Never have an issue with the last two years versions. Things mentioned before, like remote deposit photos have been long resolved. Instant access to all accounts, transfers, loan applications and inquiries. Add to that the incredibly helpful staff of PCCU and you have a first rate app.

I’ve never had a mobile banking app that has ads in it. Really annoying ads that get in the way of everything. Unlike most apps where you can upgrade to a version without ads, you CANNOT with this one. Also, I keep getting notified that there are updates available for this app when I open it, but the link tries taking me to Google Play instead of the App Store. If they could fix those two things (no ads, and update it already) this app would easily get 5 stars. It functions well, it reflects pending transactions and what your balance is before and after it clears. Does all the nifty mobile deposits/transfers. Definitely a solid app. They just need to ditch the ads and either update it or quit trying to have you do so.

It’s really irritating to be told every time I try to do a remote deposit that the currently selected member doesn’t have the privilege, especially when it’s meaningless and all my accounts DO have that feature. Also, please remove that ridiculous pop-up ad at the bottom of the screen. It comes back every time I do anything, gets in the way of things, and half the time doesn’t load so it’s just a giant white area in front of everything.

Every time I try to attempt to use face ID it does not function. So I login go to settings touch face ID, gives me the caution information I look at the Phone. It says congratulations successful and then the face ID button shut off automatically. The face ID function never works at any given time please ask the developer to check this issue. I am using an iPhone. iPhone 13 promax. Thank you so much.

It’s been a good app all these years, but I would still like to see a one touch close button from anywhere in the app to close it quickly.

This app does not have true accuracy, it leaves you overdrawn. It does not show a posted activity and it also shows still pen-dings that are already paid

Really, really nice people. They were so patient , kind and knowledgeable.

Prefer the original red color for the cellphone app

It would be great if there was a direct tab to make loan payments And how about having a complete loan number in account information. Why protect it in my personal portal? Isn’t the site secure?

😘 I am in love with this app. I check my account daily and I always find no need to go into safari when I have this app. It doesn't show pending transactions but it is just a minor flaw to me, still five stars in my eyes. I can transfer, view transactions, and deposit checks just fine. It's perfect and worth the download. Plus, compatible with iPhone 5. 😉

the mobile deposit. If it doesn't accept the photos or the amount, you can't just correct that portion. You have to re-enter everything again. It has a terrible time finding the endorsement on the back of the check, even if it's signed with a sharpie. Everything else with this app is great.

Overall good app. Needs to update to show pending transactions though
