About to switch back to SunPass
I really want to switch back to my SunPass. Peach pass has been a pain from the beginning even with just simply receiving my transponders. The old website was working ok fine for me but they take for ever to update the balances. At first I didn’t download the app because of all the bad reviews so I stuck with the website. No there was an “upgrade” and I use that term very loosely and so far I have to change my password every time I try to log in. It never recognizes me and then I go through the crap of coming up with a new password that meets their criteria and just to have the same problem. When I try to change the password and I use what I know was my password before then the system will tell me I can’t use the same password it yet when I tried to use the correct password before doing this the system didn’t recognize it! I had to actually call in to deal with this the first time which took multiple efforts on their parts as well as mine. What the heck is going on!? I have already had issues before with peach pass not notifying me of a low balance so I was hoping things would actually improve but I can never get in.

Zero stars
Worst app ever from a usability perspective. Does not remember your credentials so when you need to change your tool mode which is when you are driving 99% of the time, you have to log back in again. On top of that the app does not work with password managers like LastPass or Apple key manager so you have to manually type or copy paste going back and forth between apps to get your info in to login. ALL WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING. Once you login, the app doesn’t show accounts or allow you to make changes to roll mode consistently. Most of the time you have to go though a browser to do that. It’s so bad my that my son in college at GT calls me to make changes to his toll mode when’s he’s coming home and I have to do it in the web page on my PC because the app doesn’t work. This app should be extremely easy to use to limit problems while driving. Why cant I tell Siri or google to change my toll mode while driving? Make this drop dead simple to change or update setting please!

First impressions not good
Ok, first impressions not very good. Getting the monthly email about my account caused me to login. #1 - why did they not just upgrade OLD app so that it downloaded automatically? Why send you to the web, to then send you back to download a new app just to reset password first time. That could have been handled by the app much better. #2 - previously, login was a user name and not an email. The monthly email should have indicated exactly what email was associated with the account. #3 - temp password ends with a symbol that does not auto select when you double tap it which makes copy and paste from mobile phone more difficult. That should have been tested and the algorithm changed. #4 - Password length between 8 and 12? Really, are we still in the 80’s? PasswordPhrases are more common now and password length should allow for a lot longer. #5 - speaking of password length, when typing the new password, it just stops taking characters at 14 and does not allow more. But why 14 when your own rule is 12? Why not screen the password from the first entry and then show why the rule is not met, don’t make people type and re-type a password! #6 - now I am in the app and can’t make heads or tails of which vehicle has gone through the toll and I am just getting started with the app. First impressions are just not good, sorry to say!

Would rate app a 0 if possible
This app and the thug cronies who must’ve bribed government officials to likely develop it in exchange for boatloads of taxpayer dollars are completely worthless. The app has not worked even once when attempting to login. Password always requires reset despite having “remember me” option checked as well as FaceID which theoretically should obviate the need for typing (particularly important when trying to drive if changing to non-toll mode when >2 people in vehicle). It seems to be intentionally designed to not function in order to improperly extort funds from users. There are so many 1-star reviews posted here that echo the exact experience my family and I have had with the app. Someone in charge should either wake up or be held accountable. The app design and lack of functionality endangers drivers and intentionally overcharges them. I would not be surprised if a class action suit is filed on behalf of users.

I wish you could give zero stars
The PeachPass app is deplorable. Difficult to navigate simply to log into your account. Too much content on how to use PeachPass, traffic, construction, etc. Requires log in every time opened. Attempting to recover password is like splitting the Red Sea. “We’re experiencing difficulties. Try again later.”PeachPass toll lane is free with three or more passengers, provided you change your toll mode on the app. But if you can’t access the crappy app because it’s terrible, how can you change your toll mode. PeachPass owes me hundreds of dollars because I simply could not change my toll mode. From Shallowford to 317 @ $16! I’ll pay it but develop an app that works and is easy. There’s a tremendous amount of money being collected. Earn it! There’s no alternative other to sit in traffic. The app will not be improved because the money will always come in with or without a user friendly app.

Peach Pass and this app doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Save yourself a million headaches and run very far from Peach Pass and this app. The app literally doesn’t work, so don’t even try it. The Peach Pass entity itself is a colossal scam, charging you an extra $5-7 for every toll because your balance couldn’t cover the tolls, even though you have auto replenish on (I now know it simply doesn’t work). Even if your balance shows you have enough to cover the toll, it probably hasn’t been updated in weeks so you’re actually in the negatives. Don’t bother reaching out to support, because they’ll give you a nonsensical answer about how your card couldn’t be charged (????) and then close/resolve the inquiry so you can’t reply back. But anyways, good luck to you if the 5 minutes you save on traffic is worth this madness.

Transponder availability outside of ATL
I don’t live within the ATL metro area, but I do travel through ATL often enough that I caved and purchased a Peach Pass. But, my only option for buying it was via their web site or app. I ordered the pass on Apr 7th and I confirmed today it was mailed out on the 11th. It’s not expected to arrive until the 21st? I ordered it to use it for a trip through ATL on the 17th. The Peach Pass customer service folks told me to drive to Locust Grove (an hours drive) if I wanted the transponder sooner. Very frustrated and anticipating all the same problems noted in the app feedback. If Peach Pass was managed by any other business, the transponder would have been sent sooner and potentially overnight. The Gov needs to fire the entire State Road and Tollway Authority for complete incompetence!

Truly the worst app I've ever used
This app takes the cake! Of all apps I've ever used, this one is truly the worst. If it allows you to login and doesn't automatically have the pop message of "we are sorry we can't perform this action now", then there is no guarantee that you'll be able to do anything within the app. Tried reloading money on my account (because the account turned off auto refill without notifying me) and it wouldn't let me do it! Just a little pop up after i entered in my information saying "sorry, we can't process this action right now." This is the simplest design, simplest features, and it still doesn't work. An embarrassment to the state of Georgia.

Steaming hot pile of garbage
I thought the first peach pass app took the prize for the worst app ever. It seems like this 2.0 version is going to continue carrying that torch. I constantly have login issues. It won’t remember my login information, and half the time I get a “We’re sorry something went wrong. Please try again later.” message. Transactions take weeks to show up. You can’t even tell which vehicles the charges belong to unless you care to memorize the transponder numbers. God forbid it tell you the actual make/model of the vehicle or the tag number. The account section gives the “We’re sorry something went wrong. Please try again later.” message half the time.

Good Luck
As long as you just want a Peach Pass on your car and never intend on changing your toll mode you should be good to go. However, if you ever want to deactivate the toll because you have 3 or more people in the car, GOOD LUCK. The app hardly EVER works. It will forget your user name & password almost every time and then give you an error message saying it can’t change your toll mode. I even go to the website and it still won’t change my toll mode. There will absolutely be a lawsuit at some point against these guys because it’s an intentional racket to just get your money. They’re making hand over fist while still “working” on an app for 10 years.

No issues for us
This App has been very helpful for us so far. I love that you can see charges, balance, and that it takes money from my account when my balance gets low to keep me from running out. I also love that it allowed me to add my husband’s vehicle to my account while on the road. I might have to change my rating if they charge me for hopping on without the transponder sticker. I’ve been told they won’t so we shall see. 😉

Overcharges!
Surprisingly received low funds and replenishment emails. I hardly use my peach pass. Tried to login and found they have a new website and app. Didn’t recognize my account or password. Requested new password. Tried to update with newly created password. Kept getting message “can’t use old passwords” even though using all new passwords. Used temporary password for now. Found multiple transactions posted to my account over past 4 days totaling over $20 with peach pass IDs that don’t match mine! Even local transactions when I was out of state! Not only is this system broken, it is siphoning cash out of my account for other users!! Unacceptable! Fix this now! Zero stars!

Pitiful
If a class of mentally challenged second grade students were given the task of writing the world’s most useless app, they would not be able to come up with something as mind- numbingly worthless as the Georgia PeachPass App. In fact, their worst effort would be a hundredfold improvement over the current version. Let’s be honest, they would probably charge less too. Intuitive is a word that is not in the vocabulary of the current crop of app “designers”. Pick any app at random from the App Store and it will be more useful for checking one’s balance than this app. Dear God, these are the people that the state of Georgia hires. Heaven help us.

Idiots rule
Anything to do with the Peach Pass is beyond pathetic. For some reason I can no longer access my account on the app or website. The app just crashes when I try to sign in. The website no longer recognizes my email associated with the account even though I was signed in three days ago while speaking with a customer service rep about adding a new vehicle. Unfortunately we are stuck with crap mediums so we can use the peach lanes. As much as the entire GDOT project cost one would think they would have spent some money on app and web development. Like we say in the industry, “ you can’t spell idiot without DOT”

Horrible App
This app has given me issues since day one! I’m consistently having log on / off issues. I can’t utilize the app to check my balance or pay. It had an error that caused me $$$ in violations due to lack of funds when I had automatic reload selected. I’ve written and gotten partial resolution and a “we know it’s a problem” but zero fixes! Just this morning I am getting a log on error. I have the most up to date version and a new model iPhone. Not sure what else to do because the other option is to sit in traffic!

Works fairly okay for me
I’m surprised at all the 1-star reviews. My login worked first time, and I could see my balance & add funds with Apple Pay - no problem. These are the main things I need to use on the app. I did not notice a question about allowing Touch-ID / Face-ID in stead of password? I hope I don’t have to enter the password every time??!! The notifications page is clunky / confusing (what is a heading, and what is an actual current status).

Terrible and Poorly developed app
How hard is it to do something so simple as to label fields properly so that the OS recognizes an email address field as an email address field so the auto fill functions in the OS will work. Changing toll mode is more difficult, and harder to understand than the old app. If you want to see toll rates, it’s still stupid photos of the signs. Seriously? How had is it for the system to output the current rate to a site that the app can pull data from? It’s the most ridiculous and least useful way I could imagine for showing the toll rates.

Works fine for me
I see people reporting they cannot login or access their account, but it has worked fine for me. If something changes, I’ll update my review. One thing I’ll say is that I wish it would show my peach pass toll activity. I have used it several times since receiving my transponder, but I don’t see anything on the app with records of my activity.

Frustrating and Inconvenient
The Peach Pass app is incredibly frustrating to use. It logs you out after periods of inactivity, forcing you to re-enter your credentials constantly, which is a major inconvenience. Adding to the annoyance, the app doesn’t support Face ID, so you can't even log back in quickly. To make matters worse, I get constant error messages whenever I try to enable auto replenish mode. This app needs serious improvements to make it user-friendly and reliable.

OMG !!
I’m a small business owner who just purchased a pass because of the challenges Atlanta traffic has to offer. I downloaded this app and it has absolutely added on to the frustrations of interacting with the whole ordeal. I’m trying my best to be professional however?!?! This app is a TOTAL waste of data room, and has no significance with issues that’s suppose to be simplified…. For a simple solution, download and bookmark on your laptop, or desktop. Your days will be a lot sunnier!

It’s what you would expect from the DOT.
Super confusing an not helpful. To cancel a car you have a non-toll mode I guess. How about “delete car” option? How about putting an actual contact phone number so that it’s possible to talk to an actual person. How about putting the address of a location instead of “you can get a transponder at cvs and Walgreens “. They don’t know what I’m talking about when I asked them about it. About as good as the unaffordable health care act app.

Total Garbage
I always found it unbelievable that the quality and usability of the original PeachPass app was so far behind the times. Now, after all the time and expense they put into this “next generation” upgrade, they give us this piece of garbage? First, someone should inform the developers that e-mail addresses are NOT case-sensitive. I finally convinced the app to send me my temporary password and was able to login, but now I’m stuck because it claims that the temporary password is invalid when I try to reset the password!

Massive Improvement!
The original Peach Pass app is terrible, so I was pretty skeptical that 2.0 would be any better. Well, I’m pleasantly surprised. This new app is a huge improvement! It has a normal tab layout at the bottom, some nice animations, and the functionality appears to work without much issue. Good job!

Useless
This app is about as bad as it gets in the app world. Rarely works enough to even log in, then if you are lucky enough to get in, the information pertaining to your account is inaccurate. Would not let me add funds the last time I was actually about to get in. Today, it just said “something went wrong…” deleted. If anyone actually reads this, don’t waste you time with the app, just open your browser and access Peach Pass there.

Bring back the old version.
On the prior version, it was easy to switch between toll and non-toll. Now? Good luck. The option that is presented is to Stop—when it should be to switch. Nothing in the design is intuitive or user friendly. When the app updates, it requires you to manually log back in—whereas other apps are capable of remembering credentials. Overall, this app needs a lot of improvement. Whatever money was spent on this was wasted.

Just no
Scam artist. How is it I don’t get any notifications about my account being low until I’ve already exceeded the limit and they added over $400 in fees. I hate them. I’d rather sit in the Atlanta traffic than to use them for anything ever again in this life or the next. I thought they would be a great help to me with the long commute I have but it’s been nothing but stress and anxiety. Letters are never on time and NEVER accurate. Did I mention I hate them?

App defaults to Spanish instead of to the phone language with no way to change without logging in. That’s number one. Number two, you cannot transfer a peach pass from an old vehicle to a new because you cannot change the license plate when editing the vehicle. This requires a NEW pass and deleting the old. Awesome lack of foresight since no one ever replaces a vehicle, right? Overall, just horrible management of the system

Very basic and dated
The app will let you see your balance, toll mode for your cars, and add money. That's about it. No face/Touch ID, it won't even save your name. So expect to have to log in each time the long way. Want to add/remove a car? Forget it. This app has a feel of 10+ years ago, which isn't acceptable today considering everyone with the app is paying Peach Pass for the privilege.

Useless
Nothing on this app actually works just like the old one. Trying to add to add or remove vehicles either crashes the app or gives you an error message. Same with trying to change payment information. I’ve never been able to do anything with this app or the old one except see how much money they were taking from me. God knows they’ll get that part right. Have to call their customer service to get new transponders or adjust my vehicle list.

App and website dysfunctional
I’ve had issues with Peach Pass since day one and they’ve only gotten worse over time. It should not be this difficult to replenish the funds in my account but the payment processing system is always down or giving me errors or telling me to come back later, assuming I am able to log in at all. The developers of this app and the website need to be fired.

Incompetent IT dept
Poorest run toll system ever. Have had sunpass and ezpass and SRTA is terrible. Have a transponder but app was down for month and couldnt update license plate. Call 2xs hung up after hour on hold. Got violation even though HAVE TRANSPONDER ON VEHICLE. Called they advised sensor apparently didn't read transponder. Went to pay...lol guess what their automated pay system and website was down and unable to accept payment. Rep said they cant accept payment over phone. Catch22....Beyond incompetent management. Fine customers for their crappy technology

Useless
Honestly this app is useless. If you want to make changes you have to do it through the website. You cannot add or remove credit card on the app. You cannot add or vehicles. All you can do is switch to toll mode and view your balance. With the information and technology available at a minimum you should be able to see travel times and prices. But no you can’t….

Solid App
App makes it easy to track my account. The map feature lets me see my location relative to all GA toll roads. If you have a Peach Pass, get the app. There is no downside. I’m writing this in December, 2022 after the app was overhauled.

Somehow got worse
I didn’t think it was possible for the app to get worse, but after all the fanfare about the new and improved app, it is somehow worse than before. There are lots of toll charges from the middle of the night that are obviously wrong, but there’s no way to find out which car it supposedly was. And how does one dispute a charge? The FAQs are such inane questions as “How do I get. Peach Pass?” Well, if you’re on the app, I think you already have one!!

Doesn’t work
Have not been able to log into app for the past two weeks. I deleted and reinstalled but nothing. Same error message that something went wrong, try again later. I also ordered a new tag/transponder but never received it. The first time I ordered tags, I received it within 2 weeks. Since the app does not work I can’t check on the status. Ugh!

Scam by government
Words cannot describe how much I hate peach pass. I pay to use the lane, I don’t get the toll added until months later, All the tolls hit your account at once, and now I can’t even login to my account to see what my balance is?? Username/password isn’t recognized on app or browser. Don’t waste your time or money, it’s less frustrating to just sit in traffic than deal with this crappy program.

Terrible
Peachtree replenishes my account automatically with $20, but doesn’t show itemized charges that reduced my original balance. I have to access my full statement, but I can’t, because the login states that I did not answered the reCHAPTA correctly, BUT there is never a question or or a reCHAPTA box to check. (CHAPTCHA system to enables web hosts to distinguish between human and automated access to websites.) Georgia needs a new system like EZ-pass for the mid-Atlantic states.

Terrible app and system
Constantly get the “something went wrong” message. Trying to check balance, which takes forever to update, to avoid fees which happened a few months ago. Old app use to automatically replenish, but somewhere that stopped. Realized I hadn’t been seeing the withdrawals, got hit with double all my tolls from fees 2 ways a day. Ended up having to pay like $300.

The worst app ever
This app is a nightmare. After calling and discussing issues logging in I was told to only use the app, that the website was not going to work. After multiple attempts on the app it never worked. It took two of us to figure out how to eliminate a sold car and the only way we could do it was on the website itself. Only took 2 hours of our time

Terrible
This app used to be decent but now I can’t login either to the app or online. It keeps telling me it doesn’t recognize my email address. Used to be you logged in using first initial and last name. That changed to an email address. Problem when it doesn’t recognize you even after you’ve jumped through all the hoops. When I try to login using app I get a “we’re sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” A bit absurd. I’ve submitted my queries via email and it can take weeks or months to hear back. I simply do not understand how an app can work so badly. It’s not really worth 1 star but you have to choose something.

The new version is terrible!
I’ve never had a problem with my Peach Pass until everything got updated. The app is useless because it always says “Something went wrong. Try again later” and the website is hit or miss. Just changed my toll mode a couple days ago and now when I go in my car isn’t even in my account! So frustrating.

“Upgrade”
So many issues logging into new site and app. Broken reset links, cut-n-paste of temp password failures, archaic password limitations, and “SRTA” currently offline messages. Can’t rate the functionality of the app because I can’t get in. Only redeeming quality was the helpful and patient representative on the phone. If you call, choose new customer if you haven’t logged in since the switchover even if you’ve been a customer for years.

Why can’t the government, with all of its vast, taxpayer funds, create an app that benefits it’s users? Transaction history is incomplete. Doesn’t show running balance. Statements are a month behind. I dread using this app
This has been one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen/used… you’d think as much money as they make they’d hire better software engineers and app developers. It’s not user friendly at all and a lot of the time it doesn’t even let me log in, it just errors. I rarely leave reviews, but they really need to fix this because it’s an essential part of their company.

This is the worst. Can’t login or change password. Can’t get billing and payments straight. Won’t auto replenish then suspended my account without warning. Can get the email it’s suspended but not one to let me know they need money. Will hit my account with weeks worth of fees at one time. Should be embarrassed with this quality. Would give a zero if I could.

I don’t know why I’m writing this review if I already know you don’t care. This app is not readable can not use it I spent days trying to set up a new password and it is taking me in circles. From the design to the last feature bad and worst. Who did it , why keep it. Can not use it because I can not add credit. 1 star is way too much….

1. Doesn’t work with password manager. It’s pretty simple to make fields that work. Clearly the developers don’t know what they are doing. 2. I can’t get past the silly screen about not using phone while driving. I’m not the one that needs a nanny. However someone definitely needs a nanny to learn them on how to actually hire competent developers.

Better off sitting in traffic
I can never access my account through the app. It’s always something wrong with it. The few times Thea app does allow me to log in , I can’t add any funds. The actual website isn’t any better. Customer service isn’t any help .. just get rid of it at this point. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’d be better off just sitting in traffic honestly.
