Site is much more user friendly than it’s larger competitors, who constantly add layers of (sales) opportunities in the process of trying to do bill pay, transfers, etc.
This is infuriating. I use multiple password managers for work and personal. ALL OTHER banking apps allow you to copy/paste passwords. This is more secure, not less secure. Major tech companies with much higher security needs use these password managers. Also just as infuriating, if I go back and forth between the two apps to manually type the password, it deletes my progress in the Primis app. So my only solution is to write down my password which isn’t very safe, and then type it in. These password managers work fine on browsers, so why this bizarre feature on mobile app?
App fails to give instructions on how to endorse a check completely. If “Primis” isn’t include on the back of a check later that day user will receive a message check was rejected. App fails to tell user why a check is rejected meaning user has to call or chat with a rep. App no longer shows the status of a remote deposited check…pending, when it will clear. Better off depositing checks at a different bank and doing a wire transfer or just not making a mobile deposit. App needs a lot of work.
I’m able to login to the web site but the app would not log me in. I called customer service and was on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes before I hung up. I heard over a hundred times how they prove they put customers first and have the highest level of customer support available. What a joke! I was supposedly the next person in queue for over 1 hour. Avoid this bank and their immature technology at all costs.
Since the latest update, each time I log out, when I return to the app an hour or a day later, it says it timed out and logged me out, as if I didn’t log out. Aside from this, the app works great.
Each time I reset pw and login to app and instruct phone to store username/password , the next time I log in and says wrong un/password. All of my other phone apps are able to securely store my app/website username/pw. I hate the Primis App/ website with a vengeance. They also lock your account if you don’t log in frequently. It’s the worst - hate it.
I used Face ID from the start. I still had my password and user ID written down. I broke my phones Face ID and now even though I have my information written down it claims it can’t verify who I am. It’s very inconvenient. I hope this is just a bug. I tried deleting and redownloading and sti have the same issue.
I can’t review it because I cannot load it on my iPhone because it requires a 13 or better operating system. What do us poor bankers do that cannot afford a new phone. Just asking! Same thing goes for the Home Depot app. Lost my veteran discount because I cannot load that either! Thanks
This app only works about half the time. It stops accepting passwords for no reason and requires constant communication with customer service just to have access to my account. Zelle only appears on occasion and otherwise is not usable. The worst banking app I’ve ever experienced.
Was hoping this was going to be better now that the bank has changed their name. But it’s not. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. 95% of the time I can’t get the app to even open
I have the iPhone 5s with iOS8 and I do not have the same tabs in the app as the help video says I should have. I can only view my accounts and search for new locations. I really wanted the app to use the deposit feature but I can't find it anywhere in the app.
I have been using the app for several months with no problems and for the last 2 days I have been unable to login. The screen just says loading with the little spinning icon. I cannot login to the website either because it says my username and password are wrong. I try to reset and it says it sends my info to my registered device but I receive nothing. I’m very frustrated.
