Pink a la Mode

While Disney maybe hours from my house and a trip I’m lucky to take every other year this app allows for me to be a kid everyday. From excellent product to the live shows that not only show you their awesome products but have a since of friendship in their presentations that liven up your day. Since joining this app it has become a family favorite not just for shopping but a show that your excited to see what is next. It is also very informative and updated on new fads. Without them I would have never learned of my newest obsession figpins and with out them telling me how it works may not be this into it. If you haven’t tried it then you need to try it. If you don’t love it I don’t want to know you. To all the pink crew your are my magically screen friends.

I’ve placed three orders with this company. I didn’t have any issues with the first one. The second one was split into two shipments. I never received notification of this and had to contact them to see where my item was. My third order was the worst. I emailed a few days after ordering to get an idea of processing time. I received an response of 5-7 business days for in stock items. Okay, no problem. A week went by after that with no update. I emailed again and got the same response. I asked if the items were in stock just to get an idea of how long the wait would be. A few hours later I had an email saying my order has shipped followed by an email saying they shipped the order. Getting the same auto response twice came off as though they didn’t really seem to care enough to look into my order and only sent it when I started to question more. I will say they do have a lot of wonderful items and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from them but their customer service seems to be lacking.

Where else can you go find excitement entertainment and fashion all at once, while in the comfort of your own home?!? Pink a la mode Gives online shopping a new spark that most companies are missing . The staff listens to our request answer our questions about said item(s). All while providing an amazing service between fashion and real ness . Anything from shoes to pain management creams. Really an up to date trend inventory . Family owned and bond love to see them go live.. love my purchases, and once received the packing style does not disappoint. Very well packed. Their logo everywhere and a thank you card in every box or bag. ❤️😉 would recommend over and over again .

PinkALaMode has awesome items at reasonable prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. Glad they no longer use FedEx for shipping because my delivery person throws the boxes vs gently placing them on my porch. I don’t have to worry about the quality of the items when they are licensed and authentic. Love the variety of not just clothing but collectibles as well. My husband doesn’t complain about how many boxes I get because he has a Star Wars Funkopop addiction and is currently at 120. We have started collecting figpins.

This small family owned business is absolutely wonderful. I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their products and have been happy with every purchase. Customer service is absolutely wonderful during live shows as well as on the back end for any issues. I am confident buying from them, as I can make a return if necessary. Customer service is always top-notch. They work hard at building relationships with their customers. Delivery is super fast, too! They offer a large variety of styles that truly fit everyone. I appreciate the range of sizes they carry, but even more grateful that they let you know if an item runs small/big, or is true to size. There’s always something new at Pink! I’ve always seen their post and always thought man these are pricey. But then I decided to treat myself to the Stitch backpack and let me tell you. In a sense it might be a little bit to much but you do get what you paid for! It’s so high quality and beyond perfect! Give yourself a chance and try something else; besides these people are awesome to work with! Shipping? I ordered on a Thursday and got it that Monday!!

My mom placed her first order with Pink A La Mode and she ordered me a backpack for my birthday and mine came in bent from the top. I placed an order as well and I received my maleficent backpack bent from the sides. I really love the backpacks they are beautiful and the prices are amazing. But, I don’t like that I am receiving my backpacks bent. The boxes are in great condition, I hope this issue can be resolved because I enjoy shopping with you all.

There is such a wide variety of clothes and taste. Shipping is amazing quick. When you have questions email their support; they will tend to answer with in 24hrs is awesome. They have make up junkies, easel and Judy blues. All the most comfortable, flattering and beautiful clothes. It’s so hard to go through the app and not find something you want.

I love this company so much and their support is amazing. I know with their persistence the app will get better. Right now there are a lot of glitches and it is very difficult to add things to the cart. After selecting a size or color the add to cart button disappears. Sometimes when clicking all over the screen it will go into the cart sometimes it will not. I’m going to stick to ordering online or live for the time being.

I placed an order on January 5th. It’s is now almost April and my order still has not even shipped. I understand that one of my items was a pre order, but it was expected to arrive in January. This is ridiculous as everytime I attempt to contact the company they give me the same automated answer. It doesn’t help that they do not have a phone number, so it’s difficult to resolve issues that come up in your order.

I got this app for ease of shopping on their page. I get 14 to 17 pop-up notifications every single day. And you can’t turn them off without turning off all notifications. Deleted the app immediately I’ll just shop online or better yet another store Also your updates have been the same generic “fixes“ for the past 6 months or more.
