This is my first time use Park SFO. It is so easy and convenience. You don’t have to bother anyone to pick you up. Especially when you arrive to airport late. Price is fairly reasonable if you have coupon discount. A little confuse to get to shuttle bus station at the airport. Remember to spot where you park. My brother did not remember which floor, which took him 10 minutes to find his car. I would use again.
have been parking at ParkSFO for years. we enjoy the convenience and affordable prices made possible with the coupons. the facility is secure and shuttles are always readily available. the app is great for ticketless parking and storing receipts when i’m traveling for business. as others have mentioned, would be better if you could make a reservation directly from the app, but apparently according to signage at your facility, that may be coming soon? one last request would be to provide a feature to your app based parking ticket where you can take a photo of your parking space # as well as the aisle you’re parked in and attach to the ticket or the ability to type in the space # and aisle and save to the ticket.
Please get some real developers to work on the app. A first start is to be able to at least view a reservation made in app. You seriously cannot view any reservations you have in the app. Bonus allow a credit card to be attached to a reservation. Of course you first need the functionality to be able to see a reservation you have in the app. This matters for people who use your parking for both personal and business as different different credit cards are often used. Functionality is significantly limited in the app. The plus side is the app seems to work as there is only the very basics of functionality.
We had a great experience! This is a great lot with good service! So easy to use their app and add a coupon for a discount. I do think it is helpful to make a reservation as I noticed the last time we went they had to turn cars away that didn’t have one
Limited instructions to understand how to use the App. Also there is not an easy method to use to call about pick up or where to go for pick up outside of International vs Domestic flights. Coupons do not stay in your saved very long so the App thinks you do not have one so you need to go back and re-save a coupon even though the one you had saved was still valid.
Downloaded the app after I had checked in. Tried to retroactively check in with the app but it does not seem possible. So, not sure if I’ll be able to check out and pay either. It looks pretty simple to use as long as you use it in the one way it was designed to be used.
I’ve been parking here for almost 20 years. I love the great deals you get with the coupons. I’ve always had a good experience parking here. Now that the self-park garage has expanded and they have a mobile app, parking here is even easier and more convenient. You have a customer for life!
The app is user-friendly and made our check-in and check-out process very fast and convenient. Will highly recommend and use this again in our future trips.
The app was very easy and simple to use! The drivers were friendly and I felt comfortable/safe leaving my car there for 10 days. Minimal wait time for drop-off/pick-up. The coupons are a bonus!
Even though I only use this garage 4-5 times year I already love this app. They make discounts coupons available! My only request is a way to enter a note to remind me what level I’m parked on.
Have been parking here for years but first time using the app- easy to set up, easy to scan coming in and then to check out and scan to exit. Drivers and vans quick as always.
First time using app and it was so quick and easy. I will for sure use Park SFO and the app again. Bonus, I could even apply my coupon before paying on the app.
This parking spot is super amazing. I can park my car for cheap and have it in a safe area. Not only that but free transportation to the airport and back. Last but not least the shuttles are clean so I know I’m in great care.
We love Park SFO! Super convenient! Always a shuttle to take you and pick you up ! No waiting times! This was our third time and we will only come here now !
I signed up however it doesn’t let you know that you need to use your member email and there’s no way to change it so you’re stuck. There needs to be better flexibility or a way to submit a ticket via the app so you can change your email and link to your membership
Please add upcoming reservations to the mobile app. App and website are totally disconnected. I can’t register or login on the website. Hope you guys update this.
App is ok in that it recognized me when I entered. However, even though I asked for help at the desk to make my first payment with the app the barcode reader did not work at the exit. I had to reverse, park, get a ticket, and then exit with a paper ticket.
My only gripe is using the app to pay. It doesn’t clearly show the price reduction when you use a coupon. You have to note the price before applying the coupon, then start the check out again, apply the coupon and then see the new price. Why not just show the coupon reduction amount on the check out page that shows the tax, etc. so you know you’re getting the reduced price? At the exit gate the QR code didn’t work, despite moving the phone around under the arrow. This has happened before and is stressful if anyone is behind you. It finally worked by typing the code that was displayed on the gate screen. Picky stuff, but improving them would be appreciated!
Great idea, but this app is still not user-friendly
I’ve been looking forward to this app for sometime.But now that it’s out, I’m disappointed. Once you select the coupons you cannot delete them when you’re done?? They just stay there. On my iPhone when selecting check in the screen becomes Full brightness. And if you quit the app your phone is on full brightness. I was told at the facility that you just have to click onto another function of their app and the brightness returns to normal. Why should I have to do that? If I close the app it should not affect my iPhone. Personally I just don’t trust this app yet and I’m still going to use the manual way.
