Forget about the other features, this app is a surprisingly powerful image editor. They have the basic stuff but also some really unique effects that I haven’t seen in other image effects apps.

It logged me out and I can’t log back in no matter the password I remember I keep requesting for a password reset but no email gets sent out to me. I had some important pictures I wanted turned into grips.

For a company that produces such a great product the app is awful (and so is the website). Difficult to navigate, doesn’t load, lackluster presentation. Definitely a flash over function design. I hope someone realizes that a rework for function and usability would increase sales.

This app is great for the art and creative side but you can’t check order status or see much of your profile info. I think more should be added.

Can’t verify email? Tried to make an account through the app but never received an email to verify. Made an account on the website and it worked. But I cannot log in to the app?

I’m so annoyed that I’m not able to create an account so I can use the app. I logged in with my Facebook online but it won’t recognize it on the app. I tried creating another account but it will not let me. I’m so fed up!

I’m tired of trying to register on the app.. and all the user names I try to create are taken .. it seems like there’s something wrong with the app.. please fix

Got the verification email. Can verify. Keeps saying something went wrong. Because if that I can’t sign into app. What a hassle. Guess I’ll look for another way to create.

No error message, it just goes white. Claims of being able to create a custom are false. iPhone 14 pro max.

crashed over 15 times and lost my customized item and had to start from scratch EVERY single. time. Easily lost hours on this 👎

Popsocket’s new app makes creating artistic images fun and a little addicting by setting everything up for the user. It’s easy to add filters and move images around while trying different layouts and color schemes. Makes me feel like a professional graphic designer. :)

Im not getting anymore popsockets

I ordered a custom pop socket, waited and waited and never received a shipment confirmation. Because there’s no number to call for support/assistance I had to use their chat forum. I was told there was an issue with the order and I needed to re-order and given a coupon for 40% off. I re-ordered another custom pop socket. I actually got a shipment email this time; however, 10 days later there was no tracking info. I used their chat forum again and once again was told their was an issue but it would be fixed right away. Was told it would be in the mail in 2-3 days. Waited a few days and never saw an email with shipment info. Used their chat forum and AGAIN was told there was an issue with the order. Was given another 40% coupon. There’s no point in coupons if I never get my order! Very disappointed

As an avid lover of PopSockets I was STOKED to hear about their new app. The graphics look great and I especially love the photo editing filters. It’s super fun to customize your own PopSocket too, I really feel like I can express myself throughout the app. Thanks for the creative outlet!

Lovely app, but I can’t sign in or create account! When I go to create an account, it says my email is taken, but when I go to reset my password, it says it can’t find my account! I’ve previously used Facebook to sign into the Popsockets website, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. It would be great if we could get a “log in with Facebook” feature.

This is basically their website and sometimes glitches. I just not a backspin Popsocket and I can’t even find the the part in the app where it times how long your phone was spinning

I think the problem with this app is that it’s not really useful for the USERS. There are multiple quick surveys throughout the app to help PopSockets figure out what people want them to make. You can’t answer any of them without creating an account/signing in, but after creating a username, I get an error message. As an app, it works pretty well to help you design grips, but if you want to check out any of the items they already have on hand and are advertising through the app, you just get linked directly to the site. If this app allowed you to do more without linking to the site or maybe even allowed you to design other products like popwallets etc., it would be worth having, but as it is, it just serves to gather consumer data and give you a shortcut to their full site, unless you like the idea of spending time creating something that you’ll hardly ever look at yourself, then…cool, I guess.

A poorly ported version of the website with no thought or planning for the user experience. I literally downloaded the app and created a user account to give you my money… the lack of functionality has me struggling to get that task done.

Not very user friendly. Couldn’t figure out how to add more photos. Couldn’t order mag safe wallet. No search bar etc etc etc.

Try as I might, it am unable to sign into the app with the same username and pass that I do in the website. I’ve even reset the password to double check. No dice.
