Parkway Bank Mobile

After the recent update my FaceID does not work & have to manually enter my passcode to access. Prior to the update it was great please fix

Currently, customers of Parkway Bank only have access to Zelle through their mobile app, not by logging into the PW bank website. When downloading this mobile app to an iPad, the Zelle access was not an option. When the app was downloaded to an iPhone, the Zelle access was available. However, Parkway Bank currently has a maximum Zelle transaction amount of only $200. I went into the physical bank to verify this, thinking that something was wrong with the app. The Personal bankers verified that $200 is a maximum Zelle transaction for Parkway, with a $300 per day maximum. I needed to Zelle someone $600. The bankers told me that I would need to send four separate transactions over two days in order to make that work, two separate transactions of $200 & $100 on one day, followed by the same thing the next day. It’s ridiculous to have to send someone four separate transactions to receive $600 dollars. I will not be doing that. So not only did the app not work properly on the iPad, but I will be deleting it entirely because using Zelle through Parkway is of no use to me.

I just downloaded the app and upon opening it the first time it says “error downloading update” and has a retry button that is the only option. Retry fails each time and no way to get around it. Totally unusable!

Unable to use Face ID after the latest update, have to type password in manually. Most of the time can’t even log in, error message, service message all types of errors. At this state this app is useless.

After this most recent update, why does an error message still pop for sign on with Touch ID stating authentication is required.

I have been locked out too many times to count. For no known reason I am no longer allowed to use my fingerprint to get in. I must enter my password AND a randomized code they send me. This is highly annoying as I used to have that easy access. I've had to go into the bank to get the app to let me in. The help section of the app is a joke, there is nothing helpful there. And lately my deposits aren't showing up for days. Paycheck deposited @ 9am Friday did not post until Sunday. But they took money out with no problem. Time to fix this monstrosity Parkway. Show your customers you really care.

I can’t open the app, and a error appears, I deleted it to down load it again, but it won’t work because it shows that it’s already down loaded.

Face ID does not work most of the time. This US the only banking app that can not figure out hire to make Face ID work consistently. Zelle does not work neither. Request money never works.

Works great. Love this app.

Needs another update. Will not let me deposit a check. Freezes.

Since I upgraded to iPhone 15 Pro the option for Face identification isn’t working. Please advise.

Works great for personal account access. I'd really like to see the same support for business access at Parkway Bank.

When the app works it's great to check balance, but it doesn't think my account is a existing account but webpage works fine on my computer to log in.
