PCNU is a great credit union that has great rates and even better customer service!

Competitive

This app is great! It has had a lot of improvements and added features. Mobile deposit is great and seamless (as long as you write “for mobile deposit only” on the back of the check). Transfers, bill pay, and other features keep this app competitive with other banks. Face ID worked for a while but then it stopped automatically coming up, but otherwise it does every thing everyone else’s does.

From great to godawful

This Ap was wonderful, then when trying to make a good thing better the new updated version is horrible. Looks like it was typed out on a 1970’s typewriter!!! No improvements, just supper simple graphics, re-arranged organization, and an adjustment period to the new look for squat. Two Thumbs Down.

Needs a lot of work

Needs to be updated bad. Just a couple minutes into the app and I found it already putting ads over key areas. I don’t want ads in your app especially if it blocks use of the app. Needs a ton of work!!!

Most recent update is brainless

Before the app was updated it ran beautifully. New app extremely hard to operate and checking my income and expenses daily is a headache. If it's not broken don't fix it. But if you really want to fix what isn't broken, don't let an 8 year old fix it.

Digits (numbers) are TINY!

Brand new version needs update to make separate account balance numbers larger...step backwards from previous version.

Doesn't work

I have never been able to sign into my account with this app. Hopefully that changes with the upcoming online banking update!

I can't sign in

I was very excited to finally find this app, but it doesn't except my username and password. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure I will love this, if I ever get it to work. 1 star, for now.
