I’m a business owner, and while I love the accessibility of an app for my clients, I wish that I could use the app as an admin as well. When we’re out of the facility, doing private lessons, we often will log in on our phones to process payments. I would love to be able to use the app for that since the website isn’t the easiest to navigate on a mobile device. Also, I would love fingerprint or facial recognition! Thanks for working on making it easier for our clients to make reservations and check their purchase/package history on their phones!
Terrible app. Maybe it was good in like 2008 when it was made for the first version of iPhone but it is extremely unintuitive and difficult to use by today’s standards and is several years (decades even) behind in terms of scheduling and communication technology that we are all used to. The app constantly crashes or refreshes, undoing work I’ve started, and has no option for push notifications or other reminders about upcoming appointments. Appointments have to be made individually (manually go into every date I want and add the appointment, then wait for refresh, scroll to the next date, do it again) instead of being able to book “every Friday from now until x date”. There is no way to see if a day is fully booked without manually trying to book it and having it fail. There is no way to know when there was a cancellation that made your target date available. I guess it’s probably cheap for my provider to use, but man I wish they’d choose a different app (or that the developers of this app would just make it functional). I hope they shop around when their contract is up because this is awful.
I like to request boarding services thru the app. Its very easy. 1) It does glitch sometimes. Mostly when I modify a boarding when those days are sold out and I have shortened the boarding stay. Even though I already have a reservation, when I shorten the stay it won’t let me because its a booked week, but I already have it booked. It says I have to call. 2) just chcked the app today - the “Modify Boarding” option is gone. Why? What happened? Otherwise, its useful. Thanks
This app is so bad. I wish it were good, truly, but it's too buggy. Sign-up was a disaster. After many emails I got set up but the app frequently crashes when trying to book services. Basically useless in this state. Looks-wise looks like a 9th grader art project. Terrible color contrast, poor padding, overall junk in the craft regard too.
Come on, how can you not update your app. It is 1990 called with the 8 bit graphics card. Additionally how secure is the app if it was last updated 9 months ago. After the most recent update to apple iOS all of a suden it won’t open. My friends at DOS are seeking someone with tech from 2024. This isn’t the pet facilities responsibility.
App keeps logging me out. Very annoying. There is also no feedback option in the app so this review is the only way to let the developer know about problems.
This app just doesn't quite adapt to the iPhone screen (I'm using iPhone 8 plus w/ ios 13.4.1). Words and text boxes are slightly askew making it a bit awkward. I'm sure it's a simple fix though!
First of all let me start of by saying this is a phenomenal app that made scheduling my grooming appointments a breeze!!!! My groomer requested vaccines and I just uploaded my dog’s shot recorded to my account and I was all set for my appointment! Not only that but I could even schedule my boarding appointments all in the same app!!! I even received an email about my upcoming appointments!
Super easy to book your own boarding, grooming, or daycare appointments. You don’t have to call and give all your info. Just open the app and book. If you have to cancel it’s just as easy just click and done. You have to register online but once you’re registered you can use the app.
I came to a screen immediately upon adding the app which asked me to fill in a user name and password. It offered no place to create an account. So I enter my user name that I want and a password I chose. It doesn’t recognize if, of course. I have deleted and reinstalled and same thing. I can’t past the first screen. I see no place to create an account.
I can’t figure this thing out. I can’t figure out how to register. The Log In page comes up but no option for registering in the first place. Can’t get settings to come up. Something comes up about saving the “company name” but I don’t know what that means. My groomer sent an email to download this app so I can notify them from the car when I arrive but I can’t make any sense of it. What am I missing? Help!
Tried using my login and password for petexec (which always works on the desktop) and it forces me to try to login through the puppy parent portal I believe it was called? Anyway, there’s no option to actually login because when I click that it sends me back to the first login screen and the process just repeats itself. Help please! This app could be awesome!
Two places my dog boards use this app. However, I can’t change which facility I’m logging into. So can’t use it unless she’s at the one she went to many months ago and will probably never go to again. I’ve deleted and uninstalled and it just won’t work. Very disappointing
It never recognizes user name or password no matter how many times you try to change/reset it. So frustrating with no IT assistance. Just delete this useless thing already! What’s the point? Makes me want to take my dog somewhere else.
Reset password doesn’t work. Who is going to remember a password to a pet app. Reset the password twice now and won’t recognize updated password. Also, when logging in on app there is no register only log in info. Not user friendly at all.
