Yes,I know it is the slogan of People’s Bank. But it truly is the one word I would use to describe how People’s Bank and all of its employees operate on a daily basis. We had our accounts with Wells Fargo, which started out as First Union for thirty years. They became to big and the bureaucracy was frustrating. When we were ready to build our first home it was suggested that we go with a local bank. It was a very big step for us because we had been in our previous home for 28 years! It was so nice to sit down and talk with representatives from People’s Bank every step of the way. We now have People’s Bank as our primary bank! Thank you for your Exceptionalism! I love being able to do my banking with a local bank. Having consistent personal service from people who know me is invaluable. I appreciate being able to call and speak to someone who knows me and my business. Top notch!
I like being able to keep track of transactions but would like for transactions made with a debit card to be listed out immediately also instead of just reflecting against the balance. It takes up to a day for transactions against the balance to populate in the list of transactions. Overall it is very user friendly and serves the purpose without a lot of unnecessary clutter.
The app is very handy, but is frustratingly offline or unavailable occasionally. This happens once every week or two, sometimes less, and generally only lasts for about 20 minutes or so. But it’s frustrating nonetheless. Otherwise, the app is pretty seamless. I only with with BillPay, that you could see and file your actual bills within the app. If I could, I wouldn’t have a need for the web based version! Lol.
The latest update to the app says there is a loading error, and I cannot open the app. I redownloaded the app to make sure I had the latest update, and I have the same problem.
I have been with Peoples Bank since 2009. They are very friendly and helpful. All our banking needs for our business and personal services are handled easily! Never had any issues!
I have uninstalled the app at least a dozen time. The people bank nc logo comes the it disappears. I really need to be able to use this app. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, G Lamkin
I haven’t used other banking apps but the useful features on this one make me happy The last update allows u to set a spendable allowance in ur cking acct making it easy to avoid overdrafts as well as secretly saving $$$
This app is FANTASTIC!! I haven’t needed to make a trip to the bank in a LOOONG time. And to top it off, I’ve never, NEVER, had an issue with it. I recommend everybody switch to peoples bank and use this app.
App has tons of bugs that haven’t been patched so be weary if you’re worried about vulnerabilities. The bank is small and rather local so it’s understandable. App works sometimes but most of the times it asks me to enter my phone number and regardless of what I enter, I always get an “ID not found error”.
The app is very easy to use. They try to do most of their up-dares late at night so it is not an inconvenience. If I have had a question, tech support has been very helpful.
Love Peoples Bank and love the app. Always easy to use and no issues. If any issues arise they are quickly resolved. I recommend this bank and this app ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can no longer get into the App. I get the same message, an error has occurred, please try again later. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing. Pretty useless if I can’t even open it.
