I live in the mountains and needed to furnish a three bedroom house from bare floor up. Did I mention that this was in the middle of the pandemic? I used several online companies and have to say that Perigold was most helpful. Obviously, delivery was difficult ( narrow, curvy roads) but Perigold’s local delivery service was excellent! I can only say that the customer service saved my life with their kindness and understanding. This is definitely a company you will want to have in your “decorating” corner!
Consistently when I’m looking at products, there are not enough images, product details don’t give a full description of the product, often the imagery is confusing to what you’re purchasing and the description doesn’t really help with describing what the items is. For example, the image of six pillows you have no idea which pillow you’re actually ordering. Considering most of the items I would say are luxury brands with luxury prices it would help and would be expected to have a bit more information with best in class data if you’re going to be investing your money.
Website is easy to navigate and offers a broad range of choices
Over the past couple of months, I have placed several orders with Perigold. The process has been seamless. In one case, I decided I had ordered the wrong size of a particular plate. The return was effortless and the replacement/new order came within the timeframe they listed. I strongly recommend working with Perigold. They do a good job.

I haven't received my rug yet but I have shot Perigold in the past. For some reason today they gave me an awful hard time about excepting my platinum card information and the more times I put it in the more times they kept telling me it was wrong until finally I went in as a guest. That would make it difficult for me to shop in the future
Perigold offers high end products and a wide variety of products and brands. The offerings are quality items at competitive prices. Their customer service is AMAGING and works with you to resolve issues and value you as a customer.
Loving Perigold because there are more up to date high end choices for the home than anywhere else online. Also love quick return approval when an ordering mistake was made ( by me). Only thing that would improve is free shipping and free returns like Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom’s. Thank you Perigold. I keep coming back.
A beautiful but functional app that allows you to browse for days and find gorgeous product. Filters work really well and search is solid so you can always find what you want.
Perigold charges for return. Ask for the return cost before you order. Return services do not exist except for a website. It’s services department has no idea how to solve any customer related return issues. Useless!!! Dear Perigold President: please improve your return policy and practice before selling!!!

Annoying that every time I click on an item and go back afterwards I lose my spot in the que of items. I have to scroll down every time. Makes using this app a really annoying aspect that could easily be fixed. I avoid using it because of this.
Idk if it’s a glitch or a bug but every time I try to filter my search it doesn’t allow me to. Even when when I’m trying to select a certain color it won’t show the preview. How do you expect someone to trust and order from here when the filtering and selection does not work? Trash!
