I would like to commend the representatives, I think there are 6 in your Call Center. They are always professional, knowledgeable, personable and so very helpful ! I have been in Point Breezes Credit Union since 1974 and have never had a problem! I actually enjoy Cindy, Holly, Sean and other representatives! They appreciate having my business and they are a major factor why!
Mobile Ap is not convenient when it won’t recognize checks to deposit. Spending 15 minutes to deposit a check ( if it even works ) is not efficient. Something needs to be improved. Out of desperation, I just photographed a check on my tablet, then took a photo of that screen with my phone. Finally I was able to complete the deposit !! That’s unnecessary waste of time. I also think I can’t choose an acceptable required nickname for my review to post, because it’s negative
I do not like the new update at all. It’s not as easy to read. I preferred how it was broken down by date with a clear header at the beginning of each date. Please consider reverting the format.
This app is quick and easy hence the 3 stars. My complaint is that the deposit limits are much too low and kind of defeats the purpose and convenience of this app. Additionally, why the need to designate app deposits as, “for mobile deposit” when isn’t EVERYTHING deposited via app in fact “for mobile deposit”! Common sense seems to have left when creating this app.
Can’t view account #, can’t make payment from outside bank, uses pop money while every other bank has zelle. I have my car loan through point breeze, great credit union. But it’s a pain to make the payment I have to go the branch every payment because I don’t use their banking only the mandatory savings for $5.
I asked a relative to transfer my money to my account and it has been over ten minutes this has happened various times I hope for this to be fixed or I may be changing banks
Use mostly for depositing checks. Pictures turn out every time so it only takes a minute to deposit 1 or more checks. Way better than driving over to the bank!! Like that I can use finger ID rather than signing in too.
I have deposited checks with no difficulties - snap a pic of the front and back and voila you are done. Easy to check account balances as well. I think there is a deposit limit on checks,however, so you cannot deposit large amounts.
Does everything that you can do at computer. Only thing I wish it had was a overview of billpay so that you can see all payments being sent out on a monthly basis, but other than that excellent and simple to navigate.
I love it! I don't really have to go to the bank to put money in my saving account anymore I just transfer my money from checking to saving simply just like that and I'm thankful for that👌🏾
I love the simplicity of this app...it has what I need w/o making it difficult to get it done. Thank you, I feel that the purpose of my app was achieved!!
This is a good app. I can't always get someone to take me to the bank. I do find getting an excepted picture difficult, hopefully this little bug can be taken care of.
They need to fix this so you can add or delete payees. I hate having to go to the library to use a computer. I have a phone & iPad & you have to use a computer to do that. You can't do it using the app.
