Irritating reminder, too many clicks but useful app
First of all, I am writing this review in the hopes it will make the irritating pop up disappear every 4th click of the app while processing an image. And that leads to the too many clicks complaint. I am processing 57 headshots all stored in a single folder in Apple Photos. When i finish one picture, I am back at the start screen and must click on the + button, then the choose from library button, then gallery button, then the albums button, then click on the album containing my 57 headshots. Then scroll down to the next picture in my project. Why can’t it simply leave me in the same album so I can scroll and select the next photo? Overall, this app is useful. My project is a graduating class shot of 57 folks taken in 1961. I cropped the 57 faces into 57 headshots which are very grainy. I am no photoshop ace so this app is doing fast work of converting the shots into pretty good representations of each person. One really bad part of the app is those who wore glasses are getting very strange eyes. The app simply cannot handle the reflections from the flash, the glasses and the eyeball.

The Ultimate App for Photo Enhancement and Animation.
Pixelup is an amazing app that lets you transform your old, blurry, or black and white photos into stunning HD images with vibrant colors and animations. Whether you want to enhance your selfies, restore your vintage photos, colorize your black and white memories, or animate your loved ones, Pixelup can do it all with its enhanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology. I have been using Pixelup for a few weeks now and I am amazed by the results. The app is very easy to use, you just need to upload or take a photo and choose the option you want to apply. The app will then process your photo and give you a high-quality output that you can save or share with your friends and family. Pixelup has helped me to revive my old photos and make them look new again. I have also had fun creating my own avatars and animating my photos with different effects. The app has a lot of features to explore and enjoy, and it is constantly updated with new improvements and additions. If you are looking for an app that can enhance and animate your photos with AI, you should definitely try Pixelup. It is a game-changer for photo editing and restoration, and it will make you fall in love with your photos again. Pixelup is free to download and offers in-app purchases for unlimited access to all features. Download Pixelup today and see the magic for yourself!

Not great
I was hoping that this would help clean up my vintage family photos, and save me time ir eliminate using photoshop. In the two photos I tested while in trial period, the descratch mode didn’t really work too well, leaving many scratches behind. The enhance, (which doesn’t seem to be optional… unlike the colorize or the descratch features which are optional), cartoonized some of the faces. The colorize feature seems to work fairly well (which is why I’m giving this 2 stars instead of one). I tried the animate function on one of my selfies, and found it to be entertaining, but nothing I would personally use. I was hoping this app would save me time in photoshop, but for people who have the skills to correct photos in photo editing software, you will be disappointed with the results from this app, and like myself, you’ll choose to fix your photos manually. If that describes you, don’t bother subscribing to the app, it’s limitations will just frustrate you. For the people who don’t have access to (or the know-how of) other photo editing tools, you’ll probably like this app for what it can do automatically… but if you want a job well done, find a professional or someone with photo editing experience. All in all, I don’t think this app is worth the price they want one to pay, so I canceled the subscription and deleted the app.

Some Decent Results but Privacy Concern
This app does a really good job with some types of photos but in other cases I don’t even recognize the faces that come back in the enhanced photo. In fact, sometimes the faces are kind of creepy - childlike. I also notice that in many cases, only the faces are enhanced while leaving the rest of the photo untouched. It makes it look like the faces are fine tuned but everything else kind of blurry. I have really only used this to enhance photos taken with older cameras with lower resolution, I have not done so much with the colorizing feature. Skip the animation - it crops only the faces from the photo and the final result is a very weird looking face - almost unrecognizable - with eyes moving around. Finally a concern about privacy - I suspect this is similar to the app that was going around a couple of years ago where it made you look like you were really old or young. There was a concern then that the photos were being collected by Russia for a facial recognition database. This is no different - I noticed you cannot use this app unless you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or cellular signal). That means the photos have to be transferred somewhere and returned enhanced rather than it being enhanced on your local device. Just an observation. All in all - a good novelty but don’t expect miracles.

Best at the simplest task
I create videos for loved ones goto 200 pictures long sometimes and not all pictures sent to me are clear. So after going through tons of different apps trying find the best one to clean up pictures, and FAST at that, was a hard find. Most clean up apps make pics look animated or not look like person but this app cleans up the people in photo and rest of the photo at same time. Even background and objects get cleaned up and I love it. Couldn’t find another app work as efficiently as this one. God sent for what I do anyways. Only suggestion I could make is giving the option of uploading several photos at a time, would of cut some time down for me but I’m not complaining, adding that feature would only better this app, still without it; does not take away from, or fact that it is the best at simple task it claims to do. Five stars all day from me.!!

It’s fun…until 12 pics
I have a problem with this app and the problem is you can only use 12 photos from its three selections, don’t get me wrong app is actually pretty fun if you want to see your photos become animated or cleaned up from its blurriness. it’s just that there are plenty apps that allow different opportunities and that’s understandable but this app only allows you to use 12 photos max even if you delete the ones that are saved or even used for its three modes, I could find another one but this is probably the best app of all time when it comes to fixing your or somebody else’s photos. I think they should add 30 or 50 Photos of Max at least. but even then once you get to that point if you delete them that were saved on the app then you can just keep using it over and over. that’s what I think should happen but it only takes up 12 photos even if you delete them. so whatever photos you want do use to clean up or animate this is the only time you can do it and it better be a good photo because it won’t let you do it again

Brilliant app! Love it! But….
I just loved this app, seeing my dad (who passed away when I was 16) come alive from photos (young and older) really brought tears to my eyes… same with other relatives from long ago, like my grandma, whom I never met since she passed when my dad was just a kid, it’s totally amazing! But… the animations need a bit of improvement, occasionally they look kinda robotic and fake… all other enhancements are perfect… just the animations need improvement, more choices and better integration, it’s still pretty amazing to see the short gif making that person come alive for a few seconds, but the loop cutoff leaves more to be desired… and sometimes only the face moves inside the hair, if that makes any sense… Anyway… highly recommended! Just needs a bit more work!

Annoying splash screen for review
But the app seems to be very good. I have not had success with colorizing. Seems way off and nothing like what is advertised BUT if your like me someone that uses multiple platforms THIS app does a lot of the heavy lifting!!! I think it’s strong suit is the enhance and followed up with the scratch remover. Everything else is ok. Bottom line for me it’s a great app and worth getting. On a side note to the developers…I believe you should change the UI either rename or move the “DONE” selection. Every time you edit/tweak a picture to your liking I have pressed done so many times thinking it would finalize the edits..instead it would close the photo and I’d have to start all over again from the beginning! If the app wasn’t so good I would’ve been more annoyed with it and uninstalled it.

Mostly great
I have been enhancing a lot of old family photos with this app, and it’s been working wonders on a lot of pictures. It’s amazing to take a blurry, scratched up 150-year-old that I’ve seen for years and finally be able to see faces clearly after using this app. It really brings my ancestors to life. And it’s fun adding color to my parents’ childhood photos. It’s not perfect. I feel the color is often too saturated, and I have to fiddle with the settings. Sometimes an ear or arm or something gets missed and stays gray. And sometimes the color turns out blotchy and weird. It may depend on the original quality of the photo. De-scratching is mostly great, but sometimes it erases faces or hands or pocket handkerchiefs, so then I have to live with the scratches rather than give up a face. Enhance is the best feature. It hasn’t failed to impress me so far. I’ll probably compare to some other apps before I consider purchasing.

Overall very impressed
If you have a fairly decent photo with the subject looking directly at the camera, you’ll likely be satisfied with result, whether it’s sharpening, colorizing, or animating. If the photo is too blurry or the subject is not facing the camera directly, the result will be more fantasy than reality or even deformed looking if the subject was photographed at an angle. It can take some work and experimenting to get the best result. In one case though, I got a near perfect animation of my grandmother who had long passed and I had no movie film of her. Using the colorize and ‘Charismatic’ animation, she suddenly popped to life if in living color, if only for a few seconds. In terms of sharpening the picture, it pretty much deblurs faces and little else. Set your expectations accordingly and you’ll enjoy using the app.

Lots of tapping required
I have been using the trial version for one day. I’m generally happy with the results but… If I apply the Enhance and then apply the Colorize I have to wait for it to process twice because they are two separate tasks. It would be nice to be able to pick these two options and have it do both procedures at once. I realize it may take longer than doing just one but it would save me multiple taps. It would also be very nice if I could select multiple photos and when I tape Done it would move to the next photo selected. The near constant prompts “Do you like this?Want to rate it in the App Store are annoying. Most annoying is I wanted to use this on my ipad as it has a much better and larger display but the app doesn’t support larger/ipad size screens. This is a major flaw in my opinion. I haven’t decided if I will continue past my trial period yet.

Improves Photos, Poor Functionality
It’s a solid application to improve photos. In most cases the images look real. Sometimes the AI goes overboard and give you an abstract result, meaning you need a decent picture to start with. The functionality is poor. To erase processed history is very time consuming, sometimes taking longer than the enhancement process. Certainly more cumbersome. Even after paying, the popups are obnoxious. Which is the reason I’m writing this review. It reminded me to review after every process. Before that is was about turning on notifications, which I didn’t want, but it was persistent. So now I have them on. If you want to improve photos, this does the job. But be warned about the functionality and excessive popups, especially for a paid app.

This is a total upsetting ripoff Stop that Music!!!!
At least please, give the option of NO music!!! This music is absolutely depressing!!! Jeesh!!! Why??? STOP ADDING THAT HORRIBLE MUSIC!!!! Or give an option to not have any music!! Or Choices with an option for no music!!! I rated it 2 star so no one may ever see this. But here is my opinion. There are other better apps doing a much better job. Many issues bother me. No way to Not save only save offered. Added music that is sickening and maybe ok for a funeral home. The animation is awkward the color us off and not well done. The way they offer the lifetime membership or the short membership is scam feeling. That’s only a few of many more problems so far. With some improvements maybe this could be great in the future but seems like a couple of college friends rushed to get this out and did it. Best of luck with that but a person feeling like they are getting ripped off is not a good start.

Great… before you broke it
I started using it today, Christmas day. I worked with it for probably two hours trying all sorts of things on all sorts of pictures. Then I went away from it for a while, came back he told me I had to update, I updated and now it’s broken. Anything I try to do it begins to process and it never stops and my phone just gets hot. Please fix because it’s great when it works. When it starts working again I do have one feature I think it desperately needs: color correction! It does so many beautiful things and such terrific enhancement and fixing and what not, but it doesn’t seem to detect bad 70s color and fix that it kind of sticks with whatever bad color you’ve got.

Convert your photos to HD quality
I had a photography shoots some pictures of my rehearsal/recording studio for me to advertise on my website. My webmaster told me that all of my photos were shot in 640 x 427 format. He asked did we have these photos in HD. I called the photographer to asked could he resend my photos back in a HD format. He said that he need to Google this to figure out how to convert my photos to a HD format. I haven’t heard back from my photographer as of yet. Needless to say, I googled it myself to see if it was possible to convert my photos.. The answer is YES !!!! I downloaded this app. In the matter of minutes, I was able to convert all of my photos to HD. I just want to say THANK YOU!!!

Terrible!
I ended up paying $50 for this because I thought it would be great for old photos. IT’S NOT!! It puts random eyes, etc on the pictures, looking NOTHING like the person. I’ve tried it on numerous photos and still haven’t gotten a good result. I did it on a photo of a 2 year old girl and it made her look like a middle aged man! Plus it doesn’t do the whole photo, only the faces. I contacted support hoping they’d let me just pay for the trial and refund the difference, since I’d just purchased the day before, but they never even bothered to respond to me. I thought at least I could use the AI feature for fun to get my money’s worth, but no. They charge you for every one you want to do. NOT INCLUDED in the $50 lifetime membership. Total waste of my money and I DO NOT recommend. If you’re determined to try it, please just do the trial before dropping $50, or whatever the price currently is.

Promises Fulfilled
Exceeded my expectations. I am an amateur but I have tried many free and paid for apps that promised results and were a complete waste and huge disappointment. I have several old scratched photos of my mother when she was young and I have been trying to restore those. I finally found something that did an amazing job and sharing with my family member who can’t believe the results. I can’t stop…now I am throwing photos that I have had that are slightly blurry or imperfect into the app and I am hooked. Not all photos are a good fit for enhancements but this app is worth every penny!! I purchased the week trial but going back to do the annual fee.

50/50 shot if it will actually enhance photos
I’ve used this on some old photos of my family. Out of my 6 photos I wanted to improve the quality of, 3 of them actually improved while the other 3 worsened. The improved photos had some improvement in the fuzziness of old photos and could overall enhance the image. For the 3 that worsened, the photos would randomly change eye colors, leave random blobs of color that didn’t align with the pattern of a dress, change colors of items of clothing (it mad a very clearly red sweater into dark blue), and left weird blobs around facial features (adding a blob that looked like a booger to my grandmother’s face). This app is fun to play around with during the free trial but it is definitely not worth a full subscription. The photo enhancement is too unpredictable if it’s actually going to do a good job.

Warning! Your pictures aren’t private!!
I reached out through their support option within the app because I wanted to clear the pictures that remained in the “suggested” area (personal preference, I don’t like that I can’t clear that section). I had deleted everything in my history but the pictures remained under the suggested section. I never received a reply from anyone, but I noticed that my suggested pictures had been deleted. I never received any sort of response whatsoever, they were just gone. It creeped me out that they had full access to my pictures like that so I completely stopped using the app. The effects are either hit or miss depending on the quality of the picture, but in no way did I ever consent to the developers to have full on access to my private pictures on the way that they do. Be warned, your pictures being used are not private at all!

Decent photo enhancer
There are some problems I have with this software that prevents me from buying it. First, it does a terrible job with eyes. It turns them black and makes the lids look funky and bloated. Second, it defaults to suggested photos. I don’t like that. It should Default to Recent folder. I know which pictures I need enhanced. I don’t need suggestions. It returns to suggested photos when I want the next photo in a specific folder. It takes about 4 clicks to return to where I want to be. It does a great job removing blur and it lightens up dark photos nicely. It does not do a good job with colorizing black and white. Example, I colorized a photo of a man standing in front of a stained glass window. Half the window was one color and the other half a different color making the result unusable. It defaults to white clothing with a pink tint.

I Love It!
I am having a blast improving old photos, sometimes to a shocking degree of clarity and improvement. I am going through boxes of old snapshots, running them through Pixelup, and then sharing them with distant family members. All are pleased with what they are seeing. So, with all this love, why only 4/5 stars? Well, there are some simple features that I would like to see added. A crop tool before enhancement would be nice. Also, the file management of photos run through the program seems awkward. But these aren’t deal breakers. If you have a trove of old pics that you would like to not only convert to digital but enhance, Pixelup is your jam.

Good app!
Very useful for upscaling small images to a larger size while retaining the nice clear quality. Some images, old images especially, are just too small to enjoy viewing these days now that we have computers with such large screens. It’s nice to be able to update the resolution of old images and upscale images that are small. Everyone deserves to be able to view imagery how they were always meant to be viewed. Big! This app fulfills the dream of being able to view all images at such a large scale! And it is amazing! Highly recommend for everyone who’s tired of looking at tiny images. This app is awesome! I love this app so much!

Wow
This app honestly saves so much time (even if you are a photoshop expert) in making pictures look their best. It colorizes in just a few seconds (and not those colorized jobs that look colorized, it’s color looks very natural and realistic), then you can remove any scratches on your photos and then enhance it all in less than a minute with beautiful results. I liked it so much I just bought the program (I don’t like subscribing to them at all) with no regrets. I’m having so much fun with it, I just get random messed up or black and white photos off the internet just so I can watch it do it’s thing! 100 percent satisfied. Great job guys.

It’s a cool concept
Hey, I’m glad I tried the three day trial. I don’t think I’m going to continue to use this app. It has a long way to go to get past the uncanny valley. I downloaded this app to enhance some of the family photos I have that are just a touch blurry, but the faces that are generated are not quite the same people I known my whole life. There are a few exceptions where the photo is clear enough that the augmented photo is 98% on point which is close enough. However, some of the pictures I uploaded that are clear enough for me to know who the people are before running through the AI augmentation program look nothing like the person I know. The similarities are there, but it’s definitely a whole different face.

Amazing app. BEST photo enhancement I’ve seen
I have a lot of old and scratched, burry pics. Some are photos of photos. Some are old and faded. Some were taken with an older cell phone with smaller MP cameras. This app fixes them all. Ether yet, you can zoom and see details. IT IS NOT just making it “sharper” or brighter or crisper. It actually gets rid of the noise AND enhances those pics. SO AMAZING!!! I NEVER buy app’s as they are expensive and times are tough right now, but I did for this one. You won’t be disappointed!! For $40 bucks it’s for life. I hope that is still the case when this app explodes as a favorite because it will.

Do not try this app, unless you want to be charged $4.99/week!
Enhancer works well but the animation was horrible. But the worst thing about this is after just 3 days (!) of free trial period, you are automatically charged $4.99 A Week (😱) via Apple account (if you are an iPhone user)! Canceling your subscription isn’t easy. You can’t do it by just deleting the app. You have to go to your own phone setting, tap your iPhone account, tap “subscription “ to find this App, and cancel, which, I bet, is not something the majority of iPhone users know. By the time I canceled, it was one week after I downloaded the app, which is four days passed the free period, and I was charged $4.99. Yes, it is my fault that I did not check the app throughly prior to downloading it, so the least I can do is to make sure to write a review so other people are warned.

Absolutely amazing
I think I’ve rated about five apps in my life including this one. After playing around with it for a few hours, I am blown away by how well it works and the clarity it produces with black and white images. The coloring leaves a bit to be desired, and options to change color in certain areas or objects would be a plus. It also doesn’t handle large images very well (had a few crashes with photos over 30mb exported from photoshop) but I wouldn’t call that a deal breaker. I needed this app 15 years ago when I started piecing together the family tree.

Wow, incredible photograph enhancement tool
Two days in after subscribing, I can’t be more then happy with this app. Frankly its clearly the best (most effective) photo enhancement tool I’ve used this side of Photoshop. It does several things extremely well so it doesn't have the full muscle of the far more expensive alternatives. It’s learning curve is very short ie; was able to use it with-in minutes of downloading and I’m not the brightest bulb in the pack, as they say. BUT don’t take my word for this, they offer a 3 day free trial so there was nothing to lose by simply trying it. Glad I did.

For Free Users A Waste
This app has a lot of potential. I’d been greatly considering upgrading, but I’ve been too annoyed and frustrated even though upgrading would solve the issue, one would think. In trying as a free version first, most of the time, I can’t exit the ads to see the finished piece, without hard closing the app altogether which gets rid of everything. I wanted to try it again this morning, but it was same thing. Ads I can’t close, hard shut of the app, I lose one of my limited creations for the day; except it happened to every-single-try. I ended up with nothing before it said I reached my limit. Users only wanting to use it for free, don’t bother at this point, unless something gets fixed.

It’s just ok for fun, not serious edits
This app at first glance seems like it enhances your photos however if you zoom in you will see it makes some look very creepy or unrealistic. On one of my photos I had photos of 80s hair bands on my wall which got a make over and now look like women…completely new faces..my face tho looks sorta ok but when you zoom in you can tell it’s not me. Wouldn’t use this for more than fun. Not for professional edits. I did the free trial to see if it was worth it. Ultimately no, it wasn’t and I canceled instead of upgrading. Also like other users said, the descratch didn’t remove all scratches and actually distorted and blurred parts of the photo. Needs some work but has potential to be great. For now not so much

5 Stars, No Doubt
I never buy apps. But I tinkered with the “Enhance” feature on a few vintage photos of my family members, photos that I’ve only ever seen in anything other than 1960 resolution, and the results had me sold after doing it to 3 different pictures of my Grandpa, who passed before my birth. Seeing the enhanced result of my beloved late-Pap brought a tear to my eye. Truly. The clarity of his face… The sharp definition of facial features I had never noticed before… it was almost like meeting him. So I bought the app, because I’m doing this to every old photo I can find, lol.

Great but annoying!
I downloaded the app to raise the resolution in some photos that a customer had given me for a project. From what I seen in the before/after, the pictures looked significantly better! I won’t know for sure until I upload them onto my canvas. I only gave the app 3 stars because I literally have maybe 12 photos to “enhance” and by the time I finished the 2nd one, I had seen the “rate us on the AppStore” pop up about 6-8 times! Super annoying when you’re in a deadline and not to mentioned already feel rushed. I’m only writing this review now so that hopefully I can actually get some work done with out the pop up pestering me to “rate me, rate me!” 😞

Didn’t help with my photo
This app was downloaded to attempt in lifting a license plate number. It failed miserably but that’s not why I’m giving it a low rating. You can’t use the app without giving your credit card info for a “3day free trial” which turns into an astronomical membership. Maybe if the software edited my photo usefully. The app also shows heinous sexualised ads and prompts you to rate it every 2 sec— I’m not exaggerating about that part. It also pesters you to turn on notifications and grant access to your camera roll INCESSANTLY. There’s no sharpness tweak, no invert. You can also filter your photos by “unblur” but the feature doesn’t even exist for you to utilize so.. have fun with the ai avatar nobody asked for I guess?

Great app for what it does with some really big annoyances.
The novelty has worn off. Yes it does a good job. For about 1 week it offered you 3 choices and it was amazing…but then they removed that feature. It would make a lot of sense if you could upload someone’s face from a clear photo and so the ai could use that to enhance the images more precisely. It would also be cool if it could clean up clothes better without making removing texture and making everything look like a painting. But for certain images, like when I lost original photos and only had copies on Facebook… it does a great job with FB photos. But…. The biggest 2 issues are: 1. Stop asking me to rate the app every single time I use the app. Not just when I open the app.. but ever single photo. IT HAS TO STOP! 2. For the love of Jehovah, add a delete all button to the saved images. I literally spent 2 hours pressing the on each photo>remove>delete. 3 steps to remove 1 photo is just plain terrible. Great app for what it does with some really big annoyances.

Trying really hard to like this App
I had high hopes for this app! I downloaded the free trial just to try it out before I potentially bought the full version. Let me say they make the free version so painful that I have absolutely no desire to go onto the full version. There’s an ad before you can do anything. I understand that I’m using free software and that I have to look at an ad to use it. But the ad is the same boring ad over and over and over. And then once you fight through the same annoying ads over and over and over again, there’s a huge watermark on the photo at the end. I have no idea if this app is going to be worth it on the backend I can’t get through the free trial, I’m deleting it.

I’m happy
A friend showed me this app for doing portrait tattoos and making the source images cleaner., and I think it’s great, there’s slight room for improvement as sometimes it makes the photo look fake or leaves glares etc but over all I recommend it. My wife recently passed and most of the pics I had of her weren’t great quality but after enhancing them on Pixelup I now have beautiful photos of her that are high enough resolution to have crystal clear, sharp life size cardboard cutouts made for her celebration of life. -JD. Solid ai glow-up
I really like this app and am using it to boost low res ai pics for a photo book. I wish we could decide final file size though. Maybe they should add that in settings? The files weren’t quite good enough the first pass through, so I put the images through a second time to clean them up further, with no or very little noticeable repercussions. I’d like to see the ability to boost them to certain sizes, and also an ai removal tool so I don’t have to remove stuff and up the pixels in different apps. Good stuff though!

Too Many Ads For What You Get
I don’t like leaving comments like this but the ad showed photos that would really look amazing, these look passable but not professional as they made it out to be. To top it off every button you press will make you watch an ad to the point where it took me over 2 minutes to just unblur ONE PHOTO this app puts itself too highly for such an over rated and poor quality edit of the photo. I just wanted a better image of my dog who passed away years ago and this app made me wait 2 minutes just to have it be low quality fixes and left me choosing the older and blurry photo over the app’s. I would say look elsewhere cause this just made me sad.

Won’t allow me to cancel free trial
I thought this app was what I needed for a project but realized quickly that it was not producing the results that I needed and so I tried to cancel the free trial within two hours of starting it and there is no way to cancel. I have emailed twice and yet no response. There is no phone number anywhere in the app only an email address to contact and they do not respond. Within my email I told them I had just started the free trial within hours of the email and that I wish to cancel and that I do not want them to take any money out of my account to begin an actual membership because it was not what I needed. They only give you three days to cancel the trial but give you no way to do it. Something is wrong with that…

Work pretty well
Does a decent job on colorizing B&W photos (some splotches, but not really bad). Definitely gives a great contrast to bring an antique photo up and give it a more modern feel. Did improve some of my 400 ASA photos quite a bit, particularly when the subjects were closer. I was surprised that it significantly improved photos from the news paper. It did a great job on slightly blurry photos and made them crystal clear. The AI did have problems interpreting some costume party photos with some very Erie results.

Fantastic App
This is a great app and a lot of fun it takes photos that you really love but aren’t clear enough and fixes them for you. I have to say that part of the time some of the photos don’t look good that are fixed by them but I cherish the ones that are. I will always have this app! They need to fix how they do the teeth because often it’s done incorrectly and you can’t keep the photo because of that. The downfall is they constantly harass you to leave a review even after you’ve already left a review. They really need to fix the teeth because many photos you can’t use because his teeth are off.

Awesome app.
Still my favorite photo editing App. However, tonight the App would not pull my photos. Which I really needed to use today, still failing to pull the pictures from my iPhone 14 to edit So I deleted the app off, and I have a subscription as well, so I said yes I’d like to keep the subscription as well. So going I went back to reload. App was missing! So I went to the i store to reload it there. Nope! So I had it download the app again but doesn’t recognize I have a subscription already.

Animation is strange
I was excited to try this app because my mom is passed on and wanted to animate her photo to see her move again but the animation is lacking. It looks strange and nothing like the ads suggest where a loved one is moving gracefully. They have weird expressions and the mouth and teeth are distorted. They even offer a drunk expression. So strange. All the emotions make the photos looks scary to be honest. Very different than the commercials portray. I’m very sad and disappointed the animation is not true to what they show on the ads especially since I paid $40 for this app. I have yet to try the torn photos or damaged photos in it. I have enhanced a black and white photo and it was just ok. Not as accurately portrayed on the ads. Definitely not worth $40

Excellent all purpose enhancer
I have used a multitude of photo enhancing apps such as EnhanceFox, Photoleap, and PhotoRetouch for FaceBook photoshop groups. This works as a one stop shop by enhancing photographs, colorizing, AI edits, descratching, and sharpening. You can do one or all functions on a photo and save pics before each step is made. You don’t have to wait until processing occurs, since it queues each step in the background. Coloring is decent but not perfect. Enhancing works fairly well on most pics. Descratching works as long as the scratches do not traverse the eyes, nose or lips. It works fairly quickly though I wish processing were still faster. However it does a respectable job in an all-in-one setup. I did a lifetime subscription so I’m happy with it. Animation is entertaining but not a function that is necessary for me. I’d like to see more speed and refinements in updates.

App does a GREAT job. Did side by side against Remini and this is the clear winner when it comes to accuracy and cleaning up the entire photo instead of just he face. Only issues are sometimes the Ai goes over board and pixelates hair strands and messes up eyes if glasses are on or if low light. Since those issue are rare, I didn’t subtract a star. Hopefully by giving a rating it’ll quit constantly asking if I’m enjoying the app. For best results, use a photo editor first in order to get lighting and color right, then clean up here.

Excellent
Works just as good as advertised. I went and purchased the full version after seeing the basic do so well. The enhance feature is worth it alone, but the colorize tool is also pretty interesting in certain color schemes. The animate is decent but doesn’t have many choices, and the descratch feature works pretty well on minor knicks but still has trouble with major damage as I’ve found. Definitely worth the download and certainly worth the purchases options too.

Animate feature
At first I was terribly disappointed with this app but after learning my way around it a bit, I can actually give it a decent review. I use it in combination with a couple other editing apps because they all have different features and seem to be lacking in one way or another, but the animating feature on this one is a lot of fun and I can capture stills of faces with various expressions from this feature when I download the video onto my iPad and look at it frame by frame, taking screenshots wherever I like.

I had to write this review
I love this app so much. I use it now instead of Remini, multiple times a day (I edit about 400 images a month for Uranus photo editing), anyway every single time I use this app even though I bought the lifetime subscription for $40 (that’s how good it is) it asks me every time if I will write a review here. I’ve never experienced this with an app ever before, usually you say no and it never asks again. So, I caved and wrote this review in hopes that it will never ask me again. Nice plan, guys. It worked.

Great photo enhancement!
I’ve been using this app to enhance old family photos, and I’m genuinely impressed! In the past, when I’ve tried to restore and colorize old, scratched, and unclear photos with other editing apps, they often ended up looking cartoonish or unnatural. But with this app, the enhancements look just right—they bring clarity to the images without making them appear strange or unsettling. I’m so glad I gave this app a try—it’s now an essential part of my photo editing process.

False advertising and very subpar capabilities for the price
Doesn’t work anywhere near as well as the ads. Subscription is very expensive and crazy that they charge weekly so that you only have 1 week to try it before you start getting charged. Ultimately it doesn’t work well, it gets faces very wrong and any added detail it gets looks weird. The instagram ads were totally fake and misleading, showing photos that were clearly edited with a filter to make them look bad for the before pictures. I’m mad I ended up paying for this and trusted that it could do anything remotely near what the ads show. For the price, you can just get a photoshop subscription and learn how to actually edit photos.
