I have been banking with Planters bank for many years. I love the personal experience that I receive there. They know me and wave at me and even give my dog treats when I go through the drive-through, when I don’t even have banking business to do. They are so friendly and I would never use another bank. Highly recommend! Sonya is the best bank manager! If I ever have a question or problem, it is handled very very promptly by Sonya.
The people at Planters are always courteous & helpful. This is important to me because I am elderly & often need help. This bank is great from the top down. I feel very fortunate to have it available to me. I am grateful.
I love this app although I do have a question. Here recently no matter if I’m on the network or Wi-Fi, the app tells me that I don’t have network connectivity and a try again. I have to login online instead of the app.
It is user friendly but I will have to say when making internal transfers it requires you to enter your pass word if you use Face ID it does this same thing for Zelle it would be nice if they could change the language as well to help others
The app no longer works. It fails to open and gives an error message, “Error. You do not have network connectivity. Please check your connection and try again.” I have removed and reinstalled the app with no resolution.
