Surprisingly, great overall

I was unsure of poizon only saw hand full of videos reviewing the company so enough for me to give it a try any other website was either too pricey and to shady so for my first purchase, I did a big one oddly enough I bought three shoes pacifically the new balance 2002R all different shades of colors at first tracking the package it said received and I concerned the fact that wherever it was received was somewhere in Jersey and not my original address so worried that the package was sent to the wrong address used Apple Pay and it was containing my correct so I contacted customer service, but I don’t think they have an actual active one could never get a hold of anyone for three days so I assume the worst but later on the week the package tracking moved to another location so what happened was it was stage at a third-party shipping address waiting for UPS to pick it up took about two weeks for the shoes to come in, but the quality of the shoe was fantastic. I was really surprised everything pulled through Went up and order two more fanny packs and they came quicker again. The product was clean and perfect so if you’re worried about customer service, don’t be because your package will arrive eventually already order about 10 items from the site all came in in reason time frame and and the material was well received with no damage!! 10/10

Better than what I expected and was shipped pretty fast, already purchased 2 more pairs and of course all pairs are authentic definitely recommend buying from POIZON, they also offer afterpay if you don’t have the full amount for the pair you really want, right after your first payment you will receive your pair. I was used to buying from eBay or goat but wanted to try something new and good thing I found out about POIZON, they also have good prices compared to other resell sites

I haven’t even shopped from poizon yet but my friends and cousins have showed me their products and they are very authentic I am about to buy some Big3 patricks that are only 140 on this app I really like how fast the shipping is because my friend bought burberry and dunks and they came in like a week I’m very excited to shop from this app

Apple Pay

Heyyy, you all should put Apple Pay on here as in like we can pay from our phone because everyone don’t have an Apple Pay card! Can you all please make it easy for us? Because it took forever for me to pay for my shoes. Because at first I thought you all took Apple Pay from phone into I saw you have to have a Apple Card. I had to find another way to pay :(

Sold a pair and it was stolen from me by poizon

I sold a pair on Poizon which for some reason has two different SKU’s available? (It’s the same shoe) the Lebron NXXT metallic white’s. So they failed my product with no reason given originally and then sent it to their warehouse for the return address, saying I chose that option myself, when I was never given an option in the first place. They also expect me to pay for shipping back to me after they’ve already charged me a failure fee (it’s the correct product and same sku is on StockX) don’t sell or buy here its a scam.

Amazing for authentication

You get 5 free checks per month and they come back to you saying if they passed or not within the hour. Got my pairs which I know fake checked and the authentication process was accurate. Same with checking my legit pairs.

Yes it takes a while. But you got to know that they’re shipping from and to all around the world. I got mine within couple of weeks. Patience is key. Now I got my kicked and I’m very much happy with them.

overall the app is okay, the customer service is terrible and rude and they don’t really come to help when you need it and shipping takes too long and service looks sketchy and i’m not sure if they sell reps or not but yeah overall not a very good app

So I ordered shoes and I used the klarna app to buy them. I did the whole process. They took my money but then poison website said “oops something went wrong so I tried to call them. They never answer and then all of a sudden my order was canceled and refunded, but without my permission so this app is weird don’t recommend. I asked for a refund and now I’m waiting for my refund.

Big inconvenience for sellers

For whatever reason buyers are able to cancel a purchase even after the seller ships the item out causing a big inconvenience for the seller. Buyer is free to cancel within 24 hours with no penalty to them meaning as the seller you have to wait a whole day after a sale to know for sure it's gonna sell. Complete waste of time

I didn’t get my order

I paid a good piece of money for a pair of shoes that was supposed to be to here by the 29th of March but in the app it said my order was canceled due to fraudulent shipment. This gives me scam vibes and would not recommend getting shoes from this app. I won’t be surprised if my money doesn’t get refunded back to me.

Not bad but not good.

The ordering process is simple but the shipping is very long. I placed my order August 31 and the estimated arrival was September 14 however my order was canceled September 10 due to it not passing inspection but I appreciate the honesty they had.

Wanted to use this app

I really wanted to use this app as this was the only place I could find a specific pair of shoes. However the app won’t allow me to save an address even when its all good to go. Makes me really sad but I guess I’ll just have to look else where.

This app is trash. They take advantage of sellers double charge you on shipping cost. Don’t use this place. Use any other platforms like StockX or goat or any of those kinds because poison is the worst experience I’ve had in any of the sneaker platforms horrible customer service

The worst app don’t buy

I ordered shoes and they got canceled due to damage and so I was like OK never got a refund. Ordered them again got canceled due to the same thing they sent a picture. It was the same exact pictures last time. Do not buy you get scammed.

Waiting forever

I ordered a pair of shoes more than a month ago and they still have not arrived. I’ve called to get updates and they can’t tell me anything. The customer service rep could barely speak English. Very frustrating.

Awful return policy. AVOID.

Poison’s return policy is incredibly unreasonable. Do not use them. Use a more reputable site that gives you time to try the shoes on and initiate a return if needed.

Sold me fakes

They sold me UA shoes not once but twice I had a Jordan 1 unc from sneakers app vs this app what poizon sent me was trash my Jordan 1s was bending way easier and the tongue was puffy way more vs my sneakers app UNC TOE BEWARE PEOPLE Thank goodness they have a good return policy 😮‍💨

Weak app
