It’s been working for 2 years just fine but all of a sudden it stopped accepting my checks and I have to deposit them at the bank now I’m not too happy about that either

Great for managing money quickly!

Patriot’s system is live and this app lets you take full advantage of it! You can transfer your money between your accounts anytime and have access to it immediately. Very convenient!

Best banking experience ever.

We have lived several places and had several bank accounts. No bank has ever been this easy to deal with. Patriot Federal is super vigilant with our accounts and the mobile app is awesome!

Patriot App

I like the app but only give it 3 stars for these reasons: 1. Can’t print my statement 2. it keeps sending me back to the sign in These two reasons are extremely annoying as I like to reconcile my bank at least every other week. I do use an Apple I-Pad, but they should adapt the app for that if that is the problem.

Loan payments

Has to be a better way of paying on loans then mailing the payments to you all. Should be able to electronically transfer the money to you.

Works well and is very convenient.

I’ve had no problems at all with the app. I can deposit, transfer funds, etc. it a great credit Union and a very convenient app.

I use it daily! I set up bill pay and transfer funds very easily and quickly.

Face ID and being able to freeze my cards are a big plus!!

App doesn’t work for me anymore

Used to be great. Now I can’t access my finances at all. Circle keeps spinning and it’s really frustrating. Can’t make mobile deposits which would be really helpful. So somebody fix please

There is so much you can do on this app and the functionality is always on point! Never had any issues and super easy to use!

Payment due dates and amounts

Overall the app works well and is user friendly. The one thing I wish it would have is payment information and due dates.

Often unresponsive

This app is somewhat useful, half of the time. Login validation can be slow or fail too often. To limit my own frustrations, I gravitate to just using the mobile website.

When it works....it’s not bad at all. It randomly goes down and then doesn’t work for days at a time. So far it’s been 5 days that it hasn’t worked 🙄

Check

It would be nice if you could open and see checks that were deposited or cashed. You can see them in the accounts but can't click on them to see who/what the check is for???

Not impressed

I got it to initially work. I then signed out, and it has not worked correctly since. I can not sign in because the app jumps around as I try and type. I have tried using keychain, but the app does not seem to receive the information.

Was great

Used to work now won't even load . Pull up sign in or scan fingerprint still don't work. Highly disappointed loved having this convenient way available for my banking by needs.

Hasn't worked since iOS 8...

Even though it had an update in January for iOS 8 compatibility. Still can't log on with the app.

TERRIBLE

Worst app ever!!! 100% recommend you get rid of patriot in general.It never lets me log in it always says my login is incorrect when I have never changed my password and now my account has been disabled😤not happy at all.DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!
