Works great for printing my monthly appointments to put near the door
I like to print a calendar page each month with all my appointments and post next to the door as a reminder. Work well for this. It could use a few more options for customizing the look of the print out, like maybe having the font size apply to all day events as well (or a separate setting for that), and maybe select the font to use, size of day numbers, maybe a place to put in a name for the calendar to print at the top.
I have tried several apps hoping to print or share my calendar (ical). This is the only app that has been reliable! I upgraded to the paid app for the added features. I’m able to select any of my calendars (personal, work, birthdays, travel etc) from either iCloud or iPhone. Able to select start day of week, hours of the day and more. There are options to print week or month etc. I’d love a few other options, like printing mini month at top and a few more options on page layout. But that pales in comparison to having an app that doesn’t consistently crash or isn’t overly complicated/time consuming. If you need to print your ical from iOS, I’ve had the best experience with this one by far.
Your product is a godsend. I have tried multiple products and did not achieve the results that I needed and for a high tech guy like myself that likes to depend on old pen and paper for a lot of things. This is exactly what I need to put a calendar on my refrigerator so I can see what’s going on in my life for the month without staring at my phone. THANK YOU for a well made application! As for the people that are complaining stop being cheap and pay the freaking five dollars for the pro version of the app I mean come on really it’s five dollars.
It’s not easy for an old paper calendar guy like me to survive in the digital age. I love my iPhone but sometimes I just need to see everything for the next month in one readable black and white (or living color if I wish) and this app makes that possible. Even better it is super easy to use, especially in the Pro version. It hiccuped extending to my wife’s iPhone in Family Sharing, but after “deleting” and “reinstalling” and “restoring purchases” a couple of times it works great there, too.
I finally bit the bullet and decided to stop using a paper calendar. I entered everything in my iPads calendar app (I love the fact that I don’t have to re-enter recurring entries every year). But I wanted a paper backup of my calendar, just in case something ever happened to my iPad or somehow the e-calendar got corrupted. PDF calendar does that and it does it very well. I did upgrade to the Pro version so that I could choose to not have it print the dozens of holidays — I just wanted to see the entries I’ve made. The app made that very easy to do. Thanks.
I wanted to find a way to print my iphone calendar each month to track all of my workouts by type and weight/inches. I ended up buying the 4.99 version to customize the default to stay and to pick paper sizes. This is great so I can put in my fitness journal. Many uses for this to keep track of different appointments and comments each day and be able to print out in different formats. The free version is also good.
It cuts off at the top and the bottom. The top cuts off part way through month and year. The bottom is about 1/4 inch short of calendar. The issue is the same when I email to myself, so it might be a limitation of the Adobe PDF. I can get what I need if I screen print the preview and print from photos, but it would be lovely if it just printed properly.
Was exactly what I needed to print my children's schedules out for the grandparents. It would default to 6 calendars but not the calendars I needed. It would let me unclick the calendars I didn’t need and then select the calendars I did need. It was perfect. Unfortunately now, it defaults to the 6 calendars and I can unclick the calendars I don’t need. but it won’t let me click the calendars I do need. Says it’s a pro feature. But what doesn’t make sense to me, is it starts with 6 calendars for free (would watch an ad to create calendar), and I’m not wanting to use more than the 6 calendars, I just need different calendars than what it selects.
I was really encouraged by the description of the app in the App Store but that was quickly dashed after installing. Everything I tried to do to print a simple calendar with my events was met with a notice that I had to upgrade to the “Pro” version. I don’t mind paying for an app but the description makes it seem like you should get more than a blank calendar printed in order to make a decision to upgrade if you like it. Every action taken is met with a force fed ad taking over the full screen and taking time to figure out how to get back to the app. I will be deleting the app immediately.
An excellent app to print a large monthly calendar. You can adjust what day is the start of the week and pick multiple calendars to print on one sheet. It will not print a poster size of the entire year but will give you a PDF of each month ready to print. Just what I was looking for! I will keep my eyes out for the full year poster size option.
This app has become my go-to because it is easy to use and prints calendars in various formats. Recently I experienced a minor issue and sent an email to customer service. Imagine my surprise when I received a reply within a matter of minutes! Never happened to me before! Great app, great service, worth downloading.
Nice app, but I would like to see the notes from the tail end of a month carry over onto the next page. I’d also like to be able to add a “notes” column at either side. Otherwise it works well and easy to use.
After spending over an hour, I cannot generate and print a calendar that has any data in it at all. I get completely blank calendars with only one birthday listed. I have a number of activities for each day of the week or month. However, none of this is visible or printed. An enormous waste of my time. Postscript: The developer wrote to me and said in order to see all the calendars, I had to add all the calendars. When I tried to add any additional calendar, I was told I would have to pay for the Premium version. No thank you.
I never write reviews. But this app does exactly what I need it to. It was $4.99 for a lifetime membership so be ready to fork that over if you have more than 1 calendar. And if you’re using this with one calendar I would be surprised. But it has helped me with visibility and it’s nice to have a printed calendar sometimes
It work’s quick well. The only thing is that te events in the month view are in a very small font as are the dates. There’s plenty of room why not make the font larger so everything would be easier to read.
This app did exactly what I needed and even more I didn’t know I needed!!! It work great and was easy to use. It’s worth more then the price they charge. Lifetime cost for a few bucks vs the amount of time I just saved... I hope the devs make millions so they can keep putting out great apps.
I assumed that Apple would have included a print function. Seems pretty basic thing to do. Glad a developer came up with a good way to print out a monthly calendar.
Finally found a way to pull events from all my calendars and print a monthly view. Only thing I would like better is to be able to select the colors used for different calendars.
This app is pretty worthless unless you buy the pro. I don’t even know if it would work because I can’t actually change the default calendar to the calendar that my stuff is actually on. The default it went to is a calendar I didn’t even know was on my phone. If you want to see what this app can do, you’ll have to pay first and hope it was worth it.
That the iOS doesnt do this basic feature. I like to have a paper calendar with all my apts printed on the individual day for various reasons. This does that one simple thing perfectly. Worth 5$ for pro IMO. Thanks devs!
This is a very good product that covers a deficiency in the native calendar app. The only improvement I can identify is the print area falls outside the page. It doesn’t seem to “fit to page”.
I have tried to use this app 3 different times and it's trash. The ads make it so that you just can't use it and it's entirely frustrating. The ads don't give you an option of Xing out so you're just in limbo. Do yourself and favor and don't download this app. It's easier and faster to draw out a calendar by hand - which is exactly what I just did.
I was using this app to print my family calendar but the latest update doesn’t allow the user to change the word sizing. I asked the app developer to check it out and was never given a proper explanation even after sending various screenshots of the print being the same small print with different sized settings.
I was hoping to print all of our trip info for an upcoming trip. I input times, reservation #s and all necessary info into my calendar but (even if I go for the daily calendar) the PDF doesn’t show anything but an abbreviated portion of the title and a start time. No end time or details. Not helpful at all.
Could not get app to pull info from my calendar to print even though I allowed access in setting up. Could not find any way to check access. Seems pretty primitive unless you pay to upgrade. Easier to take a screen print directly from the calendar.
It’s does what it says, I like the simplicity of it but it cuts the last day of the month off if Sunday is the last day. It’s like it doesn’t adjust for that one day. I tried clicking the “adjust row height” but that didn’t work. So my calendar doesn’t have a Jan 31:(
Does not work as stated. For any features you have to buy the pro version. You have to select a calendar each time you open the app because having a default calendar is a “pro” feature. IOW, pay up or no function. No thanks.
I really wish this app could print a week from Monday-Sunday and not just Sunday-Saturday. Even though my iCal is set to display weeks from Monday to Sunday, this PDF prints only Sunday-Saturday.
It’s the end of the year so I want to print out last year‘s calendar and next year‘s calendar. The create PDF button is gone. It looks like the free version does nothing useful.
To really print a calendar from your phone you need to upgrade to pro. It only prints a basic calendar with dates. To add any of your information requires pro
