Click n Collect still needs help
Over the past 4 -6 months I have attempted to use click and collect at least 6 times with this being the first time I didn’t run into issues. Previously, the site would crash in the middle of an order and I would lose all my shopping or I would get to checkout time and it crash or even though I am signed in I have to put in my name and phone number and for some reason it wouldn’t take my real phone number but ended up taking my childhood phone number, then when I got that to go through it wouldn’t take my cc. Today, I still had to put in the wrong phone number in order to proceed but it took my cc. If click and collect would work like it should, this would be awesome. As of today, it’s still way too cumbersome!

Love this!
I’m a mom of a small child. This changes the grocery shopping game for me! Gone are the days of distracted and interrupted shopping and spending a ridiculous amount of time at the store. I place my order the night before pick up when kiddo is in bed. I get only what I need and avoid impulse buys (Oreos get me every time!). It’s a lot easier to stay on budget as I can see my cart total at all times and can add and delete items as needed. Another bonus: we never go in the store, so there IS no lifting my kid in and out of the cart. There is no “Mom, can we get _____?”. There is no “Mom, are we done yet?”. There is no “Mom, I wanna go home!”. None. Of. That. I park my car, my groceries are loaded, and then I go home. Game changer.

Consistently crashes, hard to navigate
If you are in the store and you’re looking for a e-coupon it is almost impossible to find what you’re looking for in this app. Whoever created this app needs to find a simpler version so you do not have to “dig” down into every coupon to make sure you have the right one. There should be generalized coupons such as frozen fruit, lettuce, bread, etc. associated with the brands such a simple truth organic, Kraft, Pillsberry, etc. You shouldn’t have to find simple organic frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen pineapple, etc. Just put it under frozen fruit simple organic! You spend as much time in the app making sure the “discounts” are added by using these coupons and then looking at your receipt after, as you do actually shopping for the items you need. This is the third consecutive time I’ve used the app and have to go back to the store to try to get money back. #frustrated

Rude clerk;wouldn’t help me get a digital coupon
Kept Saying ”u need the app” which I thot I already had- and I Did have an acct to shop mostly for my father; but stopped going to picknsave save cuz clerks became rude and sat around talking instead of working a lane. Many other customers upset cuz the self help stations never worked;always had to call for assistance and then the clerks never knew what was wrong either half the time. Anyway the app I had wasn’t working but she didn’t assist me at all-told Neto move over and gave me a brochure to take home and ‘come back later’— to save $1.25 on a bag of chips?? Now I read that your app only works with iPhones 16? And up. Mine is older like an8? So then we don’t get to use any digital coupons? I have a rewards number. I wouldn’t have written prolly except for the rudeness and unhelpfulness of your customer service clerk. And now I don’t shop there if I don’t have to.

Great App!
I usually don’t do reviews but I was pretty impressed by ALL of the apps features. The app is very user friendly. I like being able to find a gas station that accepts fuel points as well as digital coupon clipping. Another feature that is cool is the interactive flyer that adds items you select onto your shopping list. It makes the online shopping experience feel like less of a task and shockingly made it enjoyable. My only critique is that it can get a little laggy once your shopping cart starts getting “full” but thankfully it always saves my cart so I never have to worry about starting over.

Can not believe you
Ok so you charge 5$ for my pick up. I get that. What do I get. Nothing. The most expensive bread. Unable to use the multiple coupons and specials I signed up for. The only listed items that I can buy are the most expensive. What difference does it make to you if I am only able to buy one loaf or three. Can’t find the tenderloin special. Can’t find the coupons. Why do you bother listing them. If I had time to look them up for each item I’d come into the store. This program is clearly designed to discourage people. It’s too bad because someone is going to figure out that making it easy in today’s society will make them successful. I am going to go to Maijers tomorrow to cover the items I would have bought from you but can’t as it’s to unwieldy. I will pick up today as I had planned the time for pick up. I will park where you have pick up located. Again as far away as possible from the store adding five to ten minutes travel time for each load you send out. Are you a business?

Out of Stock Surprises Continue
We use this app quite often and have found it valuable as we work through Covid and some surgeries which made in-store visits very difficult. Biggest problems we have found are (1) very very frequent “substitution” situations for items that were initially indicated and ordered as available, but when the order was picked they were not in stock; and (2) “order roulette” where we find items (in one case the entire order) that were intended for another customer. Still, when you can’t get into the store it’s better than starving. Also, while not a big problem, the offered selections on the web site often do not reflect the actual products in the store we frequent.

A bit clunky, WAY too much to wade through
Annoying to use. Rather difficult to navigate on phone. They make you specifically ‘clip’ coupons you want to use—but half the time searching for product oddly doesn’t bring it up, so you have to scroll through a few hundred digital coupons to find what you want. Takes WAY too long. Prices are higher than at other stores— even their sales prices on some things are way higher regular prices at nearby stores. Skip pick n save / metro market and shop elsewhere… I only shop there occasionally for a few items that I don’t want to drive another 5 minutes for… but even then Kwik Trip is close too— and KT has better prices on some things ( bread, milk, bananas…) and the shopping goes a lot faster.

Alcohol and deli
First I would like to thank you for offering this service. My daughter is a Dr. so we are trying to do our part to help all of the medical people. I am also ordering online to protect all of the workers in grocery stores. Wish we could order on line from deli and alcohol to avoid coming in store. I think it just encourages people to come in store and at this time no one should be going into store. Also noticed some of the disinfectant and paper items you have to go into store.....that does not make sense....isn’t this what we are trying to avoid. Hope some of these issues get resolved soon. Stay healthy and safe! Thank you again for everything that every worker at the store is doing!

Scam risk!
Just a heads up, I had been using this app and account since covid began. And for a while I really loved the convenience of it…. Until…… some lovely person in Texas hacked into my account…. Now I am not directly blaming this on pick n save. But beware. How they handle these situations is horrendous.. they will tell you they locked your account and be unable to give you much information…. They did in fact NOT lock my account but over the past week kept giving this person access to my account where they have tried MULTIPLE times to charge every card I have on file with them. I have been on hold with customer service more times then I care to count and there is no resolution whatsoever. I have had to cancel every card instead of just the first one they tried charging. Customer service is HORRIBLE.

BEST GROCERY STORE EVER
Pick n save has been our family’s go to grocer forever! They still have the best and fairest priced products all around! And they still last a very long time in the fridge. It’s not like other places where the produce has to be used within a day or two or it’s rotting. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend shopping here! And we save even more by getting grocery’s delivered! You only buy what’s on your list. And even with the delivery fee and tipping the driver/shopper we save more than going shopping ourselves. Plus we have way more time to spend with our 3 toddlers!

Poor substitution logic
Substitutions don’t follow any type of logic. Very frustrating ordering items, and even though there are other variations available, no substitutions will be available. Same with meat. If I order 3lbs of meat and it is unavailable, why would you ask me to substitute with only 1lb of meat of a different grade? Give me 3 1lb packs and get it over with. The app has zero ability to take any type of user input or human logic when dealing with substitutions unless you want to go through every single item in your cart and find then assign a substitution for it. Edit: and the issue persists. Yet again I order 3lbs of meat and I only get 1lb in return because the 3lb was out of stock. How ridiculously stupid. Time to use some common sense here.

App to hard
I am not good with the computer for ordering. I am 71 years old and found your sight very hard to understand and order from. I have coupons that I don’t know where or how to put them in and some are coupons you have sent me in the mail. The 10 for 10 I don’t know if that came off. My daughter has been doing most of our shopping because of COVID and she lives out of town. I know this is hard at this time but I am also sure that I am not the only one who finds this very confusing! I don’t know how to clip E coupons and have called your store and a very nice man tried to help me but he also said it was hard for people. Please find a better way to make your web sight less confusing for people at this time when things are hard enough and we are all trying to keep ourselves and your employees safe!

Pick up orders
I really love it being so easy to order but every time I order there are things I do not get and each time I have gone into the store I am able to get those same items...I don’t think this is coincidental...I am wondering if those filling my order do not know where to find them in the store and they just say they are not available! For instance, I needed cornstarch for baking and didn’t get it so thinking they weren’t aware of where it was or what product it was...I couldn’t see that that would have been a hot item that would be sold out! I am sorry to complain because I really love this convenience!!! Thank you for listening!

The Russian Roulette of Retail
Clunky app rarely up to date items or in stock!The inability to click on weekly ad and simply purchase from ad. The most ridiculous substitutions and be warned they will substitute and not give you the sale or price of the item you originally purchased like other retailers. The substitutions are daft ie substitution of chicken items for pork really? Some ethnic groups or religious groups do not eat pork. This company needs to focus on quality and service not buying up the majority of other brands in the us. Soon you’ll pay for their expansion and lack of customer service or value. They will blame the employment market and supply chain but I’ve never seen and understaffed Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods with empty shelves so someone has figured it out. And no they aren’t priced much differently at all.

List function unreliable
Multiple times I have added items to my list only to have them disappear. I’ve also had trouble moving list items to my cart for a pickup order. Items left off, others doubled or tripled. One time my entire list had disappeared when I tried to pull it up at the store. I don’t have this problem with any other shopping app. It would also be helpful to be able to add a note to a pickup order. I prefer paper bags but there is no way to request this. I’ve tried noting this on every single item in my order but the store staff is unable to view and comply with this request.

Very convenient and focused
Got started using the app during the pandemic, and like it so much I use it all the time. The store maintains a list of the items I buy frequently, and I combine that with the list of items they have on special, which are also listed on the app. The people who select the items are to be commended on selecting the freshest produce. Things I would have selected myself. The people who deliver groceries to the car are always pleasant and prompt. And I only have to take the groceries into the house.

Website overload?
What a hassle! I attempted to order for pick up today and the experience was very frustrating. The site would “lock up” and freeze. Thank goodness my order was still in the basket each time, must of happened at least 6 times. Meanwhile, order times for pick up are disappearing before my eyes. Finally went through, pick up time much later than when first attempted. Hope the rest of this experience goes better. First time user, call me, not impressed.

Best Grocery Pick Up Service In The Area!!!
Pick N Save has mastered the grocery pick up option. I always get fresh produce and reasonable substitutions. They also do not mark up their prices on groceries for pick up which I appreciate. Too many places do that and I won’t shop there anymore.. The only suggestion I would have is to always have the shopper text for substitution approval. If you are looking for an easy flexible grocery pick up look no further. I won’t shop anywhere else!!

I throughly enjoy your pick up service. I’m sometimes disappointed that not all items are available but understandably some are discontinued or for some reason some are only delivery or shipping even in small quantity items. Also I feel that I most mention that your employees are very kind, courteous and willing to go out of their way to help a customer as I am. They should be commended for their diligence especially throughout the harsh weather all winter and then some.

Great start
Few things could be more helpful... like when viewing your weekly ad, it would be nice to have the option to put items into your cart, not just on your list. Or then have a way to transfer items from your list to your cart. Life’s busy, you could have planned to stop at the store after work, but now you have to get the kids on the other side of town. Switch your list to your cart and have the store do the work. You just drive up and get the groceries after picking up the kids with a click of a button on your smart Phone.

Couldn’t live without it!
I have been using click list for quite some time now and the connivence of it is without a doubt superb! With a new baby at home a busy household kids in school fulltime working parents this is the easiest and most economical way to go! I spread this information to everyone who will listen and now even my single girlfriends use it as well instead of the dreaded shopping they enjoy the friendly easy interaction with the weekly pickups 😁

Worst app
I have had trouble using this app for months. I have to turn my phone off/on to get it to work if it works at all. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and it took me days before it would let me sign on. This week I did a live chat and they suggested I delete and try again so I did and now I can get on it at all. When I go to sign in, it goes to a white s green which never does anything. I can never use it in the store. I have had to make sure I downloaded the coupons before I get there. Ridiculous!! I am not the only one having problems with this app. I even spoke to a store associate and they have trouble also. Please fix or it is no good!! I can even use it now!!

Use to get good coupons
Totally convinced that this app after tracking and learning your purchasing habits will stop giving you the coupons for what you actually buy, and then offer you a ton coupons for junk you never buy just to appear that they have deals. I could be wrong, but it definitely seems like there are never coupon offers for items there use to be coupons for when I first downloaded the app and the more coupon I clipped and used the less coupon offers I get for those items. Now I never get coupons for my regularly purchased items.

Filter is so bias!
I clicked EVERY brand except Kroger and private select, and it showed there’s no other coffee to choose from! Seriously?? Then I restarted the app to do the same thing. This time, many choices, but despite unchecking those brands, guess which brands are on the top of the list! And even thought I type and filter down to whole bean coffee, canned drinks still shows up as well as ground coffee and pods. This is only one of a long list of complaints. It’s bad enough that they got rid of so many decent brands only to fill their shelves with their own subpar, low quality brand. And their app tries to force you to buy their junk brand. So unethical and shady. It’s just another careless mega corporation.

Terrible, Frustrating, Disorganized App
Nothing remotely intuitive about it. EXTREMELY (and I never use that over-used word) poorly organized. For example, if you click for frozen items it doesn’t list by brand or type of food: a Lean Cuisine variety, a Sarah Lee dessert, an Ore-Ida potato item, a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, a Smart Source variety, one Green Giant vegetable, one Edy’s ice cream flavor, then another Lean Cuisine variety, one Marie Callender item, Totino’s Pizza Rolls, one Hot Pockets variety, another Edy’s ice cream flavor, another variety of Ore-Ida potatoes ... and so on. Impossible to get through quickly. Confusing, disorganized , not intuitive at all. Grrrrr.

Not sure on frozen or items needing refrigeration.
Do to a recent accident I’m forced to use a delivery service for groceries. The online ordering was self explanatory, but the only thing that is unknown is how long would items that need refrigeration or the freezer be left out once the order is placed? This needs needs to be addressed & shared with customers. I wanted to order ice cream & other frozen items but do the order pockets pull those items first then shop for remaining items? Do the groceries sit for an hour before a delivery service delivers? Please address my concerns.

Simple to use
Coupon loading is a snap! It’s intuitive and simple. Love this app. I’ve used almost every grocery app in my area (Hy-Vee, Target, Aldi, Festival Foods, Woodmans) to order since the pandemic began, 2.5 years ago. I still use a few of them as supply chains are causing me to look between multiple stores to find everything I need, at reasonable prices, and this is still the best of the grocery apps I’ve encountered.

Few kinks
I love ClickList, but encounter weird problems where I’ll add an item to my shopping cart and it will show up as a higher quantity. It’s happened a few times where I’ll pick up my order and see I received 2 jars of pickles or something and realized I had ordered that (which I never intended). As I started to pay more attention, I realized something buggy was happening each time I’d put an item in my cart. So now, I have to check very carefully to make sure my quantities haven’t been changed before I check out.

App should be easier to use
I really appreciate this service, however, this app leaves a lot to be desired. Items in flyer cannot be added to cart, only to a shopping list. Shopping list can not be directly added to cart. Many items in flyer were not found in search. Search can only be filtered by department. Coupons are not listed in any order whatsoever. Very difficult to manage.

Overall great app
It’s easy to navigate, the search engine is thorough. I like that you can shop for delivery, pickup, or in-store on the app. It’s easy to clip coupons and read the weekly circular. The only issue I’d like changing is picking alternate choices before you check out. There’s no drag down options like in Instacart. If you want a replacement for an item, you have to magically come up with one if you don’t already have one in mind. Please change this, P&S. Thanks!!

Feedback for receipt and items.
First of, thank you!!! The services and mobile app and pick up has been a good experience so far. This is my second time using this and plan on continuing to do so. The app works great, I like the scan feature, and ability to look at past items. The pick up was smooth and well run. Two items for feedback would be to do an email receipt option since we are trying to limit interaction with others and this would make it truly to unless. Also if there was a way to notify that certain items are not available that would be a nice feature but by all means not necessary. Keep up the great work and again thank you.

I feel like it could be more user friendly.
On my iPad it will show me I have an item in my cart that has a coupon. It does not do that on my phone. I always feel like I’m fumbling around with my phone to “find it” when I’m shopping in the store. Still, I can save some money… I hope Kroger/Roundy’s are willing to offer these savings to people without smartphones. My dad (80) stopped shopping at pick n save because of their policies.

Completely satisfied.
The Waterford Kroger/ pick n save has the most courteous helpful employees. They’re always willing to help find things in the store or to assist getting things to your car. I also love the pick up option and have used it here in WI and the delivery service at the Kroger/Frye store in AZ for my 91 year old mom. The delivery persons are always willing to assist my mom any way they can. Great employees!!

Confused
Coupon for $5.00 off per unit never seemed to be applied. Can’t use coupon in the store. Implied coupon wasn’t applied. Seems to me you are doing everything you can to protect yourself and don’t care much about the customers interests. I apologize i advance if when I stop in for the pickup order if the $25 digital coupons have been applied. By the way , what’s with can’t guarantee the prices? Give me break.

Cannot enter in parking spot
The app is fine for shopping but since changes were made to the app I simply can’t finish the check in process with the app. I get to the space to enter my parking spot and the full keyboard pops up blocking any view of the screen showing the box to enter in the parking spot number and to click finish. So every time now I must place a phone call to tell them I am here . Annoying! This used to work fine until they improved it by adding a cute pic of a car filing the top half of the screen!

Love this app
Ordering my groceries online is so simple with this app! And the pick up is just as easy. I was concerned the app would be cumbersome and difficult to search and find the items I wanted. Not so, it’s been a breeze. The customer service is great and the employees who have delivered my groceries to my car have been super friendly! I would completely recommend using this app for grocery pick up on Watertown

Our Pick and Save in New Berlin is giving fantastic efficient, helpful and friendly service on Pick up orders. Not sure that I will go back to shopping in store when this is all over! I love driving up, calling and having the order brought out to my car in just a few minutes. The online App is efficient and works well.

Pretty good app, needs a few tweaks
As far as apps go, this is pretty good, but could use a little improvement. 1) Should be able to review adds and select something to add directly to the cart not just the list. 2) If buying directly from the deli, it should do a better job of selecting quantities or weights. Deli good defaulted to 1lb when would have liked 1/2lb. 3) would like to have a standard recurring saved list of items to select. Otherwise the app was very user friendly.

Navigation not easy. Missing key element in app
It’s really frustrating that they only allow you to modify what’s in the order, but not the date or time in the app. It seems like a very obvious missing piece. I was literally told on the phone now that they cannot change it backwards a day and are required to pick on the original order day no matter what. I’d have to cancel the order and then make a completely new one. I told them corporate is needlessly making their lives and my life way more difficult.

Nice App but with Clicks
First time I’ve actually ordered for delivery. App can be a little tricky to navigate but after lots of clicks I could eventually find what I needed too. This was mostly due to options of pickup or delivery. No auto fill for personal or credit card information. Hopefully this will be added in future updates. Overall pretty decent app.

The app annoys me greatly
Every time I go into the app it makes me go to my store whether or not I would like to do that. To get out of my store it is a convoluted set of clicks. Also digital coupons are separate from the other coupons and are difficult to find. I was tempted to use the pick up service but the app annoys me so much I haven’t bothered. I have asked employees to help me navigate the app and they have no idea how to use it either. I want to like this app, because I use apps all the time and find them convenient and faster than websites most times. I hope they can clean this one up and make it easier to navigate.

App could be better
I do not like how some things that are out of stock get switched to delivery. I don’t even know how delivery works. While doing my order this evening, there were several items that were out of stock and were moved to delivery. Why not just state out of stock so I do not choose them? It’s rather disappointing that I will have to shop again for all the missing items.

Needed delivery but had to place as pick up
Been trying to place my order for delivery for a few days. Ended up finally placing it as a pick up order. But won’t be avail now until Saturday. Trying to do the right thing and not enter the store whenever possible. Tried to call and waited 20 minutes and hung up. I know times are tough so the phone wait was no big deal. Just want to know if delivery will be an option soon

Convenient/easy to use
I love the car side pickup. This saves our busy family a lot of time. I can also check inventory at home and double check recipes while ordering groceries. If you tend to order the same foods, they show up in your recently purchased, so you don’t have to search for them each time. The shoppers have always done a great job of picking fresh produce.

Using coupons
I often wish When going to coupons it would take me immediately to order the item. I have to go back to my order to make sure I ordered what I needed in the quantity needed to use the coupon. I have often missed items and lost the use of the coupon

Mostly good except for one dumb thing
Why oh why do I have to re-enter my login every time the app is updated? It's really dumb to have to remember my password for one single account, any really decent app will figure out a way to save & reuse. Other than that, it's a handy app - downloading coupons is much better than getting coupons in the mail & remembering to bring them to the store.

I thought this would be a great idea..and it still might . Maybe it’s just a bad location but I’ve been outside pick n save trying to pick up my order. I called 2 times and each time it rang for a LONG time then was disconnected. I’m currently on hold (my 3rd time calling) waiting for someone to give me information about my order....I’ve been waiting 20 mins . As I’m typing this review, someone picked up the phone and said unfortunately nobody let us know about this order . So I’m not sure what’s going on 🤷🏾‍♂️🙃

Covid 19 Precautions & Pick n Save Employees
I am writing because I just left the Pick n Save on Highway 100 & Cleveland in West Allis & was very disappointed in the employees there. They have absolutely no clue what the term “Social Distancing” means, walking right up next to you, close enough to rub shoulders, often coming at you from behind so you don’t even know they’re there, almost bumping into you, I was on the dairy section where an employee was stocking shelves, with his mask hanging around his chin. (Not in any way covering his mouth or nose.) I asked if that was the appropriate way to wear a mask & he responded that he has difficulty wearing the mask due to asthma, and the mask caused his glasses to fog up. If the employees aren’t going to wear the mask correctly, thus protecting their shoppers, then put the darn mask aside for a healthcare worker that CAN and NEEDS to wear it the right way! I, for one, will shop elsewhere, where the store personnel really care about the health & safety of their customers!

Complicated and time-consuming app
I’ve tried several times to download this app and even go to the service desk for help. They’re unable to help. Very frustrating and time consuming. I have never gotten this app to work. I complain every time this happens. They sympathize but can’t help. Why make shopping so difficult for us shoppers? Then you have to watch the Buy 5, get $1 off. Stores are unable to give a workaround for those who struggle with all this. I think I’ll shop at Sentry or Sendak’s where they have clipless coupons and clear sales items.
