was broke and all my whole box of brand new laahes on the floor ..had to throw away . I always order about 200 or more and they give me tape as a free gift

I have placed an order over a week ago my order was supposed to be here the 26th or 27th no package and no update where my a large is other than in Hawaii I ordered these in advanced for my New Years week for my clients and I do not have them I am extremely disappointed
I love paris Lash and their products. But…. There website is not user friendly, can’t use my points on purchases using Shop pay ( seemingly they are working with this company to correct the problem) My suggestion would be to drop Shop Pay, use a company that is more user friendly. My experience rates about a one out of five for Shop Pay. Last point, whoever is running your website might need a little guidance on correcting a lot of problems that your customers find frustrating.
I been try many glue, and just this work good for all my customers, don’t irritate the eyes, after the set, no body end with red eyes any more. I just love it.
