Absolutely Wonderful Resource
I am delighted with this app. It has finally helped me to identify plants that I have had for more than a decade but never knew what they were called and thus never knew what they needed for optimal care. Furthermore, I very much appreciate the categorizing of care and ability of the app to keep my personal indoor and outdoor garden organized and updated re: watering and fertilizing. The health scan is a brilliant concept and appears to be correct ~ 85% of the time. I believe that much of the 15% off component is also largely contributed to the user’s photo ability, revealing the full plant and nothing but the plant, no background plant’s included in scan photo, close enough, clear enough, etc…, etc…The health care suggestions are spot on. And all the information is quite helpful. Even if you already know it, the material keeps you more vigilant and gives the user confidence. Ultimately, other than being such a hardworking tool with lots of capability, the app is totally fun to use. Most highly recommend!!

Needs more features and better AI
Wish there were more features like exporting a list of all your plants and their care info (light/soil/water, etc). Their plant identifier is ok but vague. It will identify the species but not the exact variety. For instance it can’t distinguish between a neon pothos and an N’Joy so you just get Golden Pothos for literally any type of pothos you scan, and it’s like this for many of the plants. I wish there was a better gallery instead of the typical 1 photo for the plant, especially when you’re scanning a cutting and want to know what it will look like matured. I wish it would allow input for adding plants like cutting: Y/N, propagation water or soil, date added to library, track growth progress by asking for a photo of your plant the same way it reminds you to water and fertilize. And I’d also like if there was better assistance with soil recommendations and propagation instructions specific to the plant. A lot of the care info is about as generic as the little tag that comes with the plant. I dont know if other plant apps are better but I plan to research features of the competing plant apps and make a decision from there. Unless of course, developers take my review into consideration and try implementing some of the suggestions I’ve made. Now that- would give this app an absolute value if they end up having highly responsive skilled developers that are assertive and willing to make improvements!

My experience with this app.
I did start the seven day free trial. I have used this before, but I do not think it was AI before and I’ve tried a non-AI ones and their ignorant and they tell me the wrong things I start testing all of them by asking them questions about plants I already know what they are and when they get those wrong, I’m done with them. This one actually with the AI component has told me true names of plants. My problem is I was within the seven day trial. And you guys made me purchase either one or the many year options. I think I’m in my third max fourth day but I think it’s my third in the trial yet you made me purchase anyway that’s the problem I have with these apps because there’s no phone number to call and I’m glad I can even get anything out information wise to the company because other than that, I am not liking the fact that I wasn’t given the full seven days. So I paid the 4999 for multiple years, which if they keep their word, this will be a good deal.

Successful plant mom
I have never had a green thumb in my entire life. I got a pup about 5 years ago from a plant of a client who is in her 80s that receive the mother plant almost 60 years ago for college graduation. It’s a snake plant….and I almost killed it over fertilizing it. I was able to propagate from one salvageable leaf, and after a week of trail with this app, I purchased a subscription and just renewed another year already. I’m now a plant mom because of this app. I have another succulent for the last 3 years now, and it has about 14 pups on it! I had an aloe pup of 4 little shoots and I’m now at 16….and that’s with it getting too much rain from storms a few times. I also have an elephant bush (that one has been easy to care for), and I’m on my 4th season with a Calla Lily (my favorite plant ever) who gave me 1 seed pod last year, but SEVEN pods this year! This app has given me a green thumb! The only thing I wish it allowed was for me to add the names of my plants in the app….because I’ve given them all names.

Best ever
I own two houses side-by-side and garden the entire way around both of them. There were so many plants that I forgot what they were and this app has helped me immeasurably. There were many of them that I was totally confused about. In thinking that I was helping them, I was actually hurting/killing them. I wish I would have had this app years ago before I wasted so much money and time buying plants and having them die in a month or two. Right now I am working on my two beautiful bamboo plants that had outgrown their pots. I had no idea that I could plant them in soil, because they had not been when I bought them. If I didn’t have this app, I would have just put the ball in a pot and put some stones on the top and thought that everything would be fine. Now that I know the right way to do it, I feel like, they could last for many more years.

Nice App for Identifying
Pros. I like this app for identifying. It’s great in the box stores for more info on a plant you’re thinking of buying. It’ll also let you know if it’sickly. I had a storm blow all my plants and tags around for my vegetable garden. I was able to identify a squash from a cucumber or a watermelon etc. Cons. It’d be nice if it would tell you if a plant Is considered a WEED in your area. There is no option for “in ground” in the settings of your plants living space. It wants me to water my Living Stone every two weeks. This is a huge no no! They are very picky and are only watered at specific times which a photo would tell you when it was ready for water. Needs more options like backyard vegetable garden, backyard fence line, backyard patio. Etc. All in all, i think I should have saved my money and just stick with the free version. Hopefully updates will benefit this App and make it more useful. PS….. The ads I saw showed using strange ideas to perk up your plants. Like using honey or soda etc. I haven’t seen any of that on the actual app.

Love it!
I love, love, love this app. I have always admired the beauty of flowers. My husband started buying me expensive plants and I just kept killing them. Each time they died he’d just buy more. I seriously do not have a green thumb. I even killed the steel plants and cactus. So I just got frustrated and told him not to buy anymore. Then he started planting flowers outside and he didn’t kill them. At least not all of them. I was talking to a relative and she told me about your app and I started using it to help him outside. Now he has started buying me beautiful indoor plants and I haven’t had to throw any away yet. I have saved two so far. Your app is a wealth of information and I am so grateful for it and everyone that contributes to it. Thanks to plant parent I have found my first hobby and I look forward to the journey. Much appreciated

Please fix the schedule feature
The schedule had an option to mark tasks that were missed in the past completed. Now it doesn’t. And this is very inconvenient. I often complete tasks on the next day or two and there is no way to mark them “done”. As a result I get confused because I don’t remember which task is completed and which is not. I suggest that you add missed tasks to the next day and mark them as late and add how urgent they are. I liked this app because of its other features but the main reason I bought it was the reminders schedule. But as it is now your schedule is unfortunately useless. Another suggestion is to add “how to” section. Sometimes I can’t do things like setting up something like a location or pot size or find the light meter in the app. And it is so annoying to know that I saw the feature I want to use and can’t find it. In general, it would be good to have a way to communicate with your support team that is not in the form of a review. I hope to see the changes for better soon.

For a Black Thumb, this is a must have!
Not only does this app find every plant and get it correct, which is a miracle, it is the most informative plant care resource I’ve ever found. I can kill most plants, hence my desperate need for help. Not only does it easily identify plants but it guides on placement, light, issues and cures, care, as well as you can basically inventory your plants and their location. The app will also let you know when your plant needs care by sending reminders. I have not one complaint, I love everything about this app. It’s informative, easy to use, and accurate but it beats out anything I’ve ever tried and it makes me feel like my thumb may not be completely black which means a lot to me! Get it now, your plants beg you, you won’t regret it.

Every Plant Parent needs this!
This app is aimed at helping you take care of your plants. I do use it for identification as well, but that is not its primary function. It is a phenomenal tool for caring for my green babies! I recommend it to all the plant parents in my life—from the dabblers to pros,—but it is especially helpful if you have any memory struggles at all that relate to your plants. This app helps me make good watering decisions by keeping my time-blind, forgetful ADHD self on a schedule for each individual plant type in its site and conditions. And it takes the weather into account too so that I don’t water right before it rains a lot. It also helps you determine when to feed your plants if you need that. The watering schedules and reminders are especially helpful for indoor plants. The plant identification tool that works with your camera is really decent. That’s not its primary job, but the app does it well enough. Where the app’s camera tool really shines, however, is in evaluating the health of your plant and identifying the likely cause of any distress and then explaining, in detail, how to treat that issue. I’m so happy this app exists, and I am deeply grateful for it! I’d give it 11 out of 5 stars.

Outdoor plants
I just bought a house and started a garden in February was having some troubles when I first started the gardening and came across this app. Since I’ve had this app, I’ve been able to diagnose a lot of my plant problems. I’ve been able to actually delete some of them that it didn’t go well there and was able to get fertilizer and fungicide and watering schedule going. I think this is gonna be a great out for me and my garden. It has flourished tremendously. I live in North Carolina and this is the first time I’ve ever done Gardening because this is my first home. I’ve bought that has such a lush area to plant in. I highly recommend this app. It has saved some of my plants and it is taught me a lot about how to take care of them.

My plants are now THRIVING!!!!!
I have been using another app from the App Store (I won’t say the name out of respect) for over a year but my plants were slowly dying one at a time. I switched to this app and within days I realized my plants were either getting overwatered or underwatered. Most of them weren’t even identified correctly. I love this app because it makes everything so simple yet there is so much information within each plants little hub. So you can research and diagnose and learn so much about all kinds of species of plants. And every morning I wake up and I am excited to go and mark off my watering or fertilizing checklist. Every girl loves checklist!! I now have 67 plants that are all healthy and growing so fast. Thank you, PlantParent!

My flower sticker is healthy?
I had been using this app for about a month or so, I feel like it’s pretty accurate. The other day, my teenage granddaughter asked if I would scan her plant, I did and the app said that her plant needed drainage. OK fair enough, then she went around her house scanning all of her mother‘s plants to find out what they needed. It turns out that all of the fake plants need to be repotted… Lol so then she scanned a flower off of a blanket, the app said that it was healthy. I had a sticker on my fridge which she scanned that said it was healthy… Lol. Then she scanned my husband ear, the app identified it as a female orchid that needs some care. Well, that got her started on scanning a bunch of stuff. My necklace was identified as green peas, my sons T-shirt was identified as some exotic plant. So I am questioning the accuracy of this app. is AI filling in the gaps? or does this app really not know what a plant is.

Very Helpful and I Needed Help!
Right now I haven’t paid a cent but this app has correctly identified all my plants from pictures and, from what I can tell as a plant novice, diagnosed my struggling plants and provided me with a plan. I’ve ordered liquid fertilizer and I’ve been getting watering reminders. I mean, like I said, to get this assistance for free is great! But I guess if my struggling plants don’t improve over time, then I would maybe ask for professional assistance (like the app has been prompting me to do) and then I’d be inclined to pay a little $$. Overall I just feel like this app truly is informative and helpful and doing its part to make my life a bit easier. So…5 stars! Highly recommended!

Love it! But could use some updates
I use this app daily and love it, but now that I’m starting to get more rare plants the app is falling short. I now have several plants that are not in the application’s database. It’s not as big of deal for the garden plants, for example peppers for the most part all need the same care. That can’t be said for Philodendrons, which have around 489 species, and Monsteras which only have 59 species but all require slightly different care. I really hope an update is coming soon or the ability to modify our own care sheets that we can submit to the developers. Another suggestion I have is for the advanced settings, and put in what medium type our plants are in. A plant in LECA/PON is not going to need the same watering schedule as a plant in soil mixes.

Valuable Help
I love this app! I signed up thinking I’d check it out but probably let it go. I’m keeping it! I have LOTS of succulents. I was getting different friendly advice on how often to water them - 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks. Needless to say I lost some of them. I was so afraid of over watering them that I let some of them die of thirst. Very upsetting! There are two different succulents that I bought two different times; lost them both, both times. I am going to buy them again. I know that with the help of “Plant Parent” this time they’ll survive and have long and healthy lives.

No as promised
I find some of the info gleaned from the pictures you take to identify a plant is incorrect. Also, I requested to a personal chat with someone once through the “Are you having a plant emergency?” option and no one ever got back to me. That was over 6 months ago and now when I try to use the he option I get a response of “Your ticket quota has been exhausted .” Really? After one use? With a paid subscription? Also, the notifications for watering, rotating and fertilizing your plant does not allow editing of your plants scheduled tasks. I mean you can edit it but it reverts right back to what it was prior to your edits. There is way too much manual work that goes into this app. Do yourself a favor and reverse search your photos of your plants using Google Lens. It’s free and it works. I gave the app 2 stars because I like the journal portion of it.

Overpriced & needs more to keep me engaged
I like using this app because of the diagnostic feature and I like that it helps me identify certain plants. Those are the 2 pros and the reason I keep it downloaded on my phone. I’m glad they don’t charge for those services bc if they did I would not use it. Free diagnostic and identification is #1 thing I think should be free and glad that it is But outside of those two features.. there is not much more on the app to keep me engaged. I enjoy reading articles about gardening, botany, and mind bending information that really wows my mind. Like what is in store for plant parents in the near future—bioluminescent plants are an exciting topic Also, I’d like to learn how and have a guide tool to aid me on my journey in growing all types plants. It would be great if a they had a guide of medicinal plants and herbs. I think anything that is interesting on how we can use our plants, create new ones (hybrids), what’s in store for the future, how to make DIY skin and hair care from plants. Even how to grow weed (if that’s allowed that would be so cool) Incorporating fun and learning exciting things would keep me interested and raise my rating for this app

Dracaena Margenata Magenta
One of my favorite plants, but I have trouble making them grow. They just stay the same size all the time. Even the main stem remains on the thin side. Do I need to change the pit size or feed it more often or feed it some special food? I have tried plant stakes, liquid food and food that comes in little beads for top feeding. One thing I love about this plant is that at Christmas I set my Nativity under it and it looks as though the characters are in a natural environment. So I sometimes have to buy new plants that look full enough. That happens every few years, but it can’t go on forever. I have only so much space and would like to try other plants as well. Thank you.

Love Love Love!❤️🪴
I absolutely love this app! not only do I use it to help me take care of my vegetable garden… I use it anytime I want to know what type of flower or weed is outdoors. I take a picture of it on the app, & it tells me what it is,& everything about it. It helps me determine plants I want to keep, versus weeds that are growing near it. It tells me if my plants are sick, when they need to be watered, & also gives me suggestions to make them even better. in the past, I couldn’t keep a cactus alive. Now, I’m growing zucchini, yellow squash, cucumbers, red raspberry & blackberry bushes. They highly recommend you get this app!!

Useful but could use some updates
I’ve recently been trying my hand at gardening after many failed attempts. I like the plant identifier and the way you can add your plants to different sites. I also love the journal because i can take photos and compare them to see the progress or decline. The reminders are great but I tend to forget to water on the exact day of the reminder. So this brings me to a suggestion. Suggestions: an option to mark the plant “watered or done”, so it knows when to remind me based on the actual day I marked it watered. Currently it just tells me to water every specified number of days but if I miss that mark by 2 days then the next reminder will be -2 days from when I actually watered it. Another suggestion I have is a “rain” option or a “site watered” where I could mark just my backyard “site” “watered” so my next reminder will be set based on that rain or watered day. I hope I was able to explain that clearly. I look forward to having progress in my gardening using your app.

A share option
I love love love this app, the free version is amazing and doesn’t throw the paid version in your face 24/7, it also doesn’t put a cap on diagnosis’s number of plants etc. unlike a lot of other apps, it genuinely seems like the developers wanted to help people and their plants and don’t just want money. However I think a cool thing to add would be a share feature for the plant lessons let’s take “Houseplants 101: how to turn your brown thumb to a green thumb” I’d love to share that with my mom but there’s no way to do that. Overall, great app even with no money involved!

Cancel Fake Plant Parent App
My reasons for cancel review is because this app diagnosed my Granite tile floor as a healthy INCHPLANT…WTHECK. I had opened this app accidentally in one of the rooms in my home that doesn't have any house plants in the room. After my first false-positive report(BTW my Granite flooring is healthy however it is NOT an INCHPLANT!! Now I want to check a few other items in my home to see if I get any other false-positive reports. My walls, countertop, hall closet are also diagnosed with good health…hummm. My house plants are healthy as well, plant parent didn't recognize my Dracaena Plant as being a house plant but Ive had this plant for a while now and it is healthy. Not because plant parent helped me but despite the fact that plant parent helped NOT A SINGLE PLANT I have! Don't waste your hard earned $$ on an app that doesn't know WTHECK it's diagnosing.…………just saying!

Almost perfect!
I have greatly enjoyed this app as I learn more about plants (and grow my collection). The biggest thing missing from this app is the ability to mark individual plants as watered on any given day. There is an option to mark plants watered when scheduled or to mark all as watered. There should be a way to adjust this. Sometimes I miss a day or feel the need to water a day or two early, and I would like my watering schedule to be accurate. The price seems to be a little steep for a lack of personalization, but I do think it’s a valuable resource. I really enjoy learning more about my plants and the auto-diagnose tool.

Almost there
I got this app to diagnose issues with my houseplants. It was very to take pictures and get a diagnosis. Mostly under watering but also in some cases more light needed. I’m grateful for the reminders feature as I had been watering all plants on a weekly or biweekly schedule but now feel. More confident that the schedule is based on the plant and season. By biggest complaints are with reminders. There isn’t a way to check them off as done. Seems like simple functionality. Also if I fertilize a day late I can indicate which plants I fertilized and update the schedule. It’s a all or nothing override to the schedules for watering and fertilizing. Some work here and this would be a five star app.

Great App. Great diagnostics…
I really like the app. It has great information and help save an Easter Lily I have had for years. I like the reminders and didn’t realize in many of my plants the watering cycle was way different than I thought. My plants are thriving now (for the most part - I am still human) I would like to see a function in there that you missed a day and watered a day or two late (or fertilized)m a day or two late) and have it recalculate when you should water the plant. Also have the ability to go back a couple days and say you did water..

Deceiving expert feature
I don’t usually write app review but this is too bad and outrageous. While there are so many apps out there that can provide things like auto diagnosis, plant identifier etc, what this app interests me is its “Ask our experts and get quick personalized solutions” feature. When I clicked on this “ask our experts” feature, it prompted a “paid for it” page where it says “pay $29 and get help from experts - it’s $0.07 per day”. I loved this and I paid for it. I asked the expert and the person gave me back 2 emails, which is good. However, what I didn’t know, and this app doesn’t want to tell you, is that you only get 2 inquiries PER YEAR. So instead of $0.07 per day, it’s $15 PER EMAIL RESPONSE!! So even if the response was totally useless and you wanna ask a follow up question, NO YOU CANNOT! What’s even worse and also a really bad strategy, is that it doesn’t give you the option to buy more inquiries. I mean, it’s bad enough to trick you users into paying for something kinda fake, it’s helpless to do nothing about it, no follow up plan, no monetization, no up sell. Just getting your users stuck there is the worst experience. Too bad, too bad.

A must have if you love gardening
This app, this far, has proven to be really reliable when it comes to identifying plants. Love the quick facts they provide as well as the articles and care tips they have for just about any plant you can think of. It has also become a place I can log entries about my plants as well as successfully identify plant sickness. It’s very encouraging to see progress and patterns over time. It’s helped me become a more passionate and skilled gardener. Overall a great one stop shop for gardening care and exploration.

Incredible App
I have been gardening for years and needed an app to help me with identifying plants that came up out of nowhere, and also figuring out some of the plant diseases and issues. This app does all of that and more as a matter of fact, it also provides a schedule for watery and fertilizing the different plants in the garden and in the house. I am Dion pleased with the city. Extremely happy that I came across this app and I will suggested friends, family and associates and anyone else who is into gardening or has plants in their household

Needs work
The auto-diagnosis feature requires updating and fine-tuning. First, it is impossible to take a close-up photo. As a result, the site does not pick up evidence of bug infestation. For example, I was very concerned about an English Ivy that lost its color and wilted. In the photos taken, the presence of a spider-web-like presence was not picked up, despite all efforts to focus on it. The plant, in a self-watering pot, was diagnosed as “dried up”, even though the soil was clearly very moist. There is no method of entering the visible symptoms manually. Second, the site will often diagnose a plant as under-watered and over-watered simultaneously. This is not helpful and is confusing to the user.

For Plant Parent
I got this app for two reason. One because I wanted to be able to grow plants and ensure that they would life long enough to bloom but I also wanted to be able to identify different plants simply for the knowledge of what is growing in my backyard. This app is perfect for the first but it has some issues for the latter. I hope you can allow for more information on what plants look like and do (strawberries grow fruits, daisies bloom flowers etc) also apparently the camera is incapable of recognizing mushrooms. Other then that I couldn’t be more content with the app

Great Help for taking care of my plants
I have been using Plant Parent for several months now and have learned so much about all my house plants. This app is also great for outdoor plants, too, but right now I need the most help with my house plants. The maintenance schedule for each plant is most helpful. he diagnosis of a sick plant is also great. You just take a picture of your sick plant, and Plant Parent will tell you what is wrong with your plant and how to fix it. I am very happy with all the information provided in this app.

Read the subject line sorry A lot of time went into making this app and so far so good it’s been right on track. I would push somehow to read the entire so-called card regarding the plant. If you have to get us to push a button that says next section next section or complete later and maybe a little bit more detailed instructions on, propagating the plant to use an example my Christmas cactus

I’m in love with this app
This app is amazing. I finally know all my plants by name (simply took a quick pic and voila - all I need to know about that plant appears, including whether it is sick or now. The care plans on how to make each plant healthier and the reminders for watering and fertilizing are spot on. The only reason I gave it 4 star is because many of the plants are being watered automatically. I can’t select which plants I wish to set water reminders for and which one not. Other than that this app is perfection !

Great app but..
I literally love this app, it makes it so easy to know when to water and fertilize your plants. I love getting a new plant and being able to add it to my collection. The only thing that gets annoying sometimes is the constant reminder to pay for the extended features on this app. Which I’m sure are amazing, but I don’t need a reminder every time I open the app. Other than that I love using this app because it’s super simple to navigate and keep track of your plants!

New gardener
This app is INCREDIBLE i absolutely love it!! As a brand new gardener I’ve learned a lot about the plants I want to grow and the ones currently growing in my area. Not mention the schedule designed specifically for me and my plants, is going to be soo helpful to keep me from overwatering (SO guilty of that). I’ve not been a member for long but I plan to be a long time user. A MESSAGE TO THE DEVELOPERS (if you guys see these) I just wish there was a way to tell the app that my trees are fresh cuttings and that it would tell me I need to water more or less to promote root growth, as well as, transplanted plants. It recognizes them as sick. Luckily, I know enough to know that they’re a little stressed but even at that it would be awesome to let the app know so it can give me tips to help them bounce back. Just an idea! Otherwise, this app is perfect and I love it so much!

This site has been absolutely invaluable. I’ve been gardening for years, a relaxing hobby of mine. Living in Miami Beach, FL has certainly created challenges I did not have in Nashville or Georgia and they are many. In addition to learning plant name and care it has become my absolute “go to” site for identifying plant pests and diseases. Whether novice gardener just learning or seasoned, this ought to be the Bible in your wheelhouse. Obviously highly recommend and thank you for being so informative. Happy growing. Olivia

Plant Parent is awesome for knowing when to water my plants and ferns. Whenever I get a new plant, i immediately scan it with the camera so i know if it has any sickness so i know how to treat it. Only thing I’d like to say is that the plant camera needs a little work for quality. Other than that. Perfect app for plant lovers, Even farmers can use it! It also supports crops and veggies so it’s also farmer useful. 11/10 please get it if you have plants and you need help for them :)

ALL of my plants are THRIVING!!!
I absolutely love this app. Well worth the money, IMO, as it’s going to save $$ in the long run. Reminders come up for watering and fertilizer, adjust for weather changes, plus you can diagnose and treat a sick plant. When the sick plant seems to be back on track, just auto diagnose again to verify. It’s easy to add and remove plants, as well as change locations. Super easy to get started. I’m a huge fan, maybe even more so than my plants are…

Very happy
I got this app a few days ago and it helped me diagnose an issue that was seriously threatening my plants. I had been treating for fungus gnats when the real issue was whiteflies. It’s also helped me identify a few plants that I wasn’t sure about. One note I’d have is the ability to enter a “name” for my plants. I and a lot of other plant parents I know love naming our plants and being able to identify them in the app by their “human name” rather than scientific classification would be really nice. Awesome app and definitely recommend.

One of the better plant care apps
I like that a lot of things can be done without needing the subscription, but the subscription still adds a lot of value for the price. Some apps have too much of a paywall and not enough benefits for a high price. However, it’s not perfect. I’m missing a more comprehensive plant dictionary (they’re missing a lot of plants so I can’t add some of mine to the app) and a “snooze” button for the reminders (sometimes my plants don’t need water or fertilizing yet but I still have to mark complete).

I use the app as much as I use my email or any other app
I love it, I am a beginner and I am in the stage where I am still learning the names of most plants. With that being true, I love being able to take a picture and find out what it is as well as finding out if it is also healthy. I don’t think that this knowledge is information that most people have. Also, I am sharing this as a “gift” with my 6 year old son and it makes it so much fun!

My Review.
I only downloaded this app yesterday and I am in love. I am a new plant owner and have been having into some trouble taking care of my plant. I have downloaded 7 different apps and most of them were; unhelpful, complicated, or you have to pay just to scan your plant. Plant Parent is east to use, extremely helpful, and mostly free. Plant parent has already helped me come if with a few ways to give my plant a healthy life. I truly recommend plant parent.

Love this app!
I investigated several other apps before purchasing this one. The others were a) Outrageously price and/or sorely lacking in features. OMG this app keeps me on my toes! I never realized what all I should be doing for my plants! I have only been using less than a month and the difference in my plants is amazing! Some of my plants are quite old and look so much better. If they could, I am sure they would thank me or maybe even hug me?!

Update solved the crashing problem.
The app is good. After the last update it’s been stable and no more crashing. It identifies plants pretty well and gives tips on how to care for each plant. If it continues to be stable, I’ll update to 5 stars. It’s a good app. But unfortunately it’s been unusable because it keeps crashing. As soon as I open it, it crashes and closes by itself. I tried deleting it and reinstalling. It worked for a couple of minutes and crashed again. Useless.

Love this app
My green thumb hasn’t been so green. Ever since I downloaded this app my thumb is getting green. It has helped with care for each of my babies and the notifications to help with watering or fertilizer has been a life saver literally. For a newbie this has been great and even if your not a newbie this app will help with so much. Notifications, helping with how long in between to water and fertilizing when seasons and climates change. Recommend for sure.

Very impressive!
My plants were struggling to survive even though I have always had a green thumb , but they just need the right touch ! With this app sending me notifications every day at the correct time to water/fertilize - WOW !! My golden pothos has quadrupled in size!!! All of my plants are so much healthier now ! This app even identifies plants in my backyard- so I know which ones can stay and which ones have to go ( poison ivy/oak) . The app is worth the subscription price !

Not as helpful as advertised
I downloaded this app to get information about what is causing each of my plants to be struggling. It was advertising ideas like adding yogurt or lemon, etc. None of that is what i received. It would say things like “your plant is browning because it is nearing the end of its life.” Without other reasons that could be happening. Not helpful except to tell you when to water and how much light it needs, which you could find out online for free. Then i was charged for a year subscription because i forgot to cancel after my week long trial period. Hoping to get a refund.

Love App, Handy, & Helpful
I love this app & 100% helps me keep all my plants alive & happy. I love & am so happy that you can now click “complete” on the days you have tasks. But I do wish I could still click “complete” on the days before my official reminder day. I don’t always have time to water on the exact day I’m suppose to. So it’d be helpful be able to check complete on yesterdays task as well. Either way, I am a happy camper & truly enjoy this helpful app.
